Scheduled run fails in New Report Builder

Question

Hello, When I schedule a macro-enabled Excel file (.xlsm) in the New Report builder, it gets stuck in status “Refresh in Progress”.The same file saved as .xlsx (without macros) run without problems. I suppose this must be a bug, since it’s not documented anywhere that .xlsm files are not supported (which would render the new Report Builder useless for our use case).Any ideas?Best

I had this issue happen this week…on a Report that has been running fine for months. I opened a ticket about it…but didn’t connect that this was the one report that was saved as .xlsm.. but that might be the factor.I will add this detail to my ticket, but you should also log a ticket…this was never a problem until this week, and logically, macro-enabledshouldn’t have issues.
