My teammate have access to adobe analytics. I can see his name in users list but can't access to reports

Distinct count calculated metric doesn't add up when broken down by device type segments. Total revenue adds up but not the distinct count 

I was trying to use the Activity Map Plugin over the pages loaded through a target activity, and seems like I don't see any data when the A/B Test page is loaded. Do we have to do any additional changes to see the data? Or is it something that is not possible to be done. Thanks,Drashti
