Hi, I’m having trouble loading the same form on a landing page—one in the body and one in the footer. I’m using loadForm(), which causes duplication issues, and I also tried render() to render the form to different element, but that didn’t work either. I’m just wondering: is there another way to load the same form in different parts of the landing page? Thanks!
Hi, We have a field called Story Lead that appears on several custom forms. This field pulls from the regular user list to poulate. Can I create a custom field that would pull in JUST the last name of the person indicated as the Story lead? I have tried a variant of this: {DE:Story Lead}.{name}. SUBSTRING({DE:Story Lead}.{name}, ADD(FIND({DE:Story Lead}.{name}, " ", -1), 1))But it keeps telling me that Name is incorrct in the string. Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks,Robin
As I've found throughout my career in managing systems like Workfront, there is knowledge you acquire ahead of time via training and documentation, knowledge that you acquire just-in-time by troubleshooting challenges, and knowledge you acquire and then look back and REALLY wish that someone had taught you that 6 months ago. I will honestly admit that my example was a long-held belief that conditionally formatting a report column could only reference the data within that specific column. I'm /still/ second guessing myself on if/when that changed, or did it always do that and I just never noticed? Even the most experienced admin occasionally runs into menu options, features or helpful tricks that they wish they'd know earlier in their admin career. So in that vein, what are some of the things you wish you could go back in time and teach previous-you to save some head-shaped dents in your office walls? The tokens for interesting moments are a fantastic tool for sharing marketing engagement data at scale. With more and more MarTech integrating with Marketo via custom activities, it would be very helpful if when triggers are created for scoring these activities (such as Vidyard video views), that the trigger listening for the custom activity can enable the custom activity data to be used as tokens in your smart campaign. For example. Trigger: Watches Vidyard Video -- Percent viewed is 0.75 Flow: Change Score - Behavior -- {{my.B - Video View}} Interesting Moment: Milestone -- Watched video {{trigger.Player Name}}, Percent Watched: 75%, Video Length: {{trigger.Video Length}} seconds. Where the attributes "Player Name" and "Video Length" are attributes of the custom activity: Vidyard Video View which is listened to in the trigger.

Description - Need the same reporting capabilities with boards (all types of boards) as we do with all other areas on Workfront and for Admins to be able to see a list of all boards without the need to share the board with the Admin. Because of the lack of these features, we have instructed our users not to use boards. Why is this feature important to you - Without being able to report on boards or even find a list of all boards, it limits the usefulness of this feature. It makes it impossible for Admin to monitor the use of these, keep the system clean, and to tell the story of our work to leadership. There will be a missing portion of the bigger picture without including board information in reports. In fact, I'm extremely surprised reporting wasn't one of the first things created before pushing boards to production. Hi everyone, I'm wondering if anyone had successfully retrieved Id from profile.timeSeriesEvents.identityMap in an AJO offer. I had no problem retrieving the id using this helper function. {%= head(get(profile.identityMap,"accountId")).id %}However, when I use the same formula for profile.timeSeriesEvents.identityMap: {%= head(get(profile.timeSeriesEvents.identityMap,"accountId")) %}, it throws this error: Invalid syntax get applied to an array requires integer parameter - was: STRING., Object expression for "head" must be of type array. Was Map[STRING => OBJECT[]].. Error beginning at position: Line 5, Character 23 Appreciate any tips on this.
Hello,I have set up a folder profile that contains a Snippets library, custom CSS, and some custom templates. However, I am the only user who can see them while working in Guides in the folder where the profile is configured. My permissions are high-level admin. Other users can access the folder, but they don't see any of these items that I configured on the folder profile.I did add their group as an Admin user on the Folder Profile as suggested in this help topic - https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/experience-manager-guides/permission-for-folder-profiles-in-xml-documentation/m-p/419170 This did not change their ability to see the custom content.The users are able to create new files from the custom templates from the Assets UI for the same folder, but not from Guides editor. The Snippets catalog is empty for them.I think there is a permission that I need to enable for this group. Does anyone know what it is?Thanks,Robin
We use Workfront timesheets and have holiday calendars defined via schedules.Is there a way to highlight or visually indicate holidays in the timesheet (e.g., greyed-out background, icon, tooltip, etc.)? If not, please let me know if there is any other way.Thanks in advance!

Let's say I want to create an audience that includes anyone who has seen at least one web page view. { "name": "People with page views", "profileInstanceId": "ups", "description": "People who have seen the website i.e., have created at least one page view event", "type": "SegmentDefinition", "expression": { "type": "PQL", "format": "pql/text", "value": "exists(event => event.web.webPageDetails.pageViews.value = 1.0)" }, "schema": { "name": "XDM ExperienceEvent" }, "labels": [ "core/C1" ] } This body gives me an error * code: "NEBULA-000000-400",* message: "There is a problem with the input value. Please check your request and try again." Any idea what's wrong? Also tried a "==" in the condition with the same result.
Dear all, What is the best practice to track the external campaign ID when mobile launch via deeplink? Capture External Campaign ID in lifecycle call or the first state event send (sendEvent)? sendEvent should be pretty straightforward to do the xdm mapping. but I don't find any related instruction document to tell me the sample coding syntax about how to add that to the lifecycle call (swift and java). Couple of points here: The new action node is meant to simplify the canvas and cleanup the left rail. (Note in the future we intend to do something similar for events with a generic "event" node). The new action node will reinforce patterns and UX from single-step action campaigns. - Our goal is to make single-step actions and multi-step canvas feel more cohesive. Hi everyone,I’m using Adobe Shared Sandbox and testing a journey in AJO where one profile can have multiple objects (for example, multiple accounts). To model this, I created an object array (accountDetails) inside the profile schema. Each object has:accountId (set up as a secondary identity in a non-people namespace)accountEmail (string field for the account’s email address)other account-level attributes.What I’ve verified so far:Primary identity = customerId (cross-device).Profile Viewer shows all attributes populated, including the nested accountEmail.Audience qualifies correctly and the journey executes without errors.I tested two ways:With supplemental identifier = accountIdWithout supplemental identifier (just using customerId)In both cases, the journey runs successfully but no emails are delivered.I even used my personal Gmail address in accountEmail to rule out deliverability issues, still nothing reaches the inbox.Content simulation works fine and shows the correct email addre

Hi Everyone, I've been diving into external lookup fields quite heavily in the last few days. Hoping to bridge the gap in situations that used to require Fusion to implement in a maintainable way. I've unfortunately hit some hard limitations on the feature and I wanted to document them to see if anyone has solved for these items.Yeah so far in external lookups using $$HOST (Data in your Workfront instance) I've ran into the following blockers:1. Muti-select inputs on a lookup preceding another lookup (dependent field) will output a string result (like other multi-selects) instead of an array to which individual selections on subsequent lookups or validators might not evaluate as "True" because of the format. (e.g. trying to match "California" to "California" works, but selecting California and Connecticut outputs "California,Connecticut" which fails validation.)2. Lookup fields cannot be the basis for display logic. This limits their usefulness as a "filter" field in a custom form

The Calculated Date Field is working well but seems to round in the wrong direction when it comes to dates with midnight. A date entered of '28 Aug 2025 00:00' results in a generated date of '2025/08/27'. The dates seem to round down when a time of 00:00 is added. Is there a reason the date would round in either direction based on the code I have added?

I had chosen Production & Service account options in the dropdown followed by client ID and Client Secret (generated on GCP documentation here ) thats visible on click of advance settings.
