Hello all, Is there a way to clean up the generated sitemap which is no longer required. We had sitemap generated for path /content/test/page1 and /content/test/page2 through sitemap scheduler.Later, we disabled the sitemap generation for /content/test/page2 by disabling "Generate Sitemap" checkbox on properties page. But the sitemap node(under var/sitemap) is still present. How to get rid of it.
Hi All,I would like to enable workflow in the Universal Editor. How can this be achieved? Also, regarding the Publish button in the Universal Editor:Does it respect AEM ACLs? For example, if a user does not have replication permissions, will the Publish button be disabled automatically? If not, what is the recommended way to ensure that authors can only publish pages via workflow (and not directly)? Thanks in advance! cc : @71132
Hello,We have detected that, in some active campaigns in Adobe Campaign, the “end date” is automatically changed to 5 days after the “start date,” despite different “end dates” being specified. We have two campaigns:First one is being configured with start date=01/01/2020 and end date=06/01/2029, and changed its end date to 06/01/2020 (5 days after the start date)The same thing happened in another campaign. In this case: start date = 07/11/2022, end date = 31/12/2025, the end date was changed to 12/11/2025 (again, 5 days after the “start date”).This behavior hinders the proper execution of campaigns, since, at the user's request, we have configured a “typology rule” that only allows campaigns to be executed if the execution date is between the “start date” and the “end date.”Thanks in advance!Mostrar menos
Data Protection and Recovery Strategies in AEMaaCS by @daniel-strmecki Introduction Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) provides organizations with a secure and highly available platform for managing digital experiences. One of the key operational concerns for any enterprise CMS platform is how to protect against data loss and recover from mistakes, whether it’s accidental content deletion, corruption, or a problematic deployment operation. Unlike on-premise AEM, where backup strategies could vary across organizations, AEMaaCS centralizes this responsibility with Adobe and offers built-in backup and restore capabilities. Understanding how this process works, when to use it, and how to automate it helps teams make smarter backup and recovery decisions. Key points For enterprises running critical digital experiences, protecting against accidental deletions, data corruption, failed imports, or even regional outages is essential

Hi Team,About 3 years ago, I created some nodes under /oak:index/cqPageLucene/indexRules/cq:Page/properties (such as locationtags, etc.). At that time, they worked fine on some sample/test pages, and I never faced issues like queries traversing more than 100,000 nodes.Since then, those properties were not used in real scenarios. Now, when I try to use those already indexed properties with more pages, I’m getting the error: “query traversed more than 100,000 nodes, hence query execution stopped.”To fix it, I tried reindexing by setting the reindex property to true, and it worked temporarily. However, after deployment, the same error reappears: “query traversed more than 100,000 nodes, hence query execution stopped.”Also, my code does not currently reference or include those indexes. need some help on what might be causing this errorThanks & RegardsVeera
Hi Guys, Recently, I've seen this CSP issue and its pretty new to me and I've no idea how to fix this issue. Step by Step guide is really appreciated. Need your guidance on how to fix this issue..
I'm currently testing the performance of GraphQL queries in AEM. As part of the analysis using the Query Performance Analyzer, I'm attempting to capture the underlying JCR-SQL2 queries from the QueryStats section in the AEM System Console. However, for some of the GraphQL queries I successfully execute, I’m unable to find any corresponding JCR-SQL2 entries in the QueryStats. Instead, I consistently see a single query (red-marked on the ss) that appears unrelated to the specific query being executed:Can anyone help me understand why the actual JCR queries might not be showing up?Is it possible that certain GraphQL queries are resolved without triggering JCR-SQL2 under the hood?Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated — thank you in advance!
Dear Community,Greetings!I am trying to send an uniqueID to the 3rd party system for sending the metadata. I need one attribute that is to be uniquely generated for each SMS sent via AJO journeys. Kindly suggest one attribute from the system schemas / datasets that would help me stitch this ID back to the message feedback event dataset to have a single view of the journey via queries or data distiller jobs. Sequence of events: 1. SMS received from 3rd party system to AJO (This contains the SMS information) (Dataset 1) 2. SMS delivered to the user and metadata (this contains the uniqueID) sent to 3rd party via AJO. (Message Feedback Dataset / Step Event Dataset stores the journey details) 3. 3rd party sends the metadata back to AJO (Dataset 3) I would need one unique ID to be used in the metadata within the SMS content to stitch back the information to the profile. Constraints:The only identity I am using is loyaltyID and can't use any other ident
I created a table in an Adaptative Form. This table is dynamic. So any number of rows can be added from 0 to 10. The table row is repeatable with these values. And when sent, is generating an array of empty elements. The row bind reference is, let's say, "/mytable/rows" rows: [ {}, {}, ...] I'd like to know what syntax has to be used in each of the column fields to bind them inside each element of the rows array. What I expect to achieve is: rows: [ { col1: "aaaa" }, { col1: "bbbb" }, ...] So far I've tried with:"col1"".col1""./col1""/col1" Does anyone knows the specific syntax to bind the field of a column inside this object? Thanks.
My customer has really advanced marketing consents rules. These has to be refreshed at least every 4h. Do you know if ex. 10 profile attributes might be included in Streaming Audience? Max number is not listed in docuhttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/segmentation/methods/streaming-segmentation
I’m working with the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Salesforce out-of-the-box destination connector, and I noticed it only supports updates to Contact and Lead objects. Has anyone successfully extended this connector preferably using DestinationSDK of AEP (without introducing middle-layer systems) to push updates to other Salesforce standard or custom objects? If yes, what approach or workaround did you use?
Description: Currently, Adobe Experience Platform does not provide detailed visualization of where customers drop off within a journey. While we can track engagement, identifying exact weak points in a journey requires manual analysis. Why is this feature important to you: Having automated drop-off insights would help us quickly identify bottlenecks, improve personalization, and increase conversion without spending hours on manual reports. How would you like the feature to work: The system should automatically highlight drop-off points in journeys and suggest optimization actions (similar to how Adobe Target suggests winning variations). Current Behaviour: AEP provides engagement data, but it does not proactively surface drop-off insights or next-best-action recommendations.
Hello,We're encountering an issue with AEM-Target integration. Once content is targeted based on audience, viewing the page in preview or published mode results in the default content appearing blank—the section is not visible.Upon investigation, it seems this is happening due to the following class:<style id="at-makers-style" class="at-flicker-control">.mboxDefault { visibility: hidden; }</style>Should we make any changes to address this issue? Additionally, regarding permissions: I noticed users in the community have reported that the out-of-the-box groups “target-administrators” and “target-activity-authors” do not provide all necessary permissions. I am considering creating a new group with the required permissions for the following paths: `/content/campaign`, `/etc/cloudservices`, and `/etc/segmentation`. I plan to add the OOTB groups to this new group so that we don’t need to manually update the OOTB groups. For this implementation, we need to enable Test an
Hello community! After years as a Workfront Engineer turned multi-time system admin, I’m thrilled to announce the release of the plugin I’ve always dreamed of: Taailored for Workfront — a brand-new, AI-enabled platform designed to tackle some of Workfront’s toughest challenges. Connect to your Sandbox or Test Drive account today and start making your workflows a little easier. The beta is completely free to try, and the following two features are already live with much more on the way: 📄 Convert Any Document into a Workfront ProjectSay goodbye to kickstarts. Once Taailored is connected to Workfront, you can upload a document containing your project plan — in any format. If your document includes custom field data, simply select the custom form to attach.Taailored uses AI to transform your document’s text into a structured project plan, automatically populating your custom form. You can review, edit, and push the finalized plan directly into Workfront.Supported file typ
I have configured a scheduler in AEM6.5 and the idea is that it runs ONCE a night at 2AM@Designate(ocd = TagVerificationScheduledTask.Config.class)@Component(service = {Runnable.class})public class TagVerificationScheduledTask implements Runnable { @ObjectClassDefinition(name = "scheduled task that verifies tags in blog articles", description = "A scheduled task that verifies tags in blog articles") public @interface Config { @AttributeDefinition(name = "Cron-job expression. Default: run every night at 2:00 AM.") String scheduler_expression() default "0 0 2 * * ?"; The job runs on all three instances (one author and two publishers) and I want it to run on only one instance i.E. author. How can I configure that?O tried @Property(name="scheduler.runOn", value="SINGLE"); but it does not work. I also tried @AttributeDefinition(name = "Run On") String scheduler_runOn() default "SINGLE"; but that also did not work.
Hello, We are noticing in multiple sends that there are thousands of people not being sent emails. They qualify for the campaign and then nothing happens in their activity log to show why they weren't sent. We used query book to try to see if they reached communication limits since I do not know of an easy way to pull that report in marketo (maybe there is one that I don't know of) and we did not see any of them had reached communication limits. What other things have I not thought of? What else can we check to find out why they are qualifying but being sent email with no activity log records? Thanks!
It would be nice to see all my open proofs and what state they are in (like who opened/commented/approved) from the home dashboard without having to go into every project via multiple clicks to get there. I am usually the proof owner and sometimes it's hard with all the emails to keep track of which proofs I can move on. Is this a thing? Either for the home page or somewhere else? I'm not an admin so i don't have any access to make big changes or pull reports and such. I guess if y'all have a solution that requires an admin to pull I may be able to get one to help me. Open to any/all suggestions!
Wondering if I can pick everyone's brain on here for some best practices. My team is in the process of onboarding Workfront, and we're going through a piloting phase where we're learning what is/is not working before we fully launch. Our current setup, based on the recommendations from our Onboarding team, was to have two different types of project templates, one for a Multi-deliverable project and one for a single-deliverable project. Multi-deliverable was supposed to be for when someone has a project or marketing campaign that has a number of different deliverables (think email, social post, landing page, etc.), where single deliverable was for when someone only had one final deliverable (and this deliverable could have different components, like copy generation or an image that needed to be done for a final flyer deliverable). Our Multi-deliverable project has a custom form with a multi-select field where people can select as few or as many assets as
Description - Currently, you need a username and password with System Administration access to Workfront in order to create a connection to Workfront. Would like to use an OAuth machine to machine app credentials. Why is this feature important to you - Most IT security offices we work with are reluctant or refuse to create a service account with username and password that isn't tied to an individual person as it's a security risk. How would you like the feature to work - Able to use either the Workfront OAuth Application (Workfront -> Setup) client ID/secret to create a connection, or create a Project (in developer.adobe.com) using Workfront API to generate client ID/secret, and use that in Workfront Modules to create a connection as outlined in this article https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/workfront-fusion/using/references/apps-and-their-modules/adobe-connectors/workfront-modules. Current Behaviour - When trying to do the following steps to use the ad
Description:Our organization relies heavily on Workfront for document collaboration and approval workflows. One consistent limitation we've encountered is the inability to reposition the system-defined document-level approval field within the document panel. While custom forms can be layered above this field, the approval section itself remains fixed in place, which restricts layout flexibility and user experience optimization. Why is this feature important to you:I’ve observed that the fixed placement of the approval field often leads to confusion—especially when custom forms are used to capture additional metadata or context. This limitation impacts usability, and reduces the ability to tailor Workfront to our internal workflows. Allowing repositioning would improve clarity, streamline processes, and enhance alignment with team-specific needs. How would you like the feature to work:We propose that the document-level approval field be made configurable within layout templates—similar to
I need some assistance wrapping my head around the Upstream concept related to published and Republished libraries. I had a couple failed publishes to Prod and had to rollback / republish a known good library. How can I get back to that point to build a new release candidate? I don't want what's in the failed publishes to be considered in the new build. Thanks for ideas and suggestions.
Hi - I'm currently working on a nurture targeting MQLs who have stopped responding to our BDRs. The emails will come from their BDR, but we are having a hard time filling out the From name and the signature. We have an sfdc custom object that accurately pulls in the contact's BDR email address (so reply-to and sender email is accurate) but we do not have a reliable field to pull in the contact's BDR Owner's name (From Name). Does anyone have a velocity script to pull in the first and last name from the email address field? The structure of our BDRs emails is as follows: john.smith@company.com So in an ideal state the velocity script would pull in the first and last name like: John Smith Thanks!
I'm currently working with Universal Editor in EDS and I have a question regarding the Title Default Content block/component.I would like to add additional properties (e.g., subtitle, style options, custom attributes) to the Title Default Content so that they can be configured via the Universal Editor.Where to add the JavaScript code to enable or register additional properties for this block?
