Hello togehter,We see an unusually high volume of traffic with the source set to “None” in an Adobe form. For me It is currently unclear why this traffic is not attributed correctly.   Based on the Marketing Processing Rules, do you see any issues that could cause “None” traffic? Thanks and kind regards robin

I’m curious if we can create a Business Rule that if anyone “Edits a custom form” on a Project that a notification goes out.  If that’s possible, how would I write that?

I’m looking for suggestions for validating an issue property against a list of valid values in Fusion.  I considered importing the valid list from a CSV file, but I haven’t been able to determine how to compare the property value to the list and confirm that it is valid.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We’ve built a Fusion workflow that creates new Programs within Portfolios as Child Campaigns, storing specific custom field information on the Program object using custom forms that collect the information on the request. I’ve been able to add additional fields to the mapping, but for some reason, the fields I’ve added in the last week don’t want to appear.I’ve checked the that the Read a Record (Fetch Request) IS pulling in the data to the correct fields:and that the Create a Record (Create Program) is showing the fields as things I can map, but it’s not showing them as fields I can pull in (similar to Regions, it should be showing 2. DE:Primary Solution SingSel as a mapping options): Underneath the Read a Record, there SHOULD be Primary Solution SingSel, Is this For, Campaign Type, etc, but they don’t show up. I’ve checked every custom form, made sure the fields are on all of them, run the workflow dozens for times, I’m at a loss for way to get Create a Record to actually give me the

Has anybody been able to successfully create a connection in Fusion with Power BI?Last night I attempted to create a connection.  A dialog box opened up indicating I needed approval from my organization’s admin.  I filled out the request, and overnight I received an email from Microsoft confirming that my request for access to Workfront Fusion PowerBI Connector was approved.I tried again just now to create the connection--a pop-up window opens, but the login authorization doesn’t work; I get a message: “An error occurred.  Connection failed.”Has anybody else seen this?  I wanted to check before filing a ticket.

Hi everyone,I’m currently trying to test the Adobe Analytics MCP.So far, I have:been granted the required permissions (MCP Access + Developer Access) created a project in the Adobe Developer Console generated API credentials/keys as part of the setupAfter adding the MCP server in Cursor, I’m able to authenticate successfully. However, all requests fail afterward with a 500 Internal Server Error coming from the MCP endpoint.Error message:Transient error connecting to streamableHttp server:Streamable HTTP error: Error POSTing to endpoint:{ "method":"POST", "error":"Proxy error", "message":"500 Internal Server Error", "targetUrl":"https://<adobe-mcp-endpoint>/mcp"}From the logs, it seems the OAuth/authentication flow succeeds, but the MCP endpoint itself fails afterward.Has anyone run into this before, or does anyone know what could be the cause?Any guidance would be hugely appreciated. thanks!

We currently don't have any Prospect records in our Production sandbox. We only have clients (Client dataset and Schema, a Dataflow that ingests client data) and a Web Event DS (that collects web interactions). Our sales cycle is long, possibly up to 6 months or more from awareness to conversion.Use case: Ingest Prospect data from website contact form and retain data for 6+ monthsIn January 2026, John Smith uses the website to fill out a form to contact one of our associates. Nothing in AEP is currently set up when this happens other than his pseudo-identifier is collected. There is no persistent/reliable identifier such as CRM ID or any other known ID. In July 2026 (six months later), John becomes a client. He is assigned with a CRM ID, which is a valid identifier in the Client Dataset. His profile will now exist and his profile attributes will be ingested. We would like to know what actions John did on the website before he became a client; e.g. he read articles, he searched for an as

hi,I am facing an issue while rendering PDF from Adaptive forms (build using foundation component) on AEM 6.5.24. The Adaptive form is created using XDP template and the fields are binded too.The issue is that the form has a button, and on click runs a script which enables a subform. The event works fine on Adaptive form too. When the button is click the adaptive fragment (which is the subform in xdp) is visible and the other fields are hidden. The problem is when we render PDF from Adaptive form. The then subform is still hidden. I believe the since it is an UI event on Adaptive, the XDP is not aware of it and it still hides the subform. Is there any way to make subform visible using a button click on Adaptive form?Thank you.

Hello everyone,We are implementing Adobe Reporting API 2.0, since version 1.4 will be deprecated in August 2026. During implementation, we encountered a limitation in the API design that affects our use case.In Reporting API 2.0, data retrieval is based on dimensions (descriptive attributes such as customer ID, date, page) and metrics (calculated measures such as pageviews and visits). The API always returns aggregated results based on the dimensions provided. Our requirement is to ingest historical data at the lowest possible granularity (near event-level) and/or perform daily loads. To achieve this, we would need to include multiple dimensions (e.g., date, customer ID, page). However, the API processes breakdowns by sending separate requests for each combination of dimensions if we want all dimensions and metrics in a single table.Example: 50 days 30 customers 10 pages This would result in 50 × 30 × 10 = 15,000 API requests.Given this structure, the API appears not scalable for hi

We are looking to copy content between two environments across different AEM as a Cloud Service programs, such as from Environment A in Program A to Environment B in Program B.We explored the Content Copy feature and can see the “Destination Program” option. However, after selecting the destination program, we are still able to see only the source program environments. Is cross-program content copy currently supported? If yes, are there any prerequisites or additional configurations required for destination environments to appear?

Over the past two weeks, I’ve been encountering a recurring issue when editing dashboards in Adobe Analytics. After making changes, I receive the following error message: "Unable to save your project at this time. You may want to refresh your page and try again."Unfortunately, refreshing the page or closing and reopening the browser does not resolve the issue. The only workaround I've found is restarting my device entirely, though this isn’t a consistent fix either—sometimes the dashboard will save successfully without issue, seemingly at random.Has anyone else experienced this? Any insights or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

We are seeing second-hit entries being attributed to the CJA Marketing channel. However, in AA, they are classified correctly, as shown in the snapshot below.Currently, we have named this additional attributed channel as “Internal Refresh” in CJA.Is there anyway we can eliminate this data or is there anyway we can consider only "first hit of the visit" in CJA.Here is the snapshot of CJA vs AA

Hi Team,I had implemented a User Business Rule that restricted project creation beyond 3 weeks. However, the rule has disappeared from the Workfront UI, and the restriction is no longer being enforced.Could anyone please assist in investigating why the User Business Rule is no longer visible and why the associated restriction has been removed?Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I’m looking for guidance on embedding Marketo Forms 2.0 into a third-party CMS with limited customization options. Our CMS is fairly locked down. I have set content modules where I can add HTML, plus separate header and footer code areas in the page settings. Script code only appears to load properly from the footer, so I’ve had to split the standard Marketo embed code:The ‘<form id="mktoForm_####"></form>’ goes in the page module. The Marketo Forms 2.0 script and ‘MktoForms2.loadForm()’ code go in the page footer. The form does load and submit, but the issue happens after styling/customization. Any custom CSS added in Marketo Forms appears to get pulled back into the CMS editor after the page is saved. If I leave the page and come back to edit later, the module HTML is filled with Marketo-generated styling and markup. This creates a duplicate styling situation because the styles still exist in Marketo, but now the CMS also appears to be storing/rendering them. I’m not sure

Hi!!Since late december 25, beginning january 26, we have noticed a spike in Direct / Bookmarked traffic and a drop in SEO. The only reason we could find was that the spike corresponds to an update to iOS 26.We can see clearly the impact iOS had on the dropping of SEO and the rise of Direct. We investigated with other markets / projects / clients, and this does not happen in their results - it is occurring only on this specific project in Spain. The only hypothesis we have is that the iOS update is affecting Adobe and is including visits from iOS 26 as Direct rather than SEO.Is there a way to correct this?

1) Is event depth metric incremented if same page is visited twice in the same session ? I believe No, but wanted to double confirm.2) Event depth is basically the count of Unique pageView, or does it follow any real order of pageViews to measure the depth ?3) Event depth works based on eventType but all digital clickstream data would have same pageView as eventType, in that case how does it calculate the eventDepth ?

Hi,I need to move a page to a folder in groovy script and it does not work.Instead of moving the Page to a Folder that exists it moves the page to the same original folder with a name archive1, archive2 etc.I basically want to write in the groovy script the function tha is the same as the move in the AEM Editor Page srcPage = pageManager.getPage(srcPath) if (!srcPage) { return buildResult(lineNo, srcPath, destPath, "ERROR", "Source page not found!") } def pageName = srcPage.getName() try { if (!dryRun) { pageManager.move(srcPage, destPath, pageName, true, true, null) } return buildResult(lineNo, srcPath, destPath, "SUCCESS", dryRun ? "Would be correctly deactivated and moved" : "Deactivated and moved") } catch (Exception e) { return buildResult(lineNo, srcPath, destPath, "ERROR", "Move Error: ${e.message}") }

Hi,Can we integrate Adobe Analytics with AEM 6.5.24 for capturing statistics from Adaptive form build using foundation components.Any suggestion will be helpful. Thank you.

All,  Has something changed with the Snaphot dataset, specifically the segmentMembership. The following Query used to work for me, but no longer does: SELECT  channel,  COUNT(*) AS eventCountFROM  (    SELECT      EXPLODE (_cocacola.communicationChannel.channel) AS channel    FROM      profile_snapshot_export_c495eb9a_5571_46e2_9ccd_310042dddc72 SNAPSHOT AS OF 1588    WHERE      segmentMembership['ups']['a0bd3286-e38c-4c44-b037-d2f9d8a2cf81']['status'] IN ('existing', 'realized', 'exited')  ) AS explodedGROUP BY  channel I pulled the most current ID and then searched for the segmentID of the audience I need to take a count on, but I get 0 returns now. Does anyone know what’s changed?

Hello, We are currently using the Adobe WeChat SDK for tracking our Mini Program and doing reporting in AA. The business users are planning to deploy AEP/AJO/CJA and so we are working on the migration options.  The recommendations from Adobe is to keep using the existing SDK for WeChat and keep AA as the data route to send data to AEP, while web sites and mobile apps can use the latest AEP Web/Mobile SDK to send data directly to AEP. This “hybrid” architecture seems very complicated and not easy to maintain, so would like to see if anyone have solution to this migration scenario? Cheers,Tony

On my site, on each page load, we populate the following:Page Type (c1) and Page Type (v1)  - acceptable values “Home” , “Search”, “Product”.v1 is set to expire after the visit.I was expecting to see the same number of visits both for Entry Page type (c1) and Entry Page Type (v1) for each different value of the page Type but I am not.So, assuming that c1 and v1 are properly set each time on each page load, is that normal that the number of visits differ for each page type between the Entry Page type (c1) and the Entry Page Type (v1) report ? The v1 report has a lot of visits with value “unspecified”.

Hi there!I noticed that the documentation states program tags should be available as an attribute, but I’m unable to locate them in my report builder. Please share any advice, thoughts or recommendations on this? Thanks!
