Hi! In my company we have set up the marketing channels in the best way, but the results I see from workspace do not convince me and I think there are errors in the processing rules, but I do not know how to solve them. The main anomalies I see in the data are: The main anomalies I see in the data are:- 55% of the audience of the marketing channel "direct" is from Referrer Type "Search Engines", specifically the majority comes from Google.In the Processing Rules "direct" is my last rule, and above it are the rules for the "search" channels. I share the configuration of the rules: Here you can see the order of the rules:  Here the configuration of both "Search" channels:  "Direct" Marketing Channel: Why if we have specified in the "Search" rules to collect the data "Matches Natural Search Detection Rules" not all "Search" traffic is collected in the corresponding channels and falls into "Direct"?  Thank you!     

I created an automated report using the Excel Report Builder. It emails me at least weekly, if not more. I no longer want to use this report, but there’s no link in the email, and I’m not sure what happened to the original file. How do I stop this?

AJO cant use Array Attributes from an AEP Profile in Web Channel, only flat array are accessible in AJO WEB channel https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/journey-optimizer-questions/using-array-attributes…  is it still a limitation ?

In June, Adobe Marketo Engage released a feature called Conditional Content for the new Email Designer. This feature provided an intuitive new way to personalize email blocks based on person/account attributes, offering more flexibility and control than the legacy email editor’s Dynamic Content feature.After the release, we discovered certain legacy tokens were not resolving correctly in the Email Designer. We have decided to temporarily disable the feature until we can resolve this issue. So, for now, you will no longer see the option to create new conditional content. If you have already created conditional content using this feature, the emails will still work as expected. All other email and related assets will also work as expected.   If you clone or edit emails that contain conditional content, you might see certain scripts native to the legacy email editor in the preview, instead of the visual representation of the conditional content. This question is tied to my other question here:  New document approvals currently show like this in my view (versus the screenshot in the other post):Is there any way to build one view that covers both types of documents with a similar look? As far as I can tell, the only way so far to access the new doc approvals variables is through Canvas Dashboards, which is not useful to me. TYIA!

Hello all,  We have experienced a break in our data where a “N/A” value was getting captured in a dimension instead of the correct URL (domain and path only). We have another variable that captures the URL (included query string parameters). Since the original dimension is heavily used, we want to see if there are any solutions we can employ before updating all of our segments.  So as the title - are there any methods we can employ to update the N/A values on dimension X with breakdown of the dimensions with Y?

I need to create a report that shows jobs that have ALL tasks closed for that Team ID, in a specific time frame (last month).Meaning I want to see the number of jobs that my team completed all tasks assigned to them. I don’t care if other team members are still working on their tasks and the job is still open - my concert is only with my team. I don’t need to see jobs that still have tasks less than 100% completed by my team. Sorry, I’m being redundant but every time I explain it to someone, they have a hard time understanding what I need. Can anyone help me? I was able to get a report of tasks completed by my team, but there might other tasks on these jobs that were not completed, so these jobs should not appear on my report.Thank you.

Hi, I'm looking to use a custom metric and apply attribution settings to it, but the non-default attribution settings only work on metrics within the Data View. How do I create a metric within Data View that is counting distinct dimension values, so that I can apply non-default attribution settings within workspace? Right now, it seems like I can only count metrics at the event level (row count with the value) or Session or People. But for cases like application IDs where we want to attribute each instance of an app ID to an upstream touchpoint, I would need a distinct count metric. Thanks

Hello Community,Let me explain the scenario I am facing with Login Credentials of adobe.Previously we had company email name as "shortid@company.com" and I had my Adobe Analytics login with the same. After that due to our company policy our email id has been changed to "firstname.lastname@company.com" and this marked as FEDERATED ID. A new ID in adobe is being created for me with "firstname.lastname@company.com" - so now I have two IDs in Adobe. My old ID (shortid@company.com) was having only one application and that is Adobe Analytics and new ID (firstname.lastname@company.com) was having for applications (Data Collection,Software Distribution, System Status and Workfront). I am a Web Data Analyst in the organization and I was using "shortid@company.com" as my login credential to access Adobe Analytics. Now an admin right user of our company account in adobe converted my Adobe Analytics ID to FEDERATED ID to enable SSO Login.As a reason whenever I am trying to use

Following the latest MSI update, we’ve noticed that the Email tab in Salesforce is no longer displaying the full history of delivered emails. Currently, only a select few are visible, while the rest are hidden behind the "Check Delivery Status" link.This change is causing significant confusion for the Sales team. To streamline their workflow, could we please: Restore the full list of all delivered emails within the main Email tab. Ensure they remain sorted by date (most recent first). The goal is to eliminate the need for users to click through to external links to see a lead's full engagement history. Thanks,Daniel
