Getting "Incompatible API" error when trying to use Photoshop API – cannot be used in my organization

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to integrate the Adobe Photoshop API into my project, but I keep running into the following error:

"Incompatible API – This API cannot be used in your organization. If you think this is an error, please contact customer support."

I'm not sure what's causing this. My account is part of an organization, and I have what I believe are the correct credentials set up. I haven't been able to find a clear explanation in the documentation about what "Incompatible API" means in this context or what requirements need to be met at the organization level.

Here are a few things I'd like to understand:

1. What does this error actually mean? Is it a licensing issue, a plan/tier restriction, or something that needs to be enabled by an admin?

2. Is the Photoshop API available on all Adobe plans, or does it require a specific enterprise or paid tier?

3. Is there a specific setting or permission that needs to be enabled within the Adobe Admin Console for the API to work?

4. If this truly needs to be resolved through customer support, what information should I prepare before contacting them?

Any help or guidance from someone who has encountered this before would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
