I have a list of 3,784 users that I want to target with specific data. To achieve this, I created segments in Adobe Analytics, where I defined the condition as User ID equals any of x, y, z, using approximately 500 user IDs per segment. These segments are visible in Adobe Target via A4T, and I have used them to create an experience. However, I am unable to see the experience being delivered to the intended audience. Could you help identify what might be causing this issue?
We’re trying to implement a server to server integration with AEM 6.5 AMS (not Cloud), and I’ve been trying to set it up locally.I got the OAuth2.0 client working (created the client in the OAuth Clients section of the Security Tools.Given the access to the oauthserver service users, created a ScopeWithPrivileges class giving read/write access to the /content/dam path for the service to use.I’m able to get the Bearer token correctly, but when I tried to upload an asset by posting to http://localhost:4502/api/assets/companies/product-staging/new_test.pngI’m getting a 500with a status.message "status.message": "Can't create child on a synthetic root",the same call using basic auth for the same user (admin), works correctly. Anyone ever done this with the AssetAPI or are we stuck using basic auth for this?I’m half guessing something isn’t right with the ScopeWithPrivilege class, if anyone succeeded knows what we’re doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.
Hi everyone,I'm trying to create a nested block structure in Universal Editor using the following JSON definition:{ "definitions": [ { "title": "Tabs", "id": "tabs", "plugins": { "xwalk": { "page": { "resourceType": "core/franklin/components/block/v1/block", "template": { "name": "Tabs", "model": "tabs", "filter": "tabs" } } } } }, { "title": "Tab", "id": "tab", "plugins": { "xwalk": { "page": { "resourceType": "core/franklin/components/block/v1/block/item", "template": { "name": "Tab", "model": "tab", "filter": "tab" } } } } } ], "models": [], "filters": [ { "id": "tabs", "components": ["tab"] }, { "id": "tab", "components": ["teaser", "carousel"] }
I’m looking to enable the AI capabilities in Adobe Target. If you’ve already done this, I’d be interested in learning which use cases you tried.
Hello, We have several jobs that fetch data from the Adobe warehouse using the FTP server (ftp2.omniture.com). However, since March 7, we have been unable to connect to the Adobe server and retrieve files from the ftp2.omniture.com host. This is a critical job for us as it is used to obtain daily data from Adobe, and the issue is currently impacting our client data as well.We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue on an urgent basis. Thank youShubham

Hey everyone!Sharing a couple of quick security hardening tips for AEM as a Cloud Service that I recently worked on:Blocking the form selector at dispatcher level Restricting anonymous access to sensitive JCR metadataBoth are small changes, but they significantly reduce attack surface and prevent unintended exposure.I’ve written a short Medium article with the details + configs here:👉 Hardening AEM as a Cloud Service: Two Simple Fixes That Close Big Security Gaps Would love to hear if others are doing something similar or have additional hardening tips!
Hello Community,I have a clarification question related to datetime formatting in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) using Data Prep. From the source file, we receive the datetime value as a string in the following format:2026-04-10 14:23:56My requirement is to ingest this into AEP as a datetime/timestamp field, but with the date represented in MM‑DD‑YYYY order, for example:04-10-2026 14:23:00The primary concern here is whether AEP allows transforming and storing the datetime in MM‑DD‑YYYY HH:mm:SS format, instead of the default YYYY‑MM‑DD.I understand that AEP standardizes timestamps internally, but I would like to confirm:Is it technically possible in AEP Data Prep to store a datetime with the MM‑DD‑YYYY date order? If not, is this format strictly limited to parsing at ingestion ? What would be the recommended best practice in this scenario?Any guidance or confirmation from the community would be very helpful.Thank you!
I’m hoping someone has already figured this out and can share their magic with me. I need a report for stakeholders/collaborators so they can see every Proof they are on along with the decision status of all approvers not just their own and ideally it would be one line per document but grouped by document also works for this purpose.I figured I’d reach out to the Community before pushing my Friday brain to write text mode 😅
How are others reporting the Quarter is the calculated field option working for you. Can someone provide text that has worked for them?
In scenario history, would love the option to add a column for project name or ID. It’s cumbersome to dig thru details to find an offending job when troubleshooting an error.
Description –Currently, assets such as audiences and activities created via the Audience API or Activity API in Adobe Target cannot be edited in the Adobe Target UI. Why is this feature important to you –Our customers want to use AI to create audiences and activities automatically. However, there are cases where they need to review and manually edit these assets later in the Target UI. The inability to do so limits flexibility and usability for marketing teams. How would you like the feature to work –We want assets created via the Audience or Activity API to be editable directly in the Adobe Target UI, just like those created manually within the interface. This would ensure consistency and allow users to make adjustments without recreating assets. Current Behaviour –Assets created using the Audience API or Activity API are not editable through the Adobe Target UI. Any updates or modifications must be done programmatically through API calls.
I have setup my smart campaign (cloned off another that was successful and using the same client data to send the emails) , imported client list, set trigger etc, selected Activate and there are no results showing, indicating nothing is going out. can someone assist me through the process to see what i have missed here??
Does anyone know of a good method to audit all custom Statuses? We have a large amount of groups that each use different status lists. Is there any way to export this data so it can be reviewed and updated?
When using custom quarters, reporting is inconsistent. If you filter for a custom quarter, your timeline ends at 12:00am on the last day of the custom quarter - meaning anything dated the last day of the quarter gets missed in the report. If you filter for a longer period of time and group by quarter, the items that are dated the last day of the quarter properly show in the correct quarter. This inconsistency was reported to support but development stated it's not a bug or oversight so it's here in the innovation lab hoping to get some traction to be addressed properly. The correct functionality should be that custom quarters throughout the system all use 11:59 PM as the timestamp for the custom quarter end date instead of 12:00 AM
Is it possible to add Pop-Up messages on specifc proofing workflow templates? We use specific templates for document review and only certain circumstances need the pop-up.

Hi All, Please share your thoughts - Scenario 1 - Is there a way to stop the updates from Salesforce to Marketo - Example - email address - when there is an update in the email address in SF will it create a duplicate in Marketo?Scenario 2 - How many person records can we create in Marketo with the same email address? Thanks in Advance!
This is something that we had in a past chat program that just helps when you are setting up your targeting. After you put in your URLs, you were able to grab a URL from the site and it would verify if the bot would show up. It wouldn’t take any of the other criteria into account (which is fine), but it helped if I put in website.com/blog* to ensure it shows up on our blog posts, then I had a field where I could pop in a blog URL to double check that it was set up correctly. It’s a bit painful that we can’t verify we set it up correctly until it is live and then if we have other filters (i.e. must be in Canada, but I’m in the US) then I can’t verify until we start to see reporting on if it is working or not.
Marketo Sales Insight (MSI) is one of the most powerful tools designed to give sales teams actionable visibility into lead behavior and intent—but most implementations fail to deliver value. Why? Because MSI isn’t a tool you simply “turn on.” It only works when:Your data is solid Your sales team actively uses itA successful MSI rollout goes beyond technical deployment – It requires:Data readiness System configuration Sales adoptionYou are essentially rolling out both a technology implementation and a behavior change program for sales. This guide outlines a practical, phased approach to help you implement MSI effectively. At a glance: MSI Implementation TimelinePhase 1–2: Strategy + Data Phase 3–4: Workflow + Setup Phase 5–6: Pilot + Training Phase 7–8: Rollout + Optimization Phase 1: Define Goals & Success Metrics (Week 0–1)To ensure a successful implementation, it’s important to start with strategy—not technology. Before configuring the integration, clearly define why MSI matters. K
@AmitVishwakarma @Asheesh_Pandey @kautuk_sahni @akshay_kashyap Any suggestions would be appreciated thank you Hi Folks,Based on the referenced document, I created a date filter to limit ingestion from a Snowflake table that contains the last 10 years of historical data. The requirement was to ingest only the last one month of data initially and then continue with incremental ingestion going forward. The initial load completes successfully, and we can see the expected data in AEP. However, during the incremental runs, the dataflow fails to ingest any new records, even though new data is available in Snowflake. It appears that the delta column–based incremental logic is not picking up the latest data, resulting in no records being ingested during incremental executionsPQL filter in the Source connection works as expected !--scriptorstartfragment-->{ "type": "PQL", "format": "pql/json", "value": { "nodeType": "fnApply", "fnName": ">=", "params": [ { "nodeTy
Personalization in customer engagement has matured considerably. Brands now segment audiences with precision, tailor content to individual preferences, and orchestrate journeys across channels. Most of that work focuses on what to send and who to send it to. Timing is often treated as an afterthought. That gap shows up quickly in practice. A healthcare provider sends an appointment reminder at 4 AM. An e-commerce platform fires an abandoned cart email at midnight. A bank delivers a credit card offer via SMS at 5:30 AM. Every one of those messages was personalized. The content was relevant. The audience was well targeted. The channel was right. But the delivery time was not personalized — and that single gap undid all the effort that went into everything else. Quiet Hours in Adobe Journey Optimizer addresses this directly. It introduces time-based exclusion rules that prevent messages from being sent during specific periods — across Email, SMS, Push, and WhatsApp channels — without requ
Hi,I migrated my Magento Open Source 2.4.6-p13 store to a new server and Advanced Reporting stopped working. Clicking the menu item redirects to the Experience League documentation instead of opening the dashboard.Store: https://pappeat.comVersion: Magento Open Source 2.4.6-p13PHP: 8.2.30Base currency: EUR only (verified in config and in all orders)All Magento-side checks are clean: ✅ Advanced Reporting enabled (analytics/subscription/enabled = 1) ✅ Cron running every minute under correct system user ✅ OAuth endpoints reachable (/oauth/token/request and /oauth/token/access respond correctly) ✅ analytics_subscribe cron runs with status = success ✅ System log confirms: "Request token was exchanged to obtain access token for consumer 12" ✅ OAuth consumer and access token created in oauth_consumer and oauth_token tables ✅ No AWS S3 used as data source ✅ Valid SSL certificate on public HTTPS URL ❌ analytics/general/token remains NULL in core_config_data after every successfu
AJO is not using native email channel to send emails. Instead it sends custom payload to salesforce and salesforce sends email. Now salesforce has email send/open/click etc data. Salesforce sends the data back to AEP(non profile enabled), which is then connected to CJA.Both AJO dataset and salesforce dataset has personID as identifier.AJO dataset has campaing name, and campaingn TaskCode which is unique for each email touch point. Salesforce also has the TaskCode but not the AJO campaing name. Now if I breakdown the JourneyName by Email metrics (open/click) etc, it shows 'NoValue' in the report.I have tried binding of JourneyName dimension with the Dimension related to email open/click, that still shows 'NoValue'.I have tried binding of JourneyName dimension with the TaskCode dimension, that still shows 'NoValue'.What am I missing here ? Do we need some sort of secondary level of stitching to link TaskCode from Journey dataset to salesforce dataset ?
When we add new assets into the DAM the system creates renditions of those assets for use by AEM. We also create custom renditions for use by our users. When users view and asset or click to download it they see all of our custom renditions PLUS the system renditions. Given that the system related renditions are soley for the use of the AEM platform, can we please hide those from our view so they are not noise for our end users?
