I created an automated report using the Excel Report Builder. It emails me at least weekly, if not more. I no longer want to use this report, but there’s no link in the email, and I’m not sure what happened to the original file. How do I stop this?

Hi all! I have a view built to use in the Documents tab in projects, which shows something like this: The issue is that if someone gets set as a role that can make a decision, and then gets bumped down to Reviewer, they still show in the Pending column (even though their decision is no longer needed). This is the code for the “Decision: Pending” column:displayname=Decision: Pendinglistdelimiter=<div>listmethod=nested(currentVersion.proofApprovals).liststype=iteratevalueexpression=IF(LOWER({approverDecision})="pending",CONCAT("🟡 ",{approver}.{name}),"")valueformat=HTML Is there a way to add a condition to the IF formula where I could “filter” down to see people who have a decision-making role currently? TYIA!

Hi all! This question is tied to my other question here:  New document approvals currently show like this in my view (versus the screenshot in the other post):Is there any way to build one view that covers both types of documents with a similar look? As far as I can tell, the only way so far to access the new doc approvals variables is through Canvas Dashboards, which is not useful to me. TYIA!

The doc states the following:Reference A string field containing a key to another record (a foreign key). (source)According to the response of describe lead endpoint - contactCompany is a reference field: { "name" : "contactCompany", "displayName" : "Contact Company", "dataType" : "reference", "length" : null, "updateable" : false, "crmManaged" : false }, But we have encountered that it can store numbers: "contactCompany" : 20,We’d like to understand how reference fields should be handled and whether Marketo provides any type guarantees at all. For example, can we expect other fields to contain values of different types?

Hi all,  Did someone ever hardcoded a listObject in custom action? my object is defined and working when using the aep data field directly but I’m doing some troubleshooting as I’m suspecting my custom action is failing when a field has special charater.[        {            "parent_SKU": "",            "child_SKU": "",            "pdpURL": "",            "largeImage": "",            "title": ""        }    ] Thanks,@SatheeskannaK @Mohan_Dugganab David

Hi Everyone, I have an odd problem with the OOTB Breadcrumb component in our Production Environment. To give an overview we have a page template that has Breadcrumb start level configured at 4.Our site structure is /content/siteA/us/en/home/child1/actualPage On author at the “actualPage” URL the breadcrumb is rendering correctly as “home”→ “child1” → “actualPage”However on Production Domain URL the breadcrumb is rendering as “us” → “home” → “child1” → “actualPage” The “us” url redirects to “en” and “en” further redirects to “home”, so the “us” breadcrumb links goes to the homepage. Also, the hide in navigation flag is set for all parent pages at “SiteA”, “us” and “en”.This issue occurs only on our Production environment and not in Stage or DEV even after a content sync. Any pointers for this would be helpful! Thanks, Nagesh

Hi everyone, this might be a trivial question, but I am struggling to find a trigger that will start a scenario whenever a document version gets updated (i.e. a new version is added in WF).Any ideas how I can monitor the document version and see when a new version is added? Thanks in advanceJoao

We need to create an automatic generator of the Project ID — a unique project identifier created automatically at the moment the project is created (e.g., based on a defined pattern and numbering sequence). Before we start building any custom solution, I wanted to check with the community:Does Workfront offer any native functionality that supports automatic project ID generation? Has anyone implemented a similar custom solution, e.g., Fusion scenario, custom form logic, API-based workflow? Are there any best practices or limitations we should be aware of?Any guidance, examples, or lessons learned would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your support 🙌

Hello,I’m using the Bulk Data Insertion API and i’ve been encountering some 429 errors.I do understand that the rate limit is at 1 request per second, and I am setting up a retry policy after waiting some time before resending. My question is: should I simply wait one second before retrying? Or is there some sort of time-out for a report suite ID that has exceeded the rate limit? Thanks in advance,

Hello!  Wanted to get your thoughts on best practices and a little bit of a sanity check to be honest. I am sending email 1 and email 2 on the same day.  I want to suppress email 1’s audience from email 2, so everyone who received email 1 will not receive email 2.  Is it better to do Not Was Sent Email = Email 1 or just do Member of Program (in this case, the email program) = false? How long should I stagger the email so that I can effectively suppress the audience? I don’t think it’s doable to send them both out on the same time since it takes a while for the system to recognize the logic?

I have a Workspace dashboard that uses three visualizations for page level performance.A Summary Number showing last week’s valueA Key Metric Summary showing week over week change last week vs the prior weekA line graph showing a 5 week trend for the same metricThe issue is that the team wants this dashboard to be usable for any selected week, not just the current one.For example, if a user sets the panel calendar to the week of Christmas, they expect:The Summary Number to show the week before ChristmasThe Key Metric Summary to compare the week before Christmas to the week before thatThe line graph to show the 5 weeks leading up to the selected weekI know that for the Summary Number and Key Metric Summary, I can create relative date ranges and enable “Make date range component relative to panel calendar,” and those update correctly when the panel date changes. However, the only way I’ve been able to get the line graph to show a 5 week trend is by selecting a 5 week date range directly i

Hi Team, In AJO, few data from other journeys are also inserting into the current running journey. I have applied all the possible validations, but this issue has not resolved. What could be the issue? Please help me to resolve this. Thanks in advance.

As part of our 6.5 LTS upgrade, we are looking to do some clean-up and re-locate images under /etc/designs/defaultThis indicates they should go under /apps/settings/wcm/designs/default (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/implementing/deploying/restructuring/all-repository-restructuring-in-aem-6-5#default-designs)However, this indicates they should go under /apps/XXX/clientlibs/clientlib-site/resources/images (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65-lts/content/implementing/developing/introduction/clientlibs#locating-a-client-library-folder-and-using-the-proxy-client-libraries-servlet)What is the correct location?  I should note, we have 5 sites on our system, each with their own /apps directory (/apps/site1, /apps/site2, etc).  The images I am looking to re-locate are used on all 5 sites so not sure where I should put them.

My current fusion flow is when content owners submits project requests it will automatically convert that into a project using a pre built template that I have defined. Later it assigns tasks inside that so for instance all the tasks realted to project manager should be assigned to this person. It is working perfectly fine but the issue is when the project has 10 tasks it sends 10 emails and I would like to built something like how workload balancer works were in only one email is sent rather than 10how can I do that in fusion

In the documentation its explained that we can use response tokens like that:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/target-dev/developer/client-side/aep/accessing-response-tokensalloy("sendEvent", { renderDecisions: true, xdm: {} }).then(function(result) { if (result.propositions) { // Manually render propositions } });I want to use Response Tokens to sent them to GA4 about Target activity My rule with Page View looks as follows and the Activities created using VEC editor and rendered automatically Sending Event with XDM structureHow to apply propositions using Actions not the custom code? Or I am supposed to use separate rule with Send Event complete?

Hi i created a collectionLucene under oak index for /content/dam/collections path now it's blocking deletion under the path /content/dam/ *  with the status missing for guid to remidiate this I deleted the node collectionLucene but now the navigation in assets is experiencing a performance delay for every action of moving through the folders and all.

Currently when a notification is sent via Workfront it adds the reporter name followed by email address as notifications@my.workfront.com.Can we get the Display name customized in such a way that the emails received doesnt have an individual name rather Show as Workfront / or any customized name as per Project followed by the email address notifications@my.workfront.com

I have a field called ReminderDay in my profile schema. The value can be  Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and so on.When a profile enters the journey, I want to send the email only on the reminderDay. For example, if the profile’s ReminderDay value is Friday and  If today is Friday, the email should be sent immediately. If today is not Friday, the profile should wait until the upcoming Friday before receiving the email.Due to limitations on the number of nodes, I want to implement this logic using custom code in the wait condition. However, I am struggling to determine the current day within the custom code.Is there a way to retrieve the current day using custom code, or is there an alternative approach that achieves this with a minimal number of nodes? Thanks ,in AdvanceDeepak Vasudevan

I'm new to Fusion and one of the quick wins we've identified is pulling the overall deliverable due date custom field in the issue into the project template. The goal is for the last task due date which is release final files automatically aligns with the overall due date set by the client in their request. Is this even possible and if so, what happens to the tasks if the time allotted doesn't align with the template? Any insights would be helpful to the possibility, concerns and even how to start setting this up as a scenario. Thanks in advance!
