Some of our ministries have seen reduce open rates since early October which may correlate to the last ACS upgrade.  I have looked into the tracking log for some deliveries and I know there are missing opens.  Since I receive many of the emails and open all of  them and I don't have an open I know its missing.  I still have the emails in my arch box and verified I read it. Before I go through a long process with support I want to see if anyone else has noticed this. Thanks John

Hi,I have a client which would like to show personalised content (through Target) to users, based on the keyword they searched to get to the site. An example could be that the user searches on Google for surfboards and clicks on an ad leading to our site. Once the user reaches our site, we show content related to surfing. Can we create an audience based on the search term used to enter the site?

we have a report suite in which we have defines a success event named event7 and we are trying to get that custom numeric event data via the adobe analytics APIis it any diffrent from getting the metrics data

I am specifically looking for Notifications: Information about projects I'm on to control notifications to the Project Team.

Hello, I am currently doing POC to explore server side implementation of target for a website developed using AEM. I am calling Target Delivery API in sling model of the AEM components and using returned offers  to create different variations. Is there any recommended place where should be calling Target Delivery APIs ? The target calls are only made when the page is served from AEM but if the page is served from CDN then it wont make any Target server calls and wont show different variations. Is there anyway that target calls are made irrespective of the page served from AEM or CDN using server side implementation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please let me know If anything is not clear. Thanks,Saikiran.

Is there any rationale behind not providing 'Then' operator in audience builder for Adobe Target? What should be the approach, if we want to target users who follow certain sequential path?

When we do a TCP dump of the traffic from the host, where the player is installed. The traffic is being orginated from multiple ports, when whitelisting for an external domain, do we have to open bi directional traffic on a single port of the aem instance? From the network trace we understood that the player only will initiate the connection and fetch the content from AEM. Please correct my understanding here @arunpatidar @joerghoh @vanegi @briankasingli @vijayalakshmi_s

We'd like to pause emails from going out in all of our nurture campaigns for a set period of time. Is there a way to do this globally? Maybe with a separate smart campaign? Or would this be a manual process to pause each individual campaign?

Hi, I am looking to create some forms that change their policy statements depending depending on the rules of each country.  Meaning, we will have: >An explicit consent (where the lead has to tick and agree that wants to hear more from us) if the lead is from a country that requires explicit consent. >An implicit consent (with no need to tick, just an statement and a link of our privacy statement) if the lead selects a country where implicit consent is ok.   How is this configured in Marketo and is there a way to find out which countries need explicit consent or implicit consent is fine?   Thanks,   Elena

Hi!   Is there a way to look at a field under field mgmt to see if it is syncing properly or if the sync is broken? (with SFDC)  What is the best way to do a health check of the SFDC/Marketo sync?

hi ,While working on my translation project in AEM 6.3 , I use the references panel to update/promote language copies to other languages from EN and to Synchronize/Roll out the language copies to live copies , however for all the system users the References Panel does not load properly and throws an timeout error, however if I login with my  administrator credentials , it seems to work with much speed.I am not sure if there is any difference in the response time on events for different user levels in AEM , particularly for queries like loading all References of pages in the JCR.I have attached the screenshot of the error . when we checked the browser debug tool , it shows this also the link to that URL in network Tab.Please help me figure out this issue also suggest some way to improve the performance of the tool .Thank you,Samiksha.

Afternoon Gurus,  We had a use case in our old recommendation tool which would amend the sort order of a search results page based on personal behaviour i.e. if I search for "Red Dress" and have previous interactions with items that would meet this the Search Results page would reorder to boost the products I had historical interactions with.(from their documentation rearranges a list of search results to a personalized order of sequence). Is there a mirror for this within Target? Or is there any thoughts on mimicing the behaviour? Thanks in Advance.

I would like to clean up Activity logs of all leads. 【Background】      I have changed some data values for deleting unnecessary personal infomation for all leads.      However, these information leave in "Change Data Value"field of activity logs.      (e.g. city has been changed from ○○ to null) I understand "Change Data Value" will be deleted after 90 days. But, if it is possible, I would like to delete logs before the retention period. So, could you please tell me answer for my question. Q1, Is there method to delete Activity logs in all leads? Q2. Is there method to shorten the retention period of "Change Data Value"field?

We have multiple authors who create pages in AEM. Sometimes authors just want to filter the pages that they have created. How can this be achieved in siteadmin ?

I have tried everything I can think and I have searched and searched and can't find anything related. I've tried it as text, number, currency. This is my set up now and I can get the correct result but I would like to change my Amount field to a currency field and therefor my result from the calculated field to show as currency. CONCAT("Name", " - ", Request Type, " - ", "ID#", {Receipt ID #}, " - ", "$", {Amount}) Result: Dawnmarie - Return - ID#123 - $5000My preferred result would be: Dawnmarie - Return - ID#123 - $5,000.00 Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance,

We are using the language copy for translation from English to Spanish. We updated the "translation-rules.xml" file to accept and ignore the translation of specific properties. However, if we ignore the translation for a specific property, it would just override it with the English property. We need a way to stop overriding these properties so that it doesn't translate them and also, not override them with English. How can we achieve it?

When you initially logon to the NWE, you get a prompt to 'walk you through' the NWE. Is there a way to reset that once it's disappeared?

Hello Nation -I'm working on a LinkedIn Lead Gen campaign and trying to ensure GDPR compliance. On the LI form, there's an option for privacy policy and a checkbox but I'm not seeing that data transmit to Marketo, nor is it an available field to map in the LaunchPoint. Does someone have an explanation on how to record their check (or lack of) from the form?

The group admin changes are a significant change for our instance and we've prepared to make necessary role changes once the release reaches our instance. (Release beginning 11/09). Is there a specific timing to this - as in, Cluster 1 goes first, or EST goes first.....it hasn't hit our instance yet and I'm trying to gauge when I'll need to set aside the time to make the changes. If it helps, we're Cluster 2.
