Hi,what happens to a profile in a Journey if, during message delivery, the Channel Rule Set blocks the communication because a frequency cap has been reached?Does the Journey consider this step as completed and allow the profile to move on to the next step?Or does the profile drop out of the Journey path?
The LTS Analyzer identified a handful of references to obsolete components in our custom code, which we remediated and were removed from the report on a subsequent run. What remains are many paths to out-of-the-box components that we have never used or referenced. In our dev system, I used the Content Transformer to remove ALL paths (/content, /etc, /libs, /var) on both author AND PUBLISH instances, PRIOR to upgrade (6.5 SP21).After upgrade, everything is working fine. Zero issues. But now I am seeing conflicting information that the tool should not be used that way, specifically:Only /content and /etc paths should be removed by the Content Transformer. The Analyzer should only be run on author instances. On publish instances you should remove the obsolete paths manually or some other method (not sure what that would be). And just to confirm, the Content Transformer must be run on a 6.5 classic instance, prior to upgrade. It errors out on a upgraded LTS instance. The error logs in
Currently, buyer group role creation in AJO B2B relies on exact-match or limited matching logic for job titles and attributes. This creates constraints when mapping real-world data, where job titles are often inconsistent, varied, or unstandardized.Introducing a “contains” logic would significantly improve flexibility and accuracy in buyer group definition. It would allow roles to dynamically capture a broader and more realistic set of relevant contacts (e.g., capturing variations like “Sr. Director of Radiology,” “Radiology Director,” or “Director, Imaging Services” under a single word - contains “radiology”).This enhancement would:Improve coverage and completeness of buying groups by reducing missed matches Reduce manual effort and dependency on exhaustive title mapping Increase scalability across regions and datasets with inconsistent naming conventions Enable more accurate downstream activation (e.g., LinkedIn, email targeting)Overall, adding “contains” logic will make buyer group
We have an existing dataset that is enabled for customer profiles. Recently, some incorrect or undesirable data has been ingested into this dataset. I am looking for expert guidance on whether it is possible to remove or correct only the affected records without impacting the already established customer profiles or downstream profile calculations.Specifically, I would like to understand the recommended approach or best practices for safely remediating bad data in a profile‑enabled dataset, while preserving profile integrity and minimizing any disruption to current profiles or dependent use cases.if we delete the that particular batch from dataset , does those are removed from profile store ? after correcting the data , if we re-ingest does the event data is overwritten with the latest data , Suggest me how can i resolve this
Does anyone know if there is a way to link AEM Assets Collection with Adobe Express Library?
Hi everyone,I’m new to the Adobe Experience League community and excited to finally join the discussions here. I’ve been exploring different Adobe solutions and trying to better understand how teams use Adobe tools to create more effective digital experiences and workflows.I’m particularly interested in learning best practices, practical use cases, and real-world tips from experienced members — especially around improving productivity, content management, and overall user experience within Adobe platforms.I’m still learning, so I’m hoping to gain insights from community discussions, shared resources, and expert advice. If anyone has recommendations for beginner-friendly learning paths, helpful documentation, or common mistakes to avoid, I’d really appreciate your guidance.Looking forward to connecting and learning with all of you! Thanks
In the old email template you could use dynamic content in the sender profile based off a segment in the database.example: If SDM segment is North America - West, sender is John Doe, etc.Is this not an option with the new email builder?
Workfront adoption isn’t a one-time launch, it’s a long-term strategy. Because Workfront changes how work actually flows (not just where it’s tracked), teams are often shifting processes, roles, and long-standing habits. In this practitioner-focused session, featuring Carol Thomas-Knipes, VP, Creative Technology Operations at Citi (@thatdamladynyc); Daniel Clarke, Director, Adobe Workfront and Fusion Practice at EMMsphere (@Daniel_Clarke ); and Victoria Sellers, Associate Manager at Accenture (@VicSellers) shared how to design Workfront so people want to use it—and keep using it.Specifically, you’ll hear:How to design your Workfront environment for adoption from day one, including governance, templates, and user experiences Tips for standardizing intake and workflow so work enters the system consistently, moves efficiently, and provides leaders with visibility without creating friction for teams Practical ways to use automation to drive engagement and accountability A clear, actionable
Hello CommunityWe are setting up the environment to enable SDI so that the content won't be cached for dynamic components. The only issue is, the CDN is caching the "nocache.html" files which ultimately caused the issues. If we verify using dispatcher URL, we see the expected changes. Currently we have configured Sling Dynamic Include OSGI config with ESI and followed the header rules as per this - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/caching/how-to/disable-caching?lang=enSetting nocache.html path with Header unset Cache-ControlHeader unset Surrogate-ControlHeader always set Cache-Control "no-store, max-age=0"Header always set Surrogate-Control "no-store, max-age=0" and Parent paths with some non zero TTLs along with these -Header set x-aem-esi "on"Header set x-aem-compress "on"But CDN is still caching the fragments with nocache selector.Do we need to configure cdn.yml file for this?
I am creating an excel file programmatically which stores some user info but this excel is created in publish env, is there any way such that i can bring this to author? I checked ReplicationManager API but its deprecated for reverse replication in AEM as cloud
Hello! We do gate approvals in Workfront. Our approval flow is set up to send to Manager A and B, and if one of them approves the task, it’s approved.I have been asked if I can make a report that shows who approved each gate and when. I have the date figured out, and I found a way to show both Manager A’s and Manager B’s names as “Approvers”, but I can’t figure out a way to pull which manager actually hit the approve button.Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you!
Description - The current proof zooming while reviewing a proof allows up to 400% zoom. While this may sound sufficient, it is not always in most cases. It would be great if the proofs could be zoomed in even more. Why is this feature important to you - On some files we review, there is small text that cannot be read at the current zoom level. In those cases we need to download the document and then add in comments seperately. How would you like the feature to work - If the zoom could be increased to 500% or more, it could solve the issue.
Description -Why is this feature important to you - This feature is required for security requirements for client organization. How would you like the feature to work - Support to MTLS in HTTPs mode for Workfront and Fusion integrationCurrent Behaviour - currently MTLS is only available in our HTTP mode and not HTTPS Thanks, Prasanna Nagarajan
Can we add multiple values for the path here. Is that possible in any AEM config. If yes how, and if not what are the other ways we can handle this.
Hello everyone,I’m using Marketo Conversational Forms. Setting up the form and the flow worked like a charm. I also added Marketo lead fields to Adobe Dynamic Chat via Configurations > Integrations > Adobe Marketo Engage. In my flow, I’m using Info Capture, Update Attribute, and Set Goal. However, I can’t see any information in my Marketo instance. Neither the conversational flow engagement appears in the Activity Log, nor do the data values in the lead record change.I also tested setting personal data in a context message by adding tokens for the user’s name. Those fields were filled in the form that triggered the conversational flow, but the tokens aren’t populated either.I tested the form on both a Marketo landing page and an AEM site. In both cases, the Munchkin code was active.Did I miss something? Do I need to do anything specific to sync values back to Marketo? In which cases can I integrate attributes into the flow? Thanks and best regards,Wolfram
I am not able to connect my gmail with fusion, I have followed all the steps mentioned in fusion documention and updated google console, then also it is throwing this error. Please help me get through this.
We are using Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service and need to share our Preview environment with a limited number of external users (outside our organization)for review before publishing to live dispatcher. Our production website is completely public (no authentication) and is protected by Imperva WAF on the live domain. For the Preview environment, our requirements are:Provide access only to a specific set of pages Prevent access to all other pages Ensure the environment is secure for external usersSince Preview behaves similarly to Publish and does not support fine-grained user/group permissions like Author, we are exploring the best approach. Our questions:What is the recommended way to restrict access to only specific pages in Preview? Should this be primarily handled at Dispatcher level, WAF (Imperva), or a combination of both? Are there any best practices for exposing Preview securely to external users in AEMaaCS?If anyone has implemented a similar setup, especially with Impe

I am currently working on the Universal Editor and xwalk projects.Based on the official documentation at https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-edge-delivery/using/build/indexing and https://www.aem.live/docs/indexing-reference, I expected to retrieve the showbreadcrumb metadata from the pages by adjusting the helix-query.yaml file.version: 1indices: pages: include: - '/**' exclude: - '/**.json' target: /query-index.json properties: lastModified: select: none value: parseTimestamp(headers["last-modified"], "ddd, DD MMM YYYY hh:mm:ss GMT") robots: select: head > meta[name="robots"] value: attribute(el, "content") title: select: head > title value: textContent(el) showbreadcrumb: select: head > meta[name="showbreadcrumb"] value: attribute(el, "content")However, the returned results still only contain the lastModified, robots, and path fields from before the m
Hi everyone,We`re trying to import several files into Campaign File Resources so can be used in email marketing. In our Production instance, the webapp we use in DEV to do so is not working properly, so we’d like to replicate it’s function in any other way. What we want and what the webapp allows us, is to select a zip folder and load its many files into the file Resources. We don’t strictly need to load a zip folder from local storage, it can be a common folder stored in the server, as long as we have the folder files uploaded into File Resources. Thanks!
Thank you to all of you for joining **L821 – Take-off with Fusion! Go from 0 to Integration in 90 Minutes** at Adobe Summit 2026. Below you'll find everything but the deck from the session. To revisit the exercises at your own pace we’ve included the .json’s here that were used in the exercises and behind the scenes to populate the firefly generated images. These can be imported into your Fusion environment by creating a new scenario-->going to the … menu at the bottom of the Scenario designer screen -->selecting import .json. Did anyone experience a significant spike in clicks in mid-March 2026?After changing my copywriting and friendly from, I saw CTOs for several of my emails in the 60% - 80%+ range. I can match them to real users in our database. So I don’t *think* it was bot-related. But it was majorly unusual for our email and our audience.
I signed up for the free trial and canceled the recurring charge, and yet two months later I was charged for the annual subscription. How do I get a refund since they are charging me an upfront fee after I cancelled? I can't get in touch with support.
Hiya,I currently created a VRS based on a parent RS. Other VRS can be selected in Data warehouse and the RS is also enabled Data warehouse but when I selected the one that I created, the error as below will be pop up. What else setup do i miss?FYI:Error:The virtual report suite you selected is not compatible with Data Warehouse. Choose a different report suite before continuing.
Hi Team,In AJO, I have created an API-triggered campaign for OTP delivery, which is used for application login. While setting up the campaign, I enabled the webhook option to capture the customer status.I have a couple of questions: Where is the feedback data stored in AJO? Specifically, which dataset contains the email/SMS tracking or feedback events? I have configured the feedback webhook as well. For this, do we need to create and host the webhook URL externally, or is there a way to generate it within Adobe? Could you please help clarify these points?Regards,Nikhil
