Data element not setting picking the correct value

Hello All,

I have written a Tag rule where i want to read the data element value and decide the final action.

This data elements value is not coming correct always. When i try to access data element in condition and final section ,it's giving different values. I expect value should always be same as what i am trying t read in Final section.

Any suggestion, how to deal this and fix the issue?
