A long time user of Adobe Analytics now cannot login. When they try to login they get a page with the title "Failed to load page". Any ideas?

Hi, We have been using ftp.omniture.com for years for datawarehouse pulls.  I am getting a "windows cannot access this folder" error today when trying to retrieve my file.  Is anybody else seeing that? I also tried from a dos prompt and it timed out. Same for a co-worker.
