Hi! I am trying to create a view on a project’s document screen that shows the task name that the document is stored in (stored at the task level).Currently the column is showing the Task Name and was a column offered when editing the view, but it pulls empty.linkedname=tasknamekey=view.relatedcolumnnamekeyargkey.0=tasknamekeyargkey.1=namequerysort=task:namevaluefield=task:namevalueformat=HTML Does anyone have this use, or know how to pull the task name?
Can Auto-Target and Auto Personalisation’s machine-learning use audiences created in the Target Audience Library directly? The documentation (What Data is Collected to Build Machine-Learning Algorithms? | Adobe Target) specifically references audiences created in Experience Cloud (with examples of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Audience Manager), as well as audiences created in Platform CDP, but it is not clear whether audiences created in Target’s audience library are used by the machine-learning.For context: We have a single mbox parameter which contains a comma delimited string of identifiers which relate to audiences defined in an external platform. We create audiences in the Target Audience Library to split out each separate audience and make it usable. The string itself will be relatively useless to the ML models. Ideally the audiences we already create in the Target UI will be available. Thanks!
Hello,I had a few examples pop up in the last few days. Some of my users access was deactivated by the system. In all cases, these are active users using Workfront daily.Has anyone encountered this before or at least in the last week? Thanks in advance!John
Hello! Still new to text mode so kinda feel dumb asking but here goes. I don’t want my grouping to have display names. When I remove the displayname line completely, it defaults to be grouped by the field name. If I leave it blank at the end like - “group.0.displayname=” it’s still pulling the field name. According to the tip in this article (¾ way down the page), if I leave it “blank”, it should just be grouped by the value but it seems to not be working so I must be doing something wrong. Thanks in advance :) https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/reporting/reports/custom-view-samples/grouping-rename-grouping
I’m working on a task report that I’ve added a column to list documents in them. The text mode for the column is:displayname=Documentslistdelimiter=<br>listmethod=nested(documents).liststype=iteratevaluefield=namevalueformat=HTMLIs it possible to take this further in text mode to have the document titles be links? I’ve tried a few different options that haven’t worked out so far (the full href text or nothing at all). I’m unsure if this is a limitation in Workfront or maybe I haven’t made the correct edits in text mode. Any insight is appreciated.
It is a very chaotic job for a Workfront System Admin to perform clean up activity or to offboard a group and its objects. It solves a admin pain point, if there is a tool/functionality added to Adobe Workfront for cleaning up the old data such as Projects, users, objects which are deactivated or not used in the last 6 months or a year.
I accidently made a field Primary in the Planning but now cannot delete or modify. How do you unfreeze this primary field in Planning?
Hi Everyone,In AJO, we can make Fragments dynamic, but this feature is unavailable in the new Marketo Email Editor. In the Email Editor, a Fragment can only be dynamic at the email level, while in AJO, the Fragment itself can be dynamic.Does anyone have an idea what the workaround is for this?

DescriptionThe executionMetadata helper function in AJO is extremely valuable for dynamically capturing and storing custom key-value pairs in the message execution context. In our organization, the primary use case is tracking user exposure to specific fragments and enabling downstream personalization logic without the need to create additional journey branches or duplicated nodes. However, currently the execution metadata is only populated in the Feedback dataset (Sent, Delivered, Bounce, Error, Exclusion). It is not populated in the Tracking dataset for interactionType events (Opens, Clicks, Spam, and Unsubscribe). Why is this feature important to youThis limitation significantly reduces the analytical value of execution metadata.Today, if organizations want complete reporting across both delivery and engagement metrics, the only viable option is to create separate journey nodes for each variation or fragment exposure scenario. This increases journey complexity, maintenance effort, and

Hello, I know i can bring this in a task report, but Is there anyway I can bring in lastnote: note text in a note report?
Hi Community,I'm running into a persistent issue with Adobe Journey Optimizer and hoping someone can point me in the right direction.I'm attempting to build a Fragment that dynamically switches a redemption link based on a campaignName value using an IF-ELSE conditional. The link is an external URL, so I'm trying to set the expression as an href. Here's what I've tried:1. Embedding the IF-ELSE logic directly in a Fragment saved as an href2. Moving the same conditional expression into the personalization editor of the email itself (as an external link)In both cases, the code validates successfully — no errors thrown on validation — but AJO refuses to save either the Fragment or the Email, and I'm not getting a clear error message explaining why.Has anyone encountered this behavior before? Is there a known limitation around using conditional expressions inside href attributes within Fragments? Any guidance on the correct approach for dynamically switching links based on campaign attribute

Planning API: Field Search and Mapping LimitationsThere is no straightforward way to search or filter fields by name in the Planning API. Field IDs are not exposed in the Workfront UI, requiring additional API calls just to identify them. Mapping a field ID to its record type then requires chaining multiple searches, when this should ideally be handled in a single call. Planning API: Create/Read/UpdateFrom a Fusion developer perspective, it would be beneficial to support full programmatic create, read, update, and delete operations for record types and their fields. It would also be valuable to officially support patching individual record options. While we were able to accomplish this through an undocumented approach, having it formally available in the public API would significantly improve reliability and long‑term supportability.
Preserve Connected Record Picklist Values in AutomationsIn Workfront Planning, I’d love the ability to create a record and send it to another record type, either within the same workspace or across workspaces, while preserving picklist values from connected records.Right now, when using automations, those picklist values don’t carry over if they come from connected records. For teams using a central taxonomy model, this becomes a real challenge. We end up having to rely on Fusion to handle what feels like a core in-app use case, including working through complex JSON structures and API calls just to pass multi-select values. It works, but it adds a lot of unnecessary complexity for something that should be native. Automatically Associate Projects to Portfolios and ProgramsThere’s also a related gap when creating portfolios and programs through automations. While you can create them, there’s no way to automatically associate the projects generated from those automations back to the port

I have a template that utilizes fixed dates for the task constraints. When I create a project with the template, no matter what the start date of the project is, my tasks are all defaulting to decimal durations. If I create a project today with a start date of tomorrow at 9AM. The tasks were all created using that as the start date and time, but the end dates are defaulting to 2 pm resulting in less than full days.
Does anyone happen to know exactly how monthly user availability is calculated in Planner? I’m working on a utilization project with WF data pulled via API call. Three different schedules are in play for my user group--US, UK, and Malaysia. I’ve taken schedule weekdays, schedule holidays, and individual user PTO into account to calculate availability. When looking at monthly totals, my calculations for US and UK users match what’s shown in Planner. However, the totals for users in Malaysia are slightly off. For example, here’s the November 2025 availability in Planner for one of users in Malaysia. The Malaysia schedule had no holiday exceptions that month, and this user had no PTO. November had 20 weekdays, so with a schedule of M-F 9-5, the available hours for the month should be 160, not 164: If I switch the planner view from Month to Week, all the weeks in November (either fully in November or partially) correctly show an availability of 40. I’m guessing differing time zones
I have a requirement to add a custom column to the list view along with the other OOTB fields in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Cloud instance. Could anyone guide me on how to achieve this? I want to add a column with header Content-Type that will fetch the value from jcr:content/metadata/content-type.I could achieve this with the reorder.jsp file pointed here: https://experience-aem.blogspot.com/2019/10/aem-6520-aem-assets-add-custom-metadata-columns-in-assets-console-list-view.html but this does not work in AEM Cloud.Again, this URL also explains in another way : https://experience-aem.blogspot.com/2019/08/aem-6510-adding-custom-metadata-columns-in-list-view-of-assets-search-console.html but again this conflicts with OOTB behavior and breaks the search functionality in AEMaaCS.Any concrete solution that works on cloud?
I am very much new to adobe target and need some insight on the current implementation on the website. Please help
Hi all, working on making a connection between Workfront Core (Sandbox instance) and Workfront Proof. I'm trying to set up the connection module in Fusion, but I'm consistently getting a Request Timeout error when I attempt to authenticate.I've double-checked the credentials and endpoints, and everything seems to be configured correctly from my end. I've attached a screenshot for reference in case it helps identify the issue.
@Jennifer_Dungan @sandip_surse @alchan @Property Suggest Can we load Analytics JS from my domain(to avoid as external call during CloudFlare challenge), while retaining Adobe hosted/managed on all other screens, would visitor ID be affected, what other possible implications I should be aware of? I’m sure this quite common issue across industries and likely discussed/fixed in this community, any other workarounds would be much appreciated. Thank you
