Field Does Not Exist for Leads, but Does for Contacts

I am working on mapping Marketo fields to Dynamics fields. I’ve noticed that some fields are showing as options to map for contacts, but not for leads. The fields exist, I just can see them as an option to map for leads. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
