Request for Feature Enhancement (RFE) Summary: <Issue> An issue occurred where the publishing operation failed on the holding company's corporate website. <Cause> The cause was that a file uploaded to Assets did not comply with the naming conventions. However, the current version of AEM Assets allows files that do not adhere to naming conventions to be uploaded without displaying any error messages or warnings. <Request for Improvement> We would like a feature that checks file naming conventions during upload, displays an error or warning for non-compliant files, and controls the upload process. We believe this will help prevent issues upon publication and reduce the operational workload. Use-case: A specification that checks naming conventions during file upload, displays an error or warning for non-compliant files, and controls the upload process. Current/Experienced Behavior: With the current version of AEM Assets, it is possib

We have a Project report and have been asked to add a column that pulls in the next task that is due. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? The closest I have been able to get is for it to pull in all incomplete tasks, but they come in all out of order. Even though the documentation says it defaults to the order of the tasks in the timeline. This is the code I am using currently.displayname=Next Task Duelistdelimiter=<br>listmethod=nested(tasks).liststype=iteratevalueexpression=IF({status}!="CPL",CONCAT({name}," - ",{plannedCompletionDate}),"")valueformat=HTML I tried replacing .lists with .first but that didn’t work either.Anyone have any suggestions?
The meeting provided a detailed walkthrough of Marketo Engage’s brand themes feature within the e-mail designer, with Deepthi demonstrating how to create, configure, and apply themes across templates and e-mails. The session covered theme setup, color palettes and variants, typography, spacing, buttons, dividers, grid settings, and structure-level theme application, while also highlighting the flexibility to unlock component styles when customization is needed. Participants asked questions about permissions, rendering, custom fonts, mobile behavior, tracking, CSS, image issues, and training needs, with Joe capturing follow-up items to support broader adoption and troubleshooting.08:51 – Fragment and conditional content limitations: Questions covered template-level conditional content, fragment preview behavior, saving fragments from templates, and propagation of fragment updates. 08:51 – Theme styling and rendering issues: The group discussed theme background image limitations, MSO scr

I’m looking to utilize the Resource Planner Share Link to build a dashboard for Sr. Leadership to view resouces allocations across a Portfolio, broken out by sub groups with the Portfolio. For this view, I’d like to utilize the Custom column formatting and only show Available/Planned/% of Hours. Everything looks great in the Resource Management area, but when I add the Share URL to a dashboard the data doesn’t show for the custom view. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?Resource Management Area: Dashboard (via External Link):
We're running into a reporting challenge in Workfront and I'm curious how others are handling it.Currently, many of our reports are project/campaign-based and rely on the campaign (project) reaching a Closed/Complete status. The issue is that most of the work is actually completed in the month prior, but the reporting doesn't reflect it until the campaign is closed. For example, a campaign may have the majority of its tasks completed in June, but if the project isn't closed until July, all of the reporting appears in July. This creates a lag and doesn't accurately represent the team's monthly output. How are others addressing this? Are you reporting on completed tasks rather than project completion? Do you use hour reports or task reports for monthly operational reporting? Do you report on open/in-progress campaigns to capture work activity before project closure? Have you implemented any custom fields or reporting strategies to better align work completed with the appropriate reporting p
Hi there, we have been using the Zoom and Marketo integration for our webinars for years now, using the same template. I just created a new campaign for next week, and for some reason everyone that is registering is being marked as “registration error”, even though nothing has changed. Everyone is still receiving the confirmation emails, but not sure they they are being marked down like that. Any ideas
Hi all! I’ve created several Fusion scenarios to create tasks based on a cadence and while everything is working as expected, the only portion I can’t figure out is adding planned hours to each of the tasks. I have a project I use to store the tasks and their planned hours and right before the create tasks module I have a search module to go through that project and match the task name and output the planned hours (work required), but when I map the planned hours section in the create task module the planned hours don’t get added. For context the tasks are being created on a Simple duration type with a Fixed Dates constraint and are initially unassigned. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
Description - After a thorough implementation, we decided to use the Request Queues built directly in the projects. The functionality is great. We have a project template set up with Queue Topics, Groups, Forms etc. The issue is that when creating requests directly in a project there is no Autosave or Drafting functionality that we know of. Our users are becoming increasingly agitated by having complex requests easily deleted at the unfortunate click out of the request window or accidental refresh of the page. Why is this feature SO VERY important to you - Our current solution is to submit requests without auto-routing to a traffic team so the work can be saved. Leading to needing to save as you go, something that is antiquated in this day and age, especially knowing that autosave exists in many other places in Workfront, including the Global Request Queues area. How would you like the feature to work - simply autosave as you go with a Drafts section built into the Reque
Adobe recently announced Sub-Hit analysis for Adobe Analytics. However, this feature will be limited to the Products variable, according to the documentation.Since many customers are using List Vars and List Props, support for Sub-Hit analysis for these dimension types is needed. Please extend this feature to those dimension types.
Hi communityWe have a simple project where the tasks are carried out sequentially. There are parent/child tasks used to group the tasks but it’s no more complex than that. We provide a weekly report of all overdue tasks assigned to specific assignees but the problem is that the report shows a distorted picture, in that a task may well be overdue with one assignee, but that person may not be able to complete their task as one or more preceding tasks may not have been completed. So, for each overdue task that cannot start, I would like to add a field in the report that will show the earliest task in that project that hasn’t been completed. This will identify which task is holding up the other tasks.
Some of our clients are transitioning from a different project management system to Adobe Workfront. In their current system, they are able to easily share a link with external reviewers so they can view project updates and provide feedback. Is there a simple way to provide access to a project for individuals who do not need to be Workfront users?Thank you,Jenny
Add function to API to add nonWorkDay (NONWKD) without needing to nest beneath an object with all other nonWorkDays. Right now to add a nonWorkDay to a schedule all existing nonWorkDays must be collected first as an array. Then the array must be added to with new dates to an edit call on the parent object. The longer the schedule is used the larger this array becomes the harder it is to confirm no errors or missed dates.
Hi,We're running A4T (Analytics for Target) and seeing significantly underreported unique visitor counts in Target reports compared to Adobe Analytics. Our tracking server was confirmed working correctly (HTTP 200) a couple of months ago. However, we've now identified a possible mismatch between the tracking server configured in Target and the one showing in Analytics console logs. We've reported it to Adobe but wanted to ask the community in the meantime.Note: Target's reporting console is currently down (Adobe is aware), so we can't fully confirm the numbers from that side either.Questions:Can a tracking server mismatch between Target and Analytics cause A4T visitor counts to be significantly underreported? Any other A4T config parameters worth checking while we wait for Adobe's response? Thanks
We have created multiple FAC workflows, and each workflow creates a saved audience. These audiences have also been activated to an S3 destination. Now we need to completely remove one of these audiences from the system, including:The S3 destination activation The saved audience The FAC workflowHowever, I don't remember which FAC workflow created this audience. Is there a way to identify the FAC workflow using only the audience name? Also, what is the correct deletion sequence? If I delete the audience, will it automatically remove the activation from the destination and stop/delete the associated dataflow run workflow, or do these need to be deleted separately? @SanfordWhiteman @JennaFeldman @stephaniedam @Jennifer_Dungan @NicholeVargas

How is anyone skipping holiday nurture/engagement program emails? Are people just not worried about those emails going out on holidays?I found a post from 12 years ago but nothing useful there nor was it answered.
Two of our GTW integrations are showing errors: The standard procedure of double clicking that line, hitting “Log Into GoToWebinar” just redirects to a Marketo login page. Even if we are logged in that GTW account. Anyone seeing that too and knowing a trick? Did something change on the GTW side? Thanks!Michael
Pull up a chair. 🪑 The Ohio Workfront User Group is back in person on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, and we'd love to see you there. We're partnering with TELUS Digital, who are opening their downtown Columbus space to host us for the evening. This one is a casual, open forum for Workfront admins, builders, and anyone looking to get more value out of the platform. We'll spend time on what's actually working, where teams are getting stuck, and how others are solving for governance, adoption, and automation. Whether you're scaling Workfront across business lines or still building your foundation, you'll leave with ideas you can put to use right away.Attendance isn't capped, but early RSVP helps us plan the space and food.Register here: https://workfront-augs.adobe.com/events/details/adobe-workfront-wug-ohio-presents-august-in-person-meet-up/New to the group? This is a great first one. No prep, no pressure, just good conversation with people who work in Workfront every day.
My Email Performance Report is only showing 2 total clicks (to my understanding 2 individual people Clicked on the email even if they clicked multiple times). However, in the Results tab for this same campaign I can see more than 2 people clicked even going as far back as the first day that the reporting filter is looking at. The fact that the Email Performance Report has any data indicates that this should not be an issue with delayed data, since at least data from the first date the report is pulling should be complete.
Following an update a few months back, one of the most convenient quality of life features with freeform tables stopped working. After opening a support ticket recently I’ve been advised that this was deliberate and won’t be fixed, however I think this is a big miss and it would be great if it could be revisited. The below demonstrates this shortcut, and it involves the use of CTRL / Shift + Left Click to select multiple values within a table. When doing this previously, if I dragged a new component into the table to go above the existing values, it would place one instance of the component above all of my selected columns. However, since the update this now instead adds in multiple instances of the same component. Using CTRL / Shift + Left Click to select multiple values in a table, then dragging a component value over the topThe old functionality (top table) used to just place one component above these selected values, but since the update (bottom table) it now adds one for every sin
Users need to be able to filter and organize their timesheet page. The current filter option is very limited. We'd like users to have the ability to filter, view and group on the timesheet page, similar to functionality available in other sections, where standard choices are provided and the user can add, customize and share as needed.
Hello,I am trying to do a grouping at the Portfolio - Program Level and would like to group the results by ‘KPI Year’ which is a field on the Project Task custom form. I attempted to use the following text mode code. However, group is not working. Please advise if the syntax is incorrect or if there is another approach to group by a custom form field from the task level? group.0.displayname=KPI Yeargroup.0.valueexpression={project:program}.{DE:KPI Year}group.0.valueformat=HTML textmode=true Thank you,Deepa Mahishi
Currently, the native Marketo Engage integration uses Adobe's Sources connector framework & not Data Collection Core Service (DCCS). Data lands in the Data Lake and Real-Time Profile (which is why you can see it in Profile browse), however it never passes through DCCS nor does it create Unitary Events that would be extremely helpful for AJO use cases for triggering journeys based on Marketo engagement events & activities. Especially when we want to designate specific users and/or email addresses for the journeys in AJO when profiles have multiples per profile.Options for workarounds exists, however labor intensive & data heavy.Stand up a streaming ingestion path for the same events, so that they arrive via DCCS/Edge, which AJO B2C can listen to as a Unitary Event. Use AEP Audience (streaming) + Read Audience in AJO B2C, store the trail downloaded email in a lookup dataset either at ingestion time (a field like trail_email) or use Data Distiller to write it on a schedule.
