Scenario: We have a request form has several display logic fields such as if {Field 1} has a value of “A” selected then display {Field 2 } and have the user populate {Field 2}. The display logic is much larger and more complex but the general idea where there is multiple fields impacted. Our issue is that if someone copies a previous request or changes the response on field 1 in this use case, then field 2 still holds data. This is an issue as we use calculated fields to help advanced logic and scoring based on field entries and these unexpected hidden values are causing issues with the output of the calculated field. Is there a way in a calculated field to have some display/visibility logic like ….&& {DE:field 1}.visible=true… or something like that? Additionally, is there a way to simply have fields that are hidden cleared out upon submission?
Tracking approver decision counts across proofs (in Workfront AND in ProofHQ/Proofing Tool) to manage the 6-decision/month threshold before contributors shift to light access — that’s a genuine reporting gap.Currently, there is no visibility into Proofs that were generated in Workfront Poof Tool. We need to be able to report from Workfront on the user level to track/count decisions that will count towards a user’s decision threshold before they are automatically moved from a contributor to a light user.
I’m trying to build a PROJECT report that includes the request form details in Project Details AND request form details from the sub request section within each project. Is this possible?

Hello! We have been advised that due to updates to tracking laws in two EU countries, we would like to exclude email open tracking for those two particular countries. We have an incredibly high volume of email sends, and would like to find some way to do this without having to create two versions of the same asset. Basically, there’s a box in the email designer that you can check to disable open tracking, but we just want it to be disabled for France and Italy. We don’t want to have to create specific emails for those two countries if we’re also sending EU or global emails. Is there a possible way to do this through tokenizing? How can we tell an email asset to check the box sometimes, but not others? Thanks. :)
Hello, We have 119 groups that need a report shared with them. I wanted to know if there is a work around to get this report share with all the groups but the limit is 100 users/groups.
We have a project within WorkFront where all the subtasks under one of our task buckets are complete but the main task is stuck at 90% - which means we cannot “complete” the project. See attached image. Anyone know why this would occur or what the fix would be?
Enable a client into a journey. A journey in this case could be serious of steps a client has to taken to complete an action. Taking an action is supported in multiple channels like web, mobile in app, email and push notifications. How would one should think of creating an omni channel journey that helps us visualize end to end client move through the journey? Question: How can Adobe Journey Optimizer support an omnichannel client journey today and in the future?I’m looking for guidance on how to model and orchestrate an end-to-end, omnichannel client journey using Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).In this context, a journey represents a series of steps or actions that a client needs to take to accomplish a specific goal. These interactions may happen across multiple channels, such as:Web Mobile/in-app Email Push notificationsFor example, a client may start an action on the web, receive an email as the next step, continue the process in the mobile app, and then receive a push notification
I’m looking for a way to be able to export multiple PDFs in one go if possible. For example, I’ve got 20 briefs submitted into a queue and I would like to be able to export the issue details into 20 PDF documents but without having to go into each request manually. Anyone have any ideas on a way to do this? Thanks!
Hi there!I’m looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to own the day-to-day operations of our Marketo Engage instance, supporting two of The Freeman Company’s brands. This role will be the execution engine behind our owned-channel campaign activity, partnering closely with campaign marketing teams to build, launch, and report on Marketo programs across email, digital, and events. The position is eligible for a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or on-site at events 2–3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Philadelphia, PA or Dallas, TX.If you’re interested, or know someone who may be a great fit, please feel free to reach out or applyhere.
How do you identify reports impacted by a field change? As I work to modernize our decade-old Workfront instance in preparation for Planning, Fusion, and future AI capabilities, I'm finding it increasingly difficult to identify which reports are impacted when a custom field is updated, consolidated, or retired. We currently have more than 700 reports, and I haven't found an efficient way to identify which reports reference a specific field. For example, we recently consolidated several legacy Yes/No fields into a single multi-select field. The new design is cleaner and easier to maintain, but now I need to identify all reports that: Filter on any of the retired Yes/No fields Display those fields as columns Group by those fields Use those fields in chart configurations Include them in prompts or other reporting logic Today, the only approach I know of is manually reviewing reports, which is not realistic at this scale. Questions for the community: Is there a way to report on report
A new feature that would be great to have is the ability to test marketing channel rules as you’re creating/saving them. Similar to what we have for classifications, where you can put in a test string and it will show how that string would be classified. It would be great to have this with marketing channels. How it should work:There should be an option to run a test where you can manually put in a URL, referrer, and other components (based on what components you’ve used to set up your rules). Either have it show up with all of the fields you’ve used and the option to populate them/leave them blank, or have dropdowns where you can select which fields you want to enter info for. Then have it run what you’ve entered against all of your rules and tell you which marketing channel it would get classified into. Why it’s important:Right now when making marketing channel processing rules, there isn’t currently a way to test them. It can be hard to mentally go through all of the rules and figure
In Adobe Analytics Segments we can use "equals" and "does not equal" to compare a variable against specific values.i.e. Page Name (evar1) does not equal “test”This is fine when you only have a few specific values to compare against. It would also be useful be able to compare the values of dimensions as a whole. The specific scenario that comes to mind is segmenting page views where Page Name and Previous Page name are not the same, but this could also work for a number of other scenarios.I.e. a segment that saysHitPage Name (evar1) does not equal Previous Page Name (evar2)
Current problemMy organisation uses centrally managed Analysis Workspace projects that are shared with a large population of Adobe Analytics users. These projects are commonly shared with broad product-profile groups using Edit copy, allowing users to work from a governed starting point without changing the original project.Within the Share dialogue, there is a checkbox labelled “Set as landing page for recipients”.If a project is shared with a large product-profile group, selecting this option and clicking Update can make that project the default landing page for every recipient in the group. This is a potentially high-impact action, but it is presented as a standard checkbox alongside lower-impact project-sharing settings. The interface does not provide a prominent warning explaining the scale of the change, clearly confirm which users will be affected, or offer an effective organisation-level method of reversing the action. Why this creates a governance riskIn a large organisation, A
Hi ,I am working on a requirement where a custom sling model needs to exclude pages that are unpublished/hidden from navigation, while recursively walking a page tree vis listchildren(). The issue driving this: page that are hidden in nav, unpublished and have a redirect configured still showing up in the list. so we need to explicitly hide unpublished pages, not just hidden ones. To fix this, I check cq:lastReplicationAction/cq:lastReplicationAction_Publish on each pages’s ValueMap to filter unpublished ones. Resource contentResource = childPage.getContentResource(); if (contentResource != null) { ValueMap properties = contentResource.getValueMap(); isHidden = properties.get("hideInNav", false); isPublished = properties.get("cq:lastReplicationAction", String.class); isPublishedDispatcher = properties.get("cq:lastReplicationAction_Publish", String.class); } if (isHidden || (St

Hi All,I’m trying to add custom styles to the table plugin in an RTE. Below is the structure I’ve used: <table jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" features="*"> <tableStyles jcr:primaryType="cq:WidgetCollection"> <style-one jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" cssName="table-bordered" text="Bordered Table"/> <style-two jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured" cssName="table-striped" text="Striped Table"/> </tableStyles></table>But I don’t see the style options in the table edit options. Has anyone implemented similar functionality and can guide here?
We're building a hybrid implementation where a handful of pages (e.g., Home, Contact Us) are served via Edge Delivery Services (EDS), while the remainder of the site continues to run on AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS). Looking for guidance/best practices from the community on the following:1. Splitting traffic between EDS and AEMaaCS via FastlySince AEMaaCS ships with a managed Fastly CDN in front of it, for a hybrid site where only select pages are served from EDS and the rest from AEMaaCS:Should the path-based routing rules (to send specific URLs to EDS vs AEMaaCS origin) be configured in the AEMaaCS Cloud Manager / Fastly on the AEM side, or should they live in the EDS project's ? Since AEMaaCS Fastly config is managed through Cloud Manager pipelines, is there a supported way to add custom routing rules there ? Any guidance on keeping this maintainable as more pages incrementally migrate to EDS over time?2. Sharing a common header/navigation (XF) between AEMaaCS and EDS pagesOur g
A helpful and efficient update that would help reduce the number of fusion scenario runs and modules needed after an Adobe Workfront Watch Event (instant) would be simply to include numberOfChildren as an Event Filter option for Task events webhook configuration. We are looking to drive automation once a task status changes but looking to limit the run on only actual tasks, not parent tasks. We are able to work around but see double the number of runs necessary and need to add extra modules to read the task after the webhook. This would be similar to this idea where the option to filter by that field for task objects: Fusion Watch module for a task canStart update | Community
We have a classification on the tracking code that rolls up to different campaigns. This is not the marketing channel or last touch channel, etc.Suppose I use the campaign rollup at look at a campaign, email, for example, and I look at entries, orders participation and revenue participation over the past 7 full days. Then for the same timeframe, I create a segment where the campaign rollup = email and it’s a visit level segment. I also look at entries, orders participation, and revenue participation. Why would the orders and revenue be different? Both are using participation metrics over the same timeframe. If a visit had an email entry and ordered, it should show in both cases. We have two reports supplying two different values each week and I’m trying to a) explain where the difference comes from and b) determine which report is showing what we are asking of it.My theory is the ‘visit’ level segment is pulling in orders where the visitor had an email entry within 30 days and it’s being
I’m integrating Coveo with AEM 6.5.23, and I want to make sure that my AEM page metadata and cq:tags are properly indexed in Coveo.I can crawl the content using the Coveo web connector, but I’m not sure how to:Expose custom metadata fields (like cq:tags) from AEM to Coveo.Map those fields in the Coveo index.Has anyone set up field mapping for AEM metadata in Coveo? A sample configuration or mapping JSON would be really helpful. Regards,Karishma.
Hi,We are using AEM 6.5 on prem. I would like to know if there is a way to find out the number clicks over a period of time on published assets in the DAM?Thanks.
We used to be able to right-click on the sidebar area to the left of the project info. 'Tasks, Documents, Project Details, etc.' could be right-clicked and have opened in a new tab/window. A few montsh ago the UI team changed that option and right-clicking those is no longer available. I’m hoping there's a way to bring that back as it was REALLY helpful when trying to see two different sections of the project quickly. The removal of the right-click functionality on the project left panel navigation items is a product design change that was made as part of a platform update. I’d love for it to be brought back as an easier part of the Workfront workflows.
We’re going through a taxonomy/metadata exercise to map our organization’s taxonomy across our enterprise with Workfront and AEM.While this page is available: https://developer.adobe.com/workfront/api-explorer/You can’t export the fields or the data. This would be nice to have when mapping and integrating.
Are there known issues with proofs not generating today in Workfront? I have not seen any communication yet, and we have multiple people with the same problem. It just spins but never generates.
