Hi, How to track conversions i.e form fills from specific emails without using UTM parameters? I am looking towards creating a single report/smart list/trigger that could track all form fills coming from specific engagement programs/email programs? Appreciate the help. Thanks!
Could someone please confirm if, as of October 25, 2024, it is possible to override the default version purge configuration in AEM as a Cloud Service? The documentation suggests a future configuration option (in mt.yaml) to override this setting—is that correct?Currently, it seems that versions are retained for seven years with no limit on the number of versions until a future update is released. Is this accurate? Link - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/operations/maintenance#purge_tasks
Can the descriptive text field be enhanced while building the form? , I should be able to style the descriptive text by changing its color and making it bold for user.Is there a way to bring the descriptive text closer to the field, or is there an alternative solution?" Workfront View - 1) Need to remove the space Highlighted in RED. 2) so i can bring the “Descriptive text field-with the text” closer to “Text with formatting field”3) Also, is there a way to use style/color in “Descriptive text field-with the text”Please advice if you have alternate solution,
Description - The "my task" widget on the New Home area defaults to showing ALL tasks that a user is assigned to. We have the option to set default filters at the layout template, but it becomes "sticky" when an admin does this. The default filter for my tasks should prioritize work that can/should be happening. The my work widget isn't optimal to use since it's not as streamlined as the My Task widget. Why is this feature important to you - Users need a list of actionable to do items that's clean and easy to manage. By showing them things not ready for them it's confusing and not a great user experience. How would you like the feature to work - Default to the filters to show only current work or allow admins to change it without it impacting other areas of the tool. Current Behaviour - User has to pick the filter or the admin can set it but then it becomes sticky across all pages.

Workfront is powerful—but not all-encompassing out of the box. Sometimes you need Fusion to close the gaps on those repetitive processes. Ericsson tackled that common challenge: users manually entering project expenses across disparate systems. Huge thanks to Lucas Brito (@lucasbrito), Marketing Tech and Analytics Manager at Ericsson, who led this session, sharing how Ericsson extended Workfront to capture true event costs, streamline financial visibility, and reduce manual errors—ultimately making the process simpler and smarter for everyone involved. Lucas explained the integration of Fusion with various systems, including SharePoint, Power BI, and SAP, to automate the expense reporting process, and even jumped into Fusion for a live demo! If you missed our session, we have links to the slide deck, recording, and resources below. There is currently no way to customize colors when a report is grouped by Task > Name. (We have multiple template tasks with the same name so we can't group by Template Task ID.) If there are more than 8 groupings on the report, the automatic color selections are re-used. This makes it difficult to tell different groupings apart visually. If you try to customize colors via the chart settings, it only allows you to select a color for a specific task (not a grouping of tasks). So this feature is unusable in this scenario.I'd like to see: 1. The number of unique colors automatically applied to groupings increased 2. The option to select custom colors based on the grouping rather than the individual objects in the grouping
Related Case Number: 00437896Summary:We request a feature enhancement that allows administrators to disable the "Log Time" button on tasks while still allowing users to log time via the timesheet.Current Limitation:Currently, adjusting the task access to "View Only" (as advised in case 00437896) removes the “Log Time” option from tasks — however, it also disables time logging from the timesheet for those users. This limits our ability to manage permissions flexibly while maintaining operational efficiency in time tracking.Business Need:For governance and process control, our team needs to restrict time entry directly on tasks to prevent incorrect logging, especially after a project is no longer active. However, we still need users to log their hours via the timesheet, which is our preferred method. The current limitation forces us to choose between two incomplete solutions.Proposed Solution:Introduce a configuration option (at the system or access level) that:Hides or disables the “Log
Hi Team,We are currently trying to understand how the throttle limits are being utilized across different journeys. For example:Let’s say we have defined a throttling rule of 200 calls per second. Our system is triggered by a custom action across 10 different journeys. If one journey receives 300 calls per second, it will consume all 200 available slots, and the remaining 100 calls will either be discarded or queued. As a result, the other 9 journeys will not have any slots left due to the exceeded limit. We would like to identify:Which journey received the 300 calls per second?Which journeys were impacted and did not receive any slots?Do you know of any method or API that can help us pull these logs or provide visibility into this usage? Thanks in advance for your help!
Hello I have a general question regarding the presence of more than 1 email address which could be in an array under a specific object. Let's call them primary and secondary for this use case. These email addresses would not be part of the email namespace but named value pairs. Using a journey within AJO, I should be able to select both the primary and secondary email address for a profile which qualifies for a journey, correct? This would result in at lest two email send events upon the profile and could have 0..N opens. Please confirm if this understanding is correct?
Hi all, I have an interview on Adobe Experience Platform for the deployment in AEP project and I am a fresher. Can you please help me what I need to prepare? What kind of questions will be asked by the client?
Hi, I've checked with my IT department about the recent Workfront Microsoft Outlook Integration Changes announcement. As it stands now, we will lose the functionality of the Workfront Outlook add-in when Microsoft fully disables the legacy exchange tokens. Are there any plans for Workfront to update the Workfront Outlook add-in app to updated authentication so the Outlook add-in still works? Thanks
Hello, I'm trying to run a report on how often a choice is selected on a custom form. I think there are two pieces I need help with: The calculated field I'm using to try to 'count' the choicesThe report grouping and chart I'm trying to make Custom FormI have a Checkbox field type, any user can select as many options that apply:I've added a calculated field with the following formula:{DE: Defect Reasons}Which now tells me what options have been selected:ReportThe goal of my report is to inform me how many times a checkbox option is selected, but for some reason, I can only use the Grouping 'Task > Calculated Defect Reasons' This is causing the chart to count the full string of choices, rather than the individual choice. Not the most helpful when there are many tasks put into the report: Is there any way to make a calculation that does individual counts of choices? And how could that translate into a Report chart?
Hello Community, In the AMS Dispatcher configuration, OPTIONS requests are denied in the `security.conf` file to mitigate potential attack vectors. I understand this configuration was implemented around five years ago, likely in a response to a vulnerability at the time. I would like to ask if someone could shed light on the specific vulnerability that this rule was intended to address and if it still persists in modern version of HTTPD. The reason for my inquiry is that we have a use case involving requests with the `Authorization` header. As a result, the browser sends preflight requests, which unfortunately get blocked at the Dispatcher tier due to this rule. Would it still be considered unsafe to allow such preflight requests, or has the underlying risk been resolved in recent updates to the HTTPD server? Your insights and recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance,Rustam
Hi there, Just wondering if there's any official time expectation on when a file is uploaded via Data source FTP upload, versus via Data Insertion API. For example, if I upload a file / submit through Data Insertion API, how long can I expect to see the data show up in AA reports? Thanks.
Hi, I created an audience with enrichment data. One field is type "string", the other field is "integer". When I create a condition rule on the string field, AJO correctly validates the syntax and the flow. However, when I create a condition rule on the integer, with a typecast, the condition validates, but the flow complaints about a type mismatch error:Condition on integer field (validates):(toInteger(@readAudience{ProfileFieldGroup.nr_travels})) >= 6Flow error: Anyone any idea on what's wrong?FYI, the condition must be integer comparison, I can't use string (lexicographic) here.
Hello Community, I am working on uploading files from marketo form, for this purpose i used uploadcare but wanted to know is there any way through api integration were we can upload directly to Google drive. Thank you
I am working on the conditional checks and have added the attributes from Schema using AdvancedMode and the expression doesn't pass through the journey. The same attribute when used with SimpleMode and adding a condition to check the values of the expression equals to "Y"(String) works well. Have anyone experienced issues with modes?
Hi, the article "URLs authored under /language-masters aren’t being correctly localized in corresponding live copy page" ,provided a resolution for the Issue/Symptoms stated. The first step is the following.Access configuration manager:Go to the AEM Web Console Configuration Manager by navigating to http://<AEM-Instance>:<Port>/system/console/configMgrWhile this is possible on my localhost on port 4502, how can this be accomplished on AEMaaCS environment? When tried, I get the following error.https://author-p******-e********.adobeaemcloud.com/system/console/configMgrAccess to author-p******-e********.adobeaemcloud.com was deniedYou don't have authorization to view this page.HTTP ERROR 403 With regards to <AEM-Instance>:<Port>, what port number can be used for AEMaaCS author environment? Thanks!
Dear Community,I hope you're doing well.I am currently facing an issue with the One-Click Unsubscribe URL implementation in Adobe Journey Optimizer. We have been running global campaigns from a single program. We'll have the global smart campaigns which provide the functionality. Then we'll create folders to localise emails & landing pages. Our process is to first create something in English, review it, once we're pleased we translate to Dutch, French & German. If there's a complex campaign with subfolders it gets to be quite a pain to create a new folder for the new language, then clone each asset individually into sub folders.Suggestion: When right clicking on a Folder within a Program, provide the ability to clone the folder & its children. If one of the select fields on the clone popup screen could be Landing Page template it would make my campaign manager's heads explode with joy.
Hello All,Currently the below cookies are getting collected even before the user provides his consent through the one trust cookie banner . This is working due to the configuration in the AEP web SDK extension which is In - collect events that occur before the user provides consent preferences. How can we modify this setting via the custom data element option so that these cookies will occur only after the user provides his consent on the one trust cookie banner.
Allow “Mass Collapse” of all parent tasks that are 100% complete We have large projects that can be thousands of lines long. As a general rule, there is not a daily need to look at the fine details of completed work. I can spend many minutes collapsing all completed tasks to whittle down to a view that shows me the remaining work. Given that workfront does not save the state of my collapsed tasks, I have to do this over and over again throughout the project in order to make the project readable (and speed up the display). I don’t want to use a filter to remove completed tasks as it is beneficial to see tasks in the context of the whole project. It would be nice to have a ‚Äòmass collapse’ feature that allows me to one-click collapse all parent tasks at 100% complete.
Description:There are a few functions available in Workfront expressions that aren't available or easily accomplished in Fusion. For example: WEEKDAYDIFF which works similar to DATEDIFF but only counts weekdays. This is useful since durations are measured in working days, and we have automations that need to calculate durations based on various inputs. WEEKDAYDIFF isn't available in Fusion as a function and there isn't a clear or easy way to calculate it using the available logic.Fusion supports advanced expressions that would never be possible in Workfront. There should not be any situation where Workfront can support a simple expression using a single function, but that same logic is difficult or impossible to accomplish in a Fusion expression. Why is this feature important to you:It is sometimes difficult to mirror Workfront logic in Fusion because Fusion doesn't always have a similar function to mimic. Extra time spent by developers trying to devise workarounds reduces the value th
Dear all. Most of the change types present in the Journal Entry reports are easy to understand (such as "add" or "edit"), however I must confess it's not clear to me how to interpret the change type "Digest". I've heard it would be related to comments, but could not verify this in the Workfront documentation. Also, for some unclear reason, I can only seem to get "Digest" entries in reports from recent periods, like the last 30 days or so. Older period reports have zero entries of that type. Any further info will be much appreaciated. Thanks.Marco
