Hi @Nagendrababu

1. Hard‑stop emails on on‑prem AEM

On the old on‑prem author:

  • Open OSGi config manager http://<onprem-host>:4502/system/console/configMgr
  • Find "Day CQ Mail Service" (or com.day.cq.mailer.DefaultMailService).
  • Do one of the following (any of these will fully stop outbound mail):
    • Clear the smtp.host value and save, or
    • Disable the component/bundle (uncheck/stop), then save.
  • (Optional but recommended) Disable the review workflow itself:
    • Go to Tools > Workflow > Models, open your Content Review model and deactivate it (or remove the launcher under Tools > Workflow > Launchers).
  • After step 3, that on‑prem instance cannot send any mail at all, including content review emails.

2. Enable review emails on AEM as a Cloud Service

  • Ask Adobe Support (via ticket) to enable outbound email for your AEMaaCS environment – email is disabled by default on Forms/Cloud environments and must be turned on at the platform level.
  • In your Cloud project code, add an OSGi config for com.day.cq.mailer.DefaultMailService under /apps/.../osgiconfig with your SMTP host, from‑address, etc., and deploy via Cloud Manager.
  • Trigger a simple review/content workflow on Cloud and confirm the email comes from the Cloud sender and not from on‑prem.

Once this is done, only Cloud can send review emails and on‑prem is effectively mute.
