Hi all, I'm sure I'm missing something super simple but I'm trying to use a calculated field, formatted as a number, to pull in the difference between our planned start date and actual completion date on our task reporting form for tasks named review. The formula I'm using is:  IF(CONTAINS({name},"review"),WEEKDAYDIFF({plannedStartDate},{actualCompletionDate}),"") but it isn't working as expected. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to further troubleshoot? 

Do we have Send Time Optimization (STO) in AJO under Campaigns ? if yes, is there a criteria only after which its enabled in the UI ?

Hi @2693620 I am performing audience export. Email address field in audience export, where some the values are null in exported csv file. When SFMC automation takes this file, it gives error where emailaddress = 'null'.Could you suggest how can i make this field as blank ?Already tried below.1. Added calculated field and used both formulas iif(replacestr(email_address, ",", "") == 'null', '', replacestr(email_address, ",", ""))coalesce(replacestr(email_address, ",", ""), "") both are still giving null text in export. Thanks in advance.Best Regards,Santosh 

What happens when you use duration in a wait step without specifying the time?For example: Wait 4 hours, wait must end Mon-Friday. Send email.If someone enters the wait step on Saturday at 9 a.m., when will they receive the email? Right at 12:00 am Monday? Or would it be Monday 4 hours after they entered the wait, at 1 p.m. Monday?

I'm creating a Workfront to Jira scenario using the Jira Cloud Create a record Module.  It keeps erroring on the "reporter" field of t he module.  I have tried mapping it to both the Sponsor name and the email address of the sponsor but when I run the scenario I get an error:[400] Specify a valid value for reporterDoes anyone know what could be wrong?  In Jira the reporter is a character name. Thanks in advance  Frank

Hello Community,I am working with a dataset in AEP and need to trace all the batch IDs that were generated during a particular ingestion. I can see the source Dataflow Run ID has ingested some records in the dataset and took 1.3 hours run but I see during this time multiple batch have been created in dataset. I tried with APIs with the following ways: Flow services run id the payload do not provide the dataset detailsCatalogue services batches with bath id, here as well the Data flow run details are not available My requirement is:Given a source Dataflow Run ID, I want to list all the batch IDs created in AEP.What is the correct way (via API or Query Service) to fetch all batch IDs of a dataset based on a given Source Dataflow Run ID? 

Hi Community,I am trying to integrate Adobe Commerce with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) using the Data Connection extension.I have created an event schema and a profile schema.I noticed that I cannot choose ECID (it seems to be default and not selectable).Now I want to know what type of Identity Namespace I should set as the Primary Identity for both schemas.Should I use Email, ECID, or some other namespace?What is the best practice for Adobe Commerce → AEP integration?

A user had buggy 3rd-party JS causing forms to be submitted 2x. Unable to find the root cause in their stack of plugins, they tried a desperate fix: add an onSubmit() listener and stop submission if the listener runs a second time.   Like so: MktoForms2.whenReady(function(readyForm){ let stopFutureSubmissions = false; readyForm.onSubmit(function(submittingForm){ if(stopFutureSubmissions) { return false; } stopFutureSubmissions = true; }); });   Fine idea in theory, but that’s not how you stop form submission. The Marketo onSubmit() listener stack doesn’t care if you return false from every single listener! Hi Team, We have uploaded a list of email IDs using custom upload under a new audience yesterday.In audience still total profile counts is not reflecting.  We are using it in an audience and no profile is qualifying under it during dry run. Does the respective dataset needs to be enabled for lookup?

We have an web event dataset which is profile enabled and ECID is an identity field. Now for record class datasets (Person, Account), we do not have ECID present . Now question is in Customer Profile store, will records for those ECID coming from Web Event Data will appear or not? 

Hi Experience League Community,I’m encountering an error while trying to create a WhatsApp API credential in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). The error message I receive is:“Error fetching business accounts. Either the API token or the business account ID is not associated with the WhatsApp account.”Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Verified that my API token is valid and has the required permissions.Double-checked the business account ID to ensure it matches my WhatsApp Business Account.Confirmed that my WhatsApp Business Account is fully set up and approved in Facebook Business Manager.Made sure my user/app has admin access to the WhatsApp Business Account.Despite these steps, I’m still seeing the error. Has anyone faced this issue before, or does anyone know what could be causing it? Are there any additional troubleshooting steps I should try, or specific settings in Facebook Business Manager or AJO that I might be missing?Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Thank you

Hi something very odd going on. If i send a journey email communication i can see the outbound email as sent within the events on the profile lookup. If I send a campaign, the emails send but do not appear on the profile event tab. if i then run sql against the AJO tables, specifically the ajo feedback table and look into the identitymap ( i do the search by using the customer email address), for the journeys there are namespace entries in the map, but not for campaigns. and both are using the same namespace IDs for the sends has anyone come across this before?

Hi Everyone, I am working on push configuration in AJO.I have enabled AJO profile dataset (profile enabled), AJO event dataset (profile enabled), Analytics dataset (not profile enabled) and other checkbox also enabled in datastream.But I am seeing in assurance session that AJO is not enabled. App data is flowing in Analytics but its not getting recorded in AEP dataset. Can any suggest, what's causing issue.  

I am facing some error when adding contextual field in function while trying to do some personalization in email with in a journey. Any idea on what could be the resolution for this ?

Hi Team,We’re using a custom action in the journey to trigger an HTTP call to a downstream API service, which transfers journey data to a third-party system.I’ve ensured that all journey data is unique, with no duplicates on our end.However, upon reviewing the data in the third-party system, we’ve noticed a small number of duplicates that 18 duplicate records (entire record remain the same) out of approximately 40,000. It’s been difficult to identify the root cause or determine whether this behavior occurs from the nature of the custom action itself.Could you please help investigate or provide any insights into what might be causing this issue?Thanks,
