Zoom/Marketo Webinars - Registration Error

Hi there, we have been using the Zoom and Marketo integration for our webinars for years now, using the same template. I just created a new campaign for next week, and for some reason everyone that is registering is being marked as “registration error”, even though nothing has changed. Everyone is still receiving the confirmation emails, but not sure they they are being marked down like that.

Try this: 

  1. Log into Zoom, go to that specific webinar (ID 96285981567) settings.
  2. Under the Registration section, make sure "Registration Required" (or "Required" toggle) is switched On.
  3. Save the settings.
  4. Back in Marketo, go to the program's Event Settings and click "Refresh From Webinar Partner" to re-sync.

That should clear the error and get people who already "registered" through Marketo actually synced into Zoom's registrant list.

Hi ​@dealbergaria ,

 

Have you checked the Zoom integration under Marketo > Admin > LaunchPoint to see if there's any error message showing there? That would confirm whether it's an authentication/connection issue on the integration side rather than something with the webinar setup itself.

Try this:
