Adobe Marketo Engage

I'm trying to retrieve Marketo assets (emails, forms, snippets, etc.) filtered by workspace. While the Folders API works for most assets using folder-based  filtering, I'm facing two issues: 1. Landing Page Templates: They don't appear in the folders API response and aren't folder-based. The /rest/asset/v1/landingPageTemplates.json?workSpace=<name>  parameter returns templates from all workspaces instead of filtering by the specified workspace.2. New Editor Assets: Folders with folderType: "Email Acrite" (New Email Editor) return "Invalid folder type" error (code 711) when queried via /rest/asset/v1/emails.json?folder={...}, even though these folders appear in the Folders API response. What's the correct approach to retrieve these assets filtered by workspace? Is there an alternative API endpoint or method I'm missing?

I’m looking to send an automated email to anyone who fills out a form. I want the email to be sent 2 days later (but only during the week), and I don’t want internal employees to receive the automated email.In the smart list is the trigger “Fills out form”, and below is what I have for the flow steps. Is this the right setup (of course with my company’s email domain filled in)? Should I leave “Do nothing” for the choice 1 section?  

I am trying to populate data from Custom Objects in Marketo into a data field in Marketo as well. I know I can’t use smart campaigns with flow step of Change Data Value but I would like to know if there is a way to do so.

Hey Marketo Community!I have a few questions about Marketo instance migrations, specifically around what does and does not carry over after a configuration copy. Email Links and Asset References - Which email links or asset references, if any, may break and require manual updates after the configuration copy?  Specifically, I’m asking about emails: Referencing assets via Design Studio / image picker Using manually pasted links Using program tokens containing links   Landing Page URLs - For active landing pages, do existing URLs carry over to the new instance? My understanding is that they would if the domains remain the same, but I’d appreciate confirmation.   Historical Data - Does historical data carry over, or is it cleared by default? Adobe’s scope appears to include only: Cookie migration Person record migration for Marketo-only records Program and static list membership migration 90 days of email activity migration Any insights are appreciated. We have an account with Oktopost and have multiple partitions. Oktopost recommends using the partition rules to push the data to the appropriate place, but the field required to do that for us is not a field accessible by the partition rules. Does anyone else have this issue or a work around besides going to SFDC or the CRM and adjust the location by that tool?

We have quite a bit of dirty data in our Marketo instance integrated with SFDC. While we establish internal alignment on deduplication logic to run via SFDC, we’d like a way to identify and segment Duplicates within our database. It seems the field “Duplicate Fields” is not available to be used within a segmentation. Could this please be reconsidered? Thank you, Raven McFarlane

For companies who are Microsoft Teams users instead of Slack, having an integration to Teams would be extremely helpful to notify sales agents of incoming live chats.  

Sending a SMS message or automated phone call to agents when a live chat is requested would greatly decrease the amount of missed live chats.  Pulse notification and browser notifications are simply not effective.

ErrorI am trying to edit the code inside an email but when trying to save i am getting this error, i recently used this feature to edit background color and text for other email but same template and had no issues, is there any new update why i am not able to do this. ps: i am able to edit the template but not the asset when cloned from the template.

In the old email template you could use dynamic content in the sender profile based off a segment in the database.example: If SDM segment is North America - West, sender is John Doe, etc.Is this not an option with the new email builder?

Hello everyone,I’m using Marketo Conversational Forms. Setting up the form and the flow worked like a charm. I also added Marketo lead fields to Adobe Dynamic Chat via Configurations > Integrations > Adobe Marketo Engage. In my flow, I’m using Info Capture, Update Attribute, and Set Goal.However, I can’t see any information in my Marketo instance. Neither the conversational flow engagement appears in the Activity Log, nor do the data values in the lead record change.I also tested setting personal data in a context message by adding tokens for the user’s name. Those fields were filled in the form that triggered the conversational flow, but the tokens aren’t populated either.I tested the form on both a Marketo landing page and an AEM site. In both cases, the Munchkin code was active.Did I miss something? Do I need to do anything specific to sync values back to Marketo? Did anyone experience a significant spike in clicks in mid-March 2026?After changing my copywriting and friendly from, I saw CTOs for several of my emails in the 60% - 80%+ range. I can match them to real users in our database. So I don’t *think* it was bot-related. But it was majorly unusual for our email and our audience.
