Adobe Marketo Engage

Within the smart list, under processors, I have a step to select a particular form as in the screenshot.This is currently manually chosen on the UI.I use an integration tool (Workato) to setup these campaigns. I would like to use an API , if any to setup this flow to refer the correct form i.e. form ID. is there any API for this?

I am testing out the interactive webinars with Adobe connect integration. I am using my own email accounts to test but after successfully registering with the email address once, I receive the "Registration Error" status for any consecutive registrations under the same email address. The status reason is 'Error registering with webinar provider. exception='Failed to get the data from connect'.  When trying new email addresses the registration works correctly. Is this an issue with duplicates being created in Adobe Connect or is it a connection issue between Marketo Engage and Adobe Connect?

We are all unable to login to marketo this morning and continuously getting this error:   No-ones instance is working and unable to log a support ticket. Can anyone help? 

Is there a way to add a default value to a hidden field only if the field is blank in the database? So if the person is a known record, the hidden field should get the default value only if it didn’t have a recorded value initially. If there was a recorded value initially, it should not be overwritten by the default value. 

Looking for help. I am unable to receive Adobe digital event registration emails from demand@info.adobe.com. I previously unsubscribed from an Adobe marketing email sent from this email, and my address now appears to be globally suppressed in Marketo as I no longer receive confirmation emails with event details and link to join events like I used to. I do not have direct Marketo support entitlement, so I cannot open a support ticket. Can someone from the Adobe DX/Marketo team please remove my email address from: Global Unsubscribe Marketing Suspended Blacklisted Email Invalid As I am assuming this is preventing me from receiving event confirmations and webinar emails.Thank you.

When our instance was set up back at the start of 2023, we requested a custom de-dupe based on first name, last name, email address. All three fields have to match otherwise a new record is created. We have an API integration with our CRM. Any newly created or updated records are batched into a CSV which is sent via the API to be absorbed by Marketo. At around the start of February, I noticed that leads with the same email address, but different names were no longer matching for an update, instead, the names were being overwritten (in some cases actually creating duplicates).Does anyone have any idea what might have happened to cause this? It has to be at the Marketo end, as we are not doing any matching, the API is just sending up a CSV.I have a ticket open, but support have suggested the issue is with our CRM. This simply cannot be the case.

Hi,In the pref center form in Marketo, there are 22 different client interests (like events, webinars, newsletters…..) which is in checkbox(boolean). Inorder to make it bidirectional, we tried the normal procedure which is creating 22 sfdc custom fields and mapping it with marketo for bidirectional flow)Is there any other way other than this approach (instead of creation 22 individual custom fields), kindly share your thoughts.Thanks!

We have a large number of emails that we’d like to archive or unapprove to avoid accidental sends. Is there functionality in Marketo to do that?  Also, is there functionality to set emails to expire approval after a particular period of time or can you use a workflow to do that?  Thanks in advance for any insights!

Is there a way to use Send time optimization in Marketo?

We have had a Chrome problem for a while and are trying to get to the bottom of it. Most people do not have issues, but for some employees (and not all the time) there is an issue with embedded Marketo forms not displaying. We are concerned this is happening with others as well so are trying to dig in further. It is only Chrome that has the problem. Hi Team,We have a requirement where a field is currently not available in our CRM as a temporary solution which will be fixed in long term. To support this, we will be receiving an Excel file containing Marketo ID, dollar amount, and revenue for each record. The goal is to use this data within our emails.I’d like to better understand the feasible approach here, as we want to avoid creating new records and instead leverage existing ones and update them. Specifically, I have two questions: Displaying Excel-based values in emails Is it possible to take values such as dollar amount directly from the Excel file and display them in an email? If so, what would be the recommended approach? Applying calculations (e.g., 10% of revenue) We also need to display a calculated value—specifically, 10% of the revenue provided in the file (e.g., if revenue is 5,000, the email should display 500). I have a couple of email templates in my instance, within design studio, that appear with all the options greyed out - I am unable to preview, edit or clone these templates.Although I am still able to create an email using these particular templates, once I do so I am also unable to select the modules tab in the email editor.  I was wondering if anyone has come across this previously, or might know why this could occur?

Until recently, tokens could be created at a local (program) level or at the folder level within Marketing Activities. Hi Team , Problem Statement :I’m trying to create interaction buckets in Marketo based on the most recent engagement (email open or click) so we can segment audiences based on how recently they interacted with our emails. The buckets I’m aiming to build are:0–30 days, 31–60, 61–90, 91–120, 121–150, 151–180, 181–210, 211–240, and 241–540 days.The goal is to identify how long it has been since a contact last engaged with us and use these segments for follow-up or re-engagement email campaigns. Current Approach :I created filters using email open and click activities within specific date ranges. However, I’ve noticed some inconsistencies. For example, some records that opened or clicked within the last 30 days are appearing in the 121–150 day bucket.This makes me think I might not be structuring the activity filters or AND/OR logic correctly, or that multiple open/click activities may be affecting the results. What I’m Considering :I have creating a custom field called “Interaction Bucket
