I have a local campaign server setup in my machine but email server is not configured,i can download any free smtp server for mail but dont know how to configure it.Please let me know if there is any documentation for the same, i could not find one.

Hello!In my regular HTML template, I have added the necessary Gmail annotation script with the exact recommended image width. In the gmail preview the annotations, we are able to view the images. But on the real device, we are not able to get it even after the email falls under the promotion tab. Does anyone have a solution to it? Does Adobe campaign support it? Also, if anyone has successfully implemented in your templates, can you share some sample HTML files?

Hi there I have trouble finding a solution for merging two existing profiles into one. The structure looks like this pKey is the primary/profile key given by ACS. Now I know which profile/email I should merge but how can I do that?Updating the campaign record with the externalID is not possible as it has a uniqueness constrain. Just using the D365 record is also not an option as we would lose the profile history/service subscriptions.

Is there a way to see if a process ran that updated the sms do not contact flag from unchecked to checked? We currently have a deactivation file we receive that runs against that field, but in the same process also adds an X to the prefix of the phone number. So I know it's not that process and it has to be something else as the records in question do not contain the X prefix.

Hi there,I have a campaign in the production environment and would like to migrate it to the staging environment to make changes. I attempted to define a package in production and exported it. However, when I tried to import the same package into the staging environment, I couldn't locate it. Do I need to have the same specific folder in staging as I do in production? Please advise.

Hi,We are doing API calls to find if a profile exist using /<organization>/campaign/profileAndServicesExt/profile/byText?text=email&filterType=emailBut we are sometimes getting 504 timeouts because the API call take so long time to respond. We have a 60 seconds limit and we do a retry.Is this normal that it takes so long time? Our web developers says it should take maximum 2 seconds .Could something be done to fix this?

I am trying to create a workflow in Adobe Campaign Standard that will identify records 4 months prior to their 65th birthday. I want to create a list of records monthly to send them an email. Here is an example.  I want to create a list of records turning 65 in July 2024 and send all records with the July birthday an email on March 5, 2024. I want to set this up so it runs monthly and the email will go out on the 5th of each new month.

I'm working on a weekly file export for an audience that updates daily.  Fields in the Audience:ID, Policy Number, and Date Added (populates the date they were added to the audience) I want to do an incremental pull of that audience, but the export file needs to see the fields in the audience. The activity in workflows that would show that information is the Read Audience activity. I need help figuring out how to use that and only populate the incremental data.  Is there a workaround for this, or am I just going to need to accept that it won't work the way I need it to?

I work with a large email marketing team who all use ACS. After they've built their workflows and emails, they have a very thorough QA spreadsheet they must go through, and then they send that to someone else to do the same checks. The issue is, lots still gets missed. My thoughts are that a long spreadsheet is not engaging enough. I'm super keen to hear what else people do. Also whether there is a way I could add some "checkpoints" into a workflow with some notes attached so people have to check them before it will continue? Many thanks

Hi everybody!We have an email template on ACS, where the background color is already white (#F5F5F5) inside the body of the HTML. Once we open the email in the iOS native email app, for instance, it respects the email background color even tho the phone is in dark mode. However, if I open the same email with the Outlook app, it removes the white background. Is there a way to force the email background to be white in all apps??Regards

HiI know that we can refer to vars.filename in a data loading activity to find the file name. However; this is uploaded filename and not the one listed in the parameters, plus this is mf5 hashed. How can we find out the actual file name which was used; and record this?

Hi everyone, we are looking to update our deliveries for list-unsubscribe functionality. I have tested and have this working in a new template for future deliveries, unfortunately we have a large number of currently running ongoing campaigns that will need this function as well. is there any way to update the 'Additional SMTP headers' field for this in existing deliveries? thanks in advance,Matt

HelloI want to use email content in web analytics connector for tracking URL in Brand configuration ACS. Idea is to put some data (lets say tracking code) into the email content so that this can be used as a parameter value in creating tracking URL. Hello, In the Adobe campaign standard, The date of the delivery is automatically included on the label of the delivery in marketing activity logs after the recurring delivery is sent.[The delivery date]the delivery label (ID).  We would like to remove the date from the delivery label in some way.Is it feasible for us to carry it out, and if so, how should we handle this circumstance? Regards,Shubham

Hello! In a delivery summary, the count of Bounces + Errors shows 351, but when I open the exclusion causes, the total volume is 383. I have 62 blacklisted addresses, 37 quarantined addresses, 246 duplicated and 38 domains excluded. Shouldn't the volume be 351? I am confused with that and ask for your help. Thank you!Thais
