Hi there. I’m pulling a Proof Approvals report, where I am grouping by approverDecision to know what proofs are still pending and which ones have been reviewed/approved. It turns out that if a proof was set up as interactive, the system will lowercase the field value for approverDecision and will capitalize it if the proof was set up as static. See example screenshot:I cannot find any string functions to use within valueexpression or something similar in text mode to normalize these fields. Hi, I’m configuring a Custom SMS provider in AJO.The provider requires:A login request using Authorization: Basic base64(user:password) to retrieve a short-lived token A second request to send the SMS using Authorization: Bearer {token}Since the token expires frequently, is it possible in AJO Custom SMS configuration to:Dynamically generate the Basic header? Handle the login call and reuse the returned token?Or is middleware required to manage token refresh externally? If Custom SMS config can’t manage this, can Custom Actions do that? Thanks!

I applied for the Adobe AD0-E608 exam on 13th March and later rescheduled it to 15th March. I received an email from Adobe confirming that the exam has been successfully rescheduled. However, I am unable to pay the $5 rescheduling fee.In the Purchases section, it shows that there is an amount payable, but there is no option available to complete the payment. Hi Team,We have successfully ingested data into the B2B Account and B2B Person datasets, and the profiles are visible in the Profile Store as expected. Background:Working with AEP and connected tools like CJA and AJO for a while now, one thing has become painfully obvious lately: the lack of a useful documentation of the client setup. There may be great yet unofficial community tools out there, but let's be honest, in many cases people using the system may not have the required setup like programming languages (Python or NodeJS) to generate the documentation for themselves, so might require a developer to support them. What I am trying to say is:The Adobe tools are powerful and highly complex to set up, and creating and maintaining client-specific documentation on that is cannot possibly be a manual task. This is surely not sustainable. What I would like to pitch is:We need a Documentation section built into the UI AEP and connected tools, that lets you generate an ad-hoc, standardized documentation as downloadable Excel workbook.This you can then either keep in AEP to be accessible for everyone with access, or decide to download and

Hi Community,We're experiencing an issue in one of our lead scoring campaigns in Marketo. The flow is set up as: Change Status > Wait 5 minutes > Change Score.Most leads follow this correctly, but a few records are skipping the wait step entirely. They enter the campaign, the status changes, and their score updates within seconds - no delay observed.I already reviewed there's no racing conditions. No one updated the campaign in between. I am assuming this can be a priority issue.Has anyone seen this before? What could be the possible reasons? Any insights, troubleshooting tips, or solutions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I'm trying to add Gmail Annotation into a token via email script and haven't had much luck finding any examples.I've added this script and token to the <head> of my email template, but I don't know what to add to the Email Script Token. I am trying to map an array variable to the Planning Module but no matter what I do, I get an error "Array of objects expected in parameter 'F6914a6c02f21335b7b794d35'." I have tried to just have the ID numbers, the "id: xxxxxxx" and plenty of other things to get this to work but I don't know what it wants and I can not find any documentation on Planning Module specifics.  When I put the variables in one at a time in the without mapping, it works (but I will never know the set amount of objects so I need the array). Classification rules are now available in classification sets.I created a new classification set and added a rule with a regex and I wonder if any of you can shed some light on the following observations.According to the status, my new rule was directly activated without me explicitly activating it. Even after deactivating and saving, it reverts back to active. Testing the new rule gives me error messages. First it says “You have unsaved changes to your rules. Please save your changes and try again.”, although I saved it and did not change anything. After clicking on “Save rules” (again) and clicking on “Test rule set” it unhelpfully says  “Failed to test ruleset. Please try again.”Are there known problems with saving/testing rules?

Hi everyone,I’m encountering an issue related to “Registered Error” statuses in a Marketo webinar program.For one of our webinars, we see about 60 members with the status Registered Error in the Program Members tab. Most of these records were originally marked as Registered but later moved to Registered Error after Salesforce created duplicate records and merged them. The total number of registrants coming from Marketo aligns correctly with Adobe Connect data.However, when I try to pull these same members using a Smart List with the filter Member of Program → Status: Registered Error, only a small portion of those records appear. Many of the individuals shown in the Program Members tab are missing from the Smart List results.We need to locate these members to update their status to No Show, since they did not attend the webinar.Has anyone experienced this behavior before, and were you able to find a solution or workaround?Thanks in advance for any insights!

We use Tealium as our CDP where Adobe Analytics tags and third‑party tags are implemented. One of our site environments experienced a Content Security Policy (CSP) issue that prevented the Tealium header and associated scripts from loading properly, which blocked analytics and third‑party tag requests from firing in the browser.After resolving the CSP in the current month, when we reviewed Adobe Analytics data from November through February, we noticed that only the 10th of each month (and March) shows significant data. Can anyone please explain the cause of this pattern.

After sending incremental data to destination platforms (based on the referenced use case), we need to regularly delete the previous day’s batches from the destination dataset table. To automate this process, we explored the available API options, but it appears that the Batch Deletion API is deprecated.Could anyone confirm whether there is any supported method to programmatically delete batches?(Using the UI is not feasible since this needs to be fully automated.)Approaches We Explored but Could Not use:Deleting Records via Data Lifecycle Management - This does not work because the dataset is not Profile-enabled, so there is no primary identifier available to target records and we don’t want to make it enabled as well just to create duplicates in the profile store. Data Retention Policy - Retention policies apply only to event datasets, so they cannot be used for this dataset type.
