Connecting Workload Balancer in Workfront to Fusion Scenarios

Question

I am semi-new to Fusion and have built very simple scenarios of assigning individual assets to specific owners and while that is going well, this set up doesn't account for current workload, priorities or time-off. I was wondering if there is a way to pull in the Workload Balancer from Workfront into the Fusion scenarios to round-robin assign the incoming work based on workload vs. auto-assigning to one individual?

This is doable in Fusion, though the Workload Balancer itself isn't directly callable as an endpoint. The workaround is to reconstruct workload data using the Workfront API within your scenario.Happy to elaborate on any of the steps or share module recommendations if you get stuck.
