Question : ServiceNow Integration to Adobe :- Can we create 2 Child Entity Company profiles In Adobe Developer Console to integrate with 2 Separate ServiceNow Instances.

The Parent Company has one Adobe Developer Console which is currently assigning licenses to entity companies and its employees.

Is there a Possibility in the Parent Adobe developer console to create two Separate Child  Entities profiles ?

so that the licenses can be assigned and the ServiceNow SaaS Adobe integration can be performed directly from the Child Entity profile to SN.

    Hi @vasant10

No — you cannot create “two child entity company profiles” inside a single Adobe IMS Org / Admin Console / Developer Console and give each its own independent ServiceNow subscription integration.

    How it actually works:

    • The ServiceNow <-> Adobe Cloud license integration is done per IMS Organization using an integration created in Adobe Developer Console (console.adobe.io) and then configured in ServiceNow’s “Adobe Subscription” connector.
    • That integration exposes the whole IMS Org (all products/users/profiles) via UMAPI; there is no concept of sub‑org / child entity inside Developer Console that would give you separate UMAPI “tenants.”
    • If you need two completely separate ServiceNow integrations, you have only two supported options:
      • Two IMS Orgs / Admin Consoles (e.g., one per legal entity), each with its own Developer Console integration and its own ServiceNow instance; optionally managed together via Global Admin Console.
      • One IMS Org / Admin Console + one Adobe integration, and handle all separation in ServiceNow configuration (filters, mappings, cost centers, etc.). Both ServiceNow instances would still point at the same Adobe org.

So: you cannot model “child entities” in Developer Console for separate ServiceNow SaaS integrations; the separation must be either per IMS Org or handled inside ServiceNow.
