Enabling Hot Clicks for an email delivery

Hi All,

I wanted to shared the Hot Clicks Report with the Stakeholders, however I am not sure on how do we enable Hot Clicks in a email delivery.

Can somebody please provide an insight.

Hi varnikajaiswal,

When you send an email delivery the hot click report is available by default on it.

Wait for the tracking workflow to execute 2-3 times (it takes that many executions to populate a cube which is then used by hot click report. After that the hot click report option will become visible.

    Hi Vipul,

    I am trying to Export the Hotclick report, I could see the percentages but when I export the report image is not rendered properly.

    Do you help in understanding this.
