When proofing a document I wanted to tag another approver and get their opinion about something on the artwork. However, it will not let me tag them, giving me the message “Your sharing permissions allow you to mention only people already added to the proof.”If they are an approver, wouldn’t they already be added to the proof? It seems that I can tag them in the updates (Unless it is an outside user, than I am unable to tag them at all - but I can add them as an approver)We used to have no problems tagging people that had Workfront accounts on our system so I’m not sure which update changed this, but would like to know how to fix it please.

Hi All, I created a user report and added a ‘Direct Reports’ column using the following text mode: displayname=Direct Reportslistdelimiter=<br>listmethod=nested(directReports)type=iteratevaluefield=namevalueformat=HTML The column displays correctly within the Workfront report and successfully shows all direct report names. However, when exporting the report to Excel, the Direct Reports column appears blank. Please advise whether this is a known system limitation, or if the issue can be resolved by adjusting the text mode configuration? Any guidance or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. How long do draft requests remain in the draft folder?  I wasn’t sure if there was a time limit for how long they will remain in the draft folder?  

We have a legal/compliance requirement to store all our iterations/versions of our documents. In addition to retaining them for an indefinite period, we need to be able to view the various iterations/versions & markups (created via Adobe Acrobat) that have been created during the document creation & approval process of the document. I loaded a couple iterations of a document that had 7 iterations/versions created in another content management tool (again, markups created via Adobe Acrobat) and tried to access the prior iterations in the timeline preview but do not see the markups in the preview. I double-clicked on the current document and do see there are markups, but you can’t select them or hover over them to see the actual markups. We need an easy way to view all iterations/versions of a document and be able to see the markups made from version to version. 

I’m working with this expression to bring some Task data onto a Project report. Each project will have multiple tasks that meet this criteria (ie multiple children under the Bottling parent). Is there a way to tell the report to put the outputs in a certain order - ideally sorted by the Planned Start Date. We have recently started using Fragments in our Adaptive forms. I noticed that when I create a new fragment, the jcr property (fd:version) defaults to 1.1. However, fragments from the Core form component examples project are set to 2.1. What controls this version assignment? creating a fragment with 1.1 version does show it under /assets. Additionally, after creating a fragment, the components available are all sourced from fd/af/components/. How can I configure this to point to my project instead? I also do not see a template being selected during fragment creation, so I’m unsure how the allowed components are determined.Thanks,Abhishek

Rendering form based Target activity through tags. I created form based activity in Target I send Page Views in tags and then Apply Propositions Apply propositions In the network tab of the browser I see that the activity was delivered by severs. TLDR: I'm trying to investigate query param caching (example: /archive.html?page=xxx&year=yyyy) in my local dispatcher and I'm not sure how to test for it.-----------1.  If I visit https://www.myhost.com/content/myapp/sg/en/faq.html, I'm pretty sure an HTML file is created in the dispatcher filesystem (maybe in /var/www/html).If I visit http://localhost:8080/content/myapp/sg/en/faq.html, where can I find the HTML file for this page?I tried this command (after running docker exec) but it only found the default Apache HTTPD index.html. I am trying to edit the image by utilizing the masking and the original source image.
