Hi Adobe Community, Greetings! Until early Feb or Feb end, I was able to see the pattern field property available for string fields in AEP and could freely test the regex pattern to filter out records which were invalid. For the use case, we wanted to filter out invalid Identity values and we could do the testing. But until recently, Adobe has pushed an update it seems where the pattern field property is only available if dataset is not created from the schema. So to test the regex pattern you need to create schema → add pattern → create dataset → Ingest data to test if regex pattern is working or not. Incase the pattern fails, then you need to delete the dataset → update regex pattern in the schema → create dataset → ingest data → and test again.  So, I feel this is not very developer friendly. When I inquired this with adobe support, I got to know the reason why this change was made is, now Pattern is considered as a breaking change. I feel its not, as we can control the error thresh

Does anyone know where I can find release notes specifically for AEP Data Collection Tags (FKA Launch)?Recently, I noticed some new features within the Tags UI, so obviously Adobe has made changes, but I am unable to find any release notes that explain these changes.In the right side area of the Tags > Properties screen there is a What’s New section with a Release Notes link that points to the following URL, but there is no AEP Data Collection Tags info on that page.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/release-notes/latest#data-collection 

Hi, We are seeing batch failure error in dataset and below is the error description“The message cannot be validated because a required property is missing: #: required key [_organizationName] not found.”However, whenever we are testing and checking, we do see ‘_organizationName’ on every interact call. We have one field ‘userID’ which is required in the schema of this ‘_organizationName’ object, and we do see this required field having value in every interact call but intermittently we do see the batch failure error.

For example - If in the morning we got an event for a user saying Account status is active and then in the evening we get the account status is inactive. How do we make sure that we look at the latest event only, considering the look back period of evaluation timeframe for the audience is set to “In last 1 day or 24 hours”? Thanks,Sambit

Has anyone successfully connected Workfront with Aprimo DAM using Fusion? Our use case is to upload final files from Workfront in the DAM, but we’re running into issues - especially files over 20MB. Would love to pick your brain if you’ve successfully done this integration!

Looking for the syntax to have and event subscription that triggers when a custom filed on a custom form or a project is changed.  I’ve tired nested, colon and dot notations, and the subscription get created but the field does not trigger it. 

I would find a great deal of value in a webinar/Q&A session with Adobe Product Managers tailored to understanding the pivot from the standard Proofing experience to the Unified Approvals experience. Seems to be a wide range of considerations and no hard deadlines on some required changes, but documentation seems “thin” and some of these changes need measurable documentation and process re-training in my organization. There is even documentation on how to use Unified Approvals and Proofing together https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront/using/review-and-approve-work/document-reviews-and-approvals/manage-asset-review-and-approval/doc-approvals-and-proofing but not much that speaks to when existing Proofing functionality would be phased out completely. Can this type of information event be prioritized by the Workfront team? 

We are using the WCM Core component PDF Viewer (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-core-components/using/wcm-components/pdf-viewer) on our site to improve the pdf experience of our customers but we are getting analytics cookies coming along for the ride:acrobatservices.adobe.comdc-api.adobe.iop.typekit.netp13n.adobe.iouse.typekit.netviewlicense.adobe.ioObviously we need to make sure if the users disables analytic cookies in our cookie consent manager that these cookies don’t get dropped.This isn’t a problem for js that we managed in Adobe Tags, we have rules to wire it up to the consent manager but im not sure how to go about wiring up these cookies from this core component.Any ideas?

Hi everyone,I’m just starting with Journey (this is my very first Journey on the Adobe platform) and I’m sending my first email communications.I’ve noticed that on my email, an additional message appears at the bottom of the email content:“Server responded with ‘Access denied’ – check your email address and password in the account settings and try again.”In Polish beacause i am Pole: “Serwer wysłał komunikat: Odmowa dostępu”This message is being appended directly to the email body, which of course should not be visible to recipients.My questions are:What exactly is this message and where does it come from (Journey itself, email configuration, SMTP server, etc.)? Why does it appear only in some emails and not all sends? How can I fix this and completely remove it so it is not added to production emails?

I need to target the homepage for an activity, but I'm running into an issue with URL matching. The activity fires correctly when users visit https://example.com/, but it doesn't trigger when users land on https://example.com/?utm_source=source or https://example.com/?abcdefjkl (any URL with query parameters).I've tried several different configurations, but none of them are working.I've attached screenshots showing my current setup.

Hi Team -We have setup the audiences in AEP/AJO and also we have added the required asset id for japn region and once the AEP/AJO is processed email is getting deployed to all regions except for Japan. Note: we use AEP/AJO for audience build only. Need why Japan audiences are not receiving email and how to troubleshoot it

Are there recommendations/best practices to manage content as code.One of the team I work with mentioned this as their problem statement “Our code gets deployed through Cloud Manager but our QA cannot test anything yet nor can automated regression tests be triggered through Continuous Test Pipelines because they have to wait until content is authored.”The human element in the process feels like a huge bottle neck in the process as it is hindering immediate feedback loop.I am trying to understand what strategies other enterprises who use AEM have implemented in their SDLC process.For example in a sprint, if the code and content are planned to be delivered together, cant the content creators(BA/Business) be ready with the content that go in with the fragments that get deployed as part of code 

When adding a custom HEX code to a background color in the new Marketo builder, the editor does not apply the color; you cannot hit select/enter to apply the settings. The only way I have found to actually apply the settings is to paste the HEX code into the color block, then arrow up or down to change the color to an adjacent color, then return to the original color I pasted to get the color to apply.When applying a background color to a component using a HEX code, the change doesn't take effect automatically and we need to press the Tab key for the change to apply.This isn’t very intuitive and we would expect that hitting enter or selecting the value would automatically apply the custom Hex code for a background color.
