I’ve tried everything to create a support ticket and keep getting the run around.  I’m the only user on the account which means I’m also the admin. It either says I’m not entitled, or I’m not authorized to log into the various support tools.  I’ve tried everything and am pulling my hair out to create a ticket. Please advise how I get my account setup as the admin so I can create a ticket. Steven

Looking for some best practices on how to manage/contain all of our audiences. As more and more campaigns come through, our audience list gets larger and larger with some not being deactivated after the campaign is finished, duplicates, etc. Some questions about capabilities are below. Thanks for your help! Is it possible to look at inactive/deactivated audiences? For audit purposes, we would like to keep a list of audiences we are deactivating to show they aren’t in use anymore. Obviously we can use the UI tool and filter, but this might quickly become not enough. Looking into using a query/API but unsure if possible.   Is there a way to see audiences that are being used in a live journey currently? With out large list of audiences, some might have been used in multiple journeys and before deactivating them, we would like to check if they are actively being used. Hi All, We recently signed an AI addendum to enable the new AI capabilities within Marketo, such as the AI assistant feature that can help generate email subject lines, email body text, ect. I checked our Roles settings in the Admin menu, and I can see that Access AI Assistant is enabled for our user accounts. However, I have not seen any artificial intelligence features available when I am building emails. Does anyone have any info on why these features wouldn’t be available for us? Any info is appreciated here.Thank you!

This is the second day in a row that Adobe express is not working for me. Yesterday when I tried opening files I got a 404 error over and over again. Last night the error message told me I was offline, I was not. Today I still cannot open my files and the error message says "something went wrong please wait” - I’ve been waiting for hours. Refreshing not worked.DownDector reports that Express is down… but Adobe says it’s up.What’s going on?

Hello ,My most of the emails who have gmail id’s sent to users show as failed due to the Gmail: 550 5.7.1 email likely unsolicited.How to resolve this? Should I use RESTART ?

I have a list of 3,784 users that I want to target with specific data. To achieve this, I created segments in Adobe Analytics, where I defined the condition as User ID equals any of x, y, z, using approximately 500 user IDs per segment. These segments are visible in Adobe Target via A4T, and I have used them to create an experience. However, I am unable to see the experience being delivered to the intended audience. Could you help identify what might be causing this issue?

We’re trying to implement a server to server integration with AEM 6.5 AMS (not Cloud), and I’ve been trying to set it up locally.I got the OAuth2.0 client working (created the client in the OAuth Clients section of the Security Tools.Given the access to the oauthserver service users, created a ScopeWithPrivileges class giving read/write access to the /content/dam path for the service to use.I’m able to get the Bearer token correctly, but when I tried to upload an asset by posting to  http://localhost:4502/api/assets/companies/product-staging/new_test.pngI’m getting a 500with a status.message "status.message": "Can't create child on a synthetic root",the same call using basic auth for the same user (admin), works correctly. Anyone ever done this with the AssetAPI or are we stuck using basic auth for this?I’m half guessing something isn’t right with the ScopeWithPrivilege class, if anyone succeeded knows what we’re doing wrong would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Community,I have a clarification question related to datetime formatting in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) using Data Prep.From the source file, we receive the datetime value as a string in the following format:2026-04-10 14:23:56My requirement is to ingest this into AEP as a datetime/timestamp field, but with the date represented in MM‑DD‑YYYY order, for example:04-10-2026 14:23:00The primary concern here is whether AEP allows transforming and storing the datetime in MM‑DD‑YYYY HH:mm:SS format, instead of the default YYYY‑MM‑DD.I understand that AEP standardizes timestamps internally, but I would like to confirm:Is it technically possible in AEP Data Prep to store a datetime with the MM‑DD‑YYYY date order? If not, is this format strictly limited to parsing at ingestion ? I’m hoping someone has already figured this out and can share their magic with me. I need a report for stakeholders/collaborators so they can see every Proof they are on along with the decision status of all approvers not just their own and ideally it would be one line per document but grouped by document also works for this purpose.I figured I’d reach out to the Community before pushing my Friday brain to write text mode 😅

How are others reporting the Quarter is the calculated field option working for you.  Can someone provide text that has worked for them?

In scenario history, would love the option to add a column for project name or ID. It’s cumbersome to dig thru details to find an offending job when troubleshooting an error.
