Adobe Marketo Engage

I have setup my smart campaign (cloned off another that was successful and using the same client data to send the emails) , imported client list, set trigger etc, selected Activate and there are no results showing, indicating nothing is going out.   can someone assist me through the process to see what i have missed here??

In the Marketo New Email Editor, snippets aren’t supported and fragments can’t be segmented. Hi all,I'm building an email template module with two images (one for desktop, one for mobile) using the standard CSS media query show/hide approach. It works perfectly in browsers, but Outlook desktop renders both images stacked.I've done some digging and it seems like Marketo's processing pipeline is stripping the mechanisms I'd normally use to hide content from Outlook (inline styles on image divs, conditional comments in the body). Hi All, We recently signed an AI addendum to enable the new AI capabilities within Marketo, such as the AI assistant feature that can help generate email subject lines, email body text, ect. I checked our Roles settings in the Admin menu, and I can see that Access AI Assistant is enabled for our user accounts. However, I have not seen any artificial intelligence features available when I am building emails. Does anyone have any info on why these features wouldn’t be available for us? Any info is appreciated here.Thank you!

Did anyone experience a significant spike in clicks in mid-March 2026?After changing my copywriting and friendly from, I saw CTOs for several of my emails in the 60% - 80%+ range. I can match them to real users in our database. So I don’t *think* it was bot-related. But it was majorly unusual for our email and our audience. 

I am setting up webhooks to send Teams alerts to Account and Sales Owners. I want to configure webhook adaptive cards that have a link for Sales Owners that takes them to the SFDC Contact record, no problem here using https://company.my.salesforce.com/{{lead.SFDC Id}} token. Is there a way to do the same so that I can send Account Owners to the SFDC Account record? I reviewed the field management section and only find a lead-function field for SFDC ID, there is not a lead-function field for SFDC Account ID.

When adding a custom HEX code to a background color in the new Marketo builder, the editor does not apply the color; you cannot hit select/enter to apply the settings. The only way I have found to actually apply the settings is to paste the HEX code into the color block, then arrow up or down to change the color to an adjacent color, then return to the original color I pasted to get the color to apply.When applying a background color to a component using a HEX code, the change doesn't take effect automatically and we need to press the Tab key for the change to apply.This isn’t very intuitive and we would expect that hitting enter or selecting the value would automatically apply the custom Hex code for a background color.

I want to send out reminder emails to contacts who don’t click on links in emails. I am interested in doing this in the stream of an engagement program. I was thinking of setting up the logic so that the reminder emails are in the stream, and there would be nested default programs that would skip the reminder emails for contacts who shouldn’t receive reminders.Would that be possible?The way I am thinking to try this is:For a default program, I would create a status “Skip in nurture”, in the default program channel.I would then use a smart campaign to give this status to those who clicked in the initial email.1. Can this be repeated several times, like twice?2. From a different standpoint, if a contact skips a piece of content in a stream, will they receive the next piece of content? In the same cast?

Is there any Marketo API to set expiration date for local assets?I am using an integration tool to setup campaigns. Once the campaign has ended, I would like the API to end the campaign based on the expiration date. Currently, we do it manually. Is there a way to do it through API?

We want to export all the program member data we have. We want to do a bulk export of everyone for every programs and then run scheduled works just to export any new members from existing programs, new members from new programs and update status or dates from existing members of existing programs. On our ideal scenario we would have daily/weekly exports with these parametersLead ID | Program Id | StatusName | reachedSuccess | acquiredBy | myCustomField etc etc We’ve tried using this API /rest/v1/programs/{programId}/members.json/rest/v1/programs/members/describe.jsonBut we would have to create job for each program or use and external resource to create the loops.  Any suggestions on how we can achieve our goal
