Hi,I’m trying to call the Twilio Messages API (WhatsApp) from a Custom Action.Twilio requires application/x-www-form-urlencoded POST bodies (To, From, Body in the request body).However, in Custom Actions, even when the content type is set to application/x-www-form-urlencoded, the payload appears to be sent as JSON or query parameters, not as a true form-encoded body. This results in Twilio errors like:21604 – A 'To' phone number is requiredThe exact same request works via curl and Python (requests.post(data=...)) but fails from AJO.Is it a known limitation that Custom Actions don’t support true x-www-form-urlencoded bodies? Are there plans to support non-JSON request bodies?Thanks!

Hi there, We have recently began having issues with the module previews for our email templates not showing the placeholder images. Any ideas on how to fix this/what is causing the issue?  

A manager was trying to estimate his team’s time for an upcoming project by looking back at a previous project but his team’s time was not showing in when he click Hours in the left nav of the project. I was able to see in my monthly hours report for the month his team’s tasks took place that his team had actually logged time to the project. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t show within the project. 

Im curious if others have implemented the use of multiple short codes for SMS journeys in AJO. As an enterprise business, having a short code per brand to allow for customers to opt in and out of specific brands seems like a no-brainer, but it seems AJO may not be equipped to handle that without a custom solution. Anyone have a similar experience with SMS in AJO?

I'm trying to find a way to export a list of all active and inactive data sources. I've navigated to "Audience Data" then "Data Sources" within the UI, but I don't see an option to export the entities displayed there. Any guidance on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, How should we interpret the “no matching AAM ID” count in the Adobe Audience Manager Server-to-Server Processing Result email? The onboarded CRM IDs onboarded belong to existing customers who have been active on our website, so in theory they should already have Adobe cookies associated with their CRM IDs. What does it mean when an AAM ID doesn’t match? Could these be users who have ad blockers installed, preventing AAM’s demdex IDs from being collected? Thanks!

Hi all,I am not able to open the admin console in da.live, even after I have logged in adobe via google(I use the same with sandbox). After going through the documentation, I came to know I need a adobe ID (aka IMS) for this purpose. Does anyone know how can I generate the adobe ID or IMS. We do have a sandbox also available in AEMaaCS, is it related to that?  I am just doing a POC on content protection.Thanks

Hi we integrated target with alloy js aep sdk . We had AA integrated and to the same rule we ensured that aep sdk is updated to get personalization and single “interact” call for AA and AT  . We are not using a4t.the checkbox for guided events breaks AT reporting. The checkbox was checked within the AEP sdk to have sequencing of events with target loading first and to ensure one network call exists  steps 1. created data stream and hooked up AA and AT as services and configured the dev env id to the data stream and the property variable for the dev workspace profile 2. in the tag property- rules - on aep sdk - we set guided events checkbox and radio button “request personalization - get the latest personalization decisions without recording an analytics event. …””render visual personalization decisions” is checked and grayed out observed:The personalization works and we see the results on the screen  but the reporting in adobe target no longer wo

Hello I am running a scenario which is to download a file (csv) which is uploaded to a Workfront Project which then will be parsed and used to update a datastore in Fusion. Do I need to include the key column in the csv? Do I need to run any modules before the Add/Replace a record module? Here is my scenario, anything look off?My issue is when it hits the Search Records it is not finding any info. We are just beginning to use folder metadata schemas, but we have thousands of folders that were created without one. Is there a way to allow users to apply a schema to a folder that originally did not have one? I am aware of the way to do it as an Administrator, but it would be nice if users could add one as well. 

My idea is for Workfront to allow users the option to control the Landing Page they see. At this time, a Workfront Layout Template determines a user’s Landing Page upon login. In an effort to minimize the number of Layout Template, we have created Layout Templates by access and persona rather than by specific accounts. Therefore, most or our layout templates have Workfront Home selected as the landing page. Many teams would prefer that Workfront opens on a specific team dashboard upon login instead of Workfront Home. However, since we have over 50 accounts and a handful of Workfront personas (Discipline Lead, Project Manager, Resource Manager, Worker, Requestor, etc.), creating custom layout templates for each team by persona would be unwieldy with 250+ Layout Templates. We have let users know that they can Pin their team dashboard but it still requires a couple of clicks versus opening the team dashboard upon login. Trustpilot uses a unique email address placed in a bcc field to pick up the customer email. BCC in marketo seems to apply the unique email to ALL email sends, not specific campaigns/programs from what I undestand.I’m hoping that there is a solution someone has found…!?We’re currently still using TP via our old email set up, but we are looking to phase that out..Any suggestions/advice welcome - thank you in advance!

Hello,I am trying to change the All Request view in the New experience to a more suited view for our users and I don’t seem to be able to Add another view as a new default.I have created a new Issues View and shared it system wide, and tried Adding it in the Users Layouts but none of the active views seem to appear when searching.Is there a different way to change the default view?Thanks! 

workfront end user question - “How to show projects collapsed by default” in the “My Work” section, or is there a way to “Collapse All”?  Currently, must collapse each project individually every time.
