Hi Community, I have a question, I expect you can help me. We have reviewed the technical workflows and we have seen that "Mobile Profile Sync" workflow is stopped from several months. What is it used for? Should we execute again?  We are having a problem that the InApp Channel base in marketing profile is not working, can it be related? Thanks  

There is an Adobe Creative Cloud App in Microsoft Teams where you can share Creative Cloud assets.  Is there any step by step instructions on how this process works for companies that want to share and edit files using CC as the storage place for files and assets? Our company is new to all of this and with syncing gone, it feels confusing on how to begin to get this process up and running for our specific team. Even just a pointer to some articles would help. I have done some research on the internet but no luck in finding complete explanations on "how to" so far. Thank you!

Hi Community, I would appreciate if someone could help me with InApp delivery.  We have a profile with a "Mobile App Subscription" We have created a InApp delivery the type "Target users based on their campaign profile (InAppProfile)".We choose in the query our profile with mobile App Subscriptions. We execute and in the sending log the "Status" is "Send" and in the field "Address", we can see the same value than the "Experience cloud ID".It is also included in touchpoints of the profile but it is never shown in the App. To check it, we have also created InApp delivery of the type "Target users based on their mobile profile (InApp)". We choose in the query to filter by  "Experiencie cloud id" field of the mobile subscription of the profile of the previous example. In this case, the app works and showed the InApp. It has be added in the touchpoints of the profile so I understand than the link of the mobile subscription with the profile is working. &nbs

This may be a very basic question, but I am trying to find "Forward to a friend" tag/code much like other personalization tagging. Ex. Unsubscribe = <%@ include view='UnsubscriptionLink' %>Any help would be appreciated. Maybe it is labeled something else in Campaign.

Hello All, I am querying customers who purchased within a specific date range.E.g., purchaseDate>=06/05/2023 and purchaseDate<=06/15/2023. The output does not contain customers purchased on the dates mentioned i.e. 5th and 15th June; but only from 6th to 14th. Does >= condition does not work in ACS segmentation?

Hello! I built a welcome workflow and in the query I put a condition to send the email only to those who still have not received it, but two users receive the email every time the workflow runs (every 15 minutes). I would like help to understand why this is happening since the query has a condition and what would be the possibilities to resolve this case.  I really appreciate any help you can provide. Hi,Is there a way to use the conditional content/IF condition to ensure that if a field is blank, there is no gap in the email? We're currently using the below as data is pulling through from a file but some of these fields will be blank (e.g. address line 2 or 3) and we'd like to avoid a blank space in the email if possible.  <%= targetData.Address_1 %>  <%= targetData.Address_2_ %>  <%= targetData.Address_3 %>  <%= targetData.Town %>  <%= targetData.Postcode %>  Sorry if I haven't explained this very well, not very familiar with all of this. Thanks

Hello! I made two single shot campaigns in December and today we were informed that two deliveries of this campaign were sent on January 24th, which all failed in reason of the users had been sent to the blacklist. This data is showing on the dashboard, but not in the delivery summary of the trigger in ACS, it's like it hadn't happened, we don't have registers for deliveries on January 24th that belong to these campaigns.  Would it refer to the retries ACS does to reach out to users who couldn't receive the triggers on the first day of the triggers? Is there some way to check this data within ACS? Thank you in advance,Thais

I have a local campaign server setup in my machine but email server is not configured,i can download any free smtp server for mail but dont know how to configure it.Please let me know if there is any documentation for the same, i could not find one.

Hello!In my regular HTML template, I have added the necessary Gmail annotation script with the exact recommended image width. In the gmail preview the annotations, we are able to view the images. But on the real device, we are not able to get it even after the email falls under the promotion tab. Does anyone have a solution to it? Does Adobe campaign support it? Also, if anyone has successfully implemented in your templates, can you share some sample HTML files?

Hi there I have trouble finding a solution for merging two existing profiles into one. The structure looks like this pKey is the primary/profile key given by ACS. Now I know which profile/email I should merge but how can I do that?Updating the campaign record with the externalID is not possible as it has a uniqueness constrain. Just using the D365 record is also not an option as we would lose the profile history/service subscriptions.

Is there a way to see if a process ran that updated the sms do not contact flag from unchecked to checked? We currently have a deactivation file we receive that runs against that field, but in the same process also adds an X to the prefix of the phone number. So I know it's not that process and it has to be something else as the records in question do not contain the X prefix.

Hi there,I have a campaign in the production environment and would like to migrate it to the staging environment to make changes. I attempted to define a package in production and exported it. However, when I tried to import the same package into the staging environment, I couldn't locate it. Do I need to have the same specific folder in staging as I do in production? Please advise.

Hi,We are doing API calls to find if a profile exist using /<organization>/campaign/profileAndServicesExt/profile/byText?text=email&filterType=emailBut we are sometimes getting 504 timeouts because the API call take so long time to respond. We have a 60 seconds limit and we do a retry.Is this normal that it takes so long time? Our web developers says it should take maximum 2 seconds .Could something be done to fix this?

I am trying to create a workflow in Adobe Campaign Standard that will identify records 4 months prior to their 65th birthday. I want to create a list of records monthly to send them an email. Here is an example.  I want to create a list of records turning 65 in July 2024 and send all records with the July birthday an email on March 5, 2024. I want to set this up so it runs monthly and the email will go out on the 5th of each new month.

I don't know what error i did, it says client console error I need to know to do email convert to blank 

I'm working on a weekly file export for an audience that updates daily.  Fields in the Audience:ID, Policy Number, and Date Added (populates the date they were added to the audience) I want to do an incremental pull of that audience, but the export file needs to see the fields in the audience. The activity in workflows that would show that information is the Read Audience activity. I need help figuring out how to use that and only populate the incremental data.  Is there a workaround for this, or am I just going to need to accept that it won't work the way I need it to?

I work with a large email marketing team who all use ACS. After they've built their workflows and emails, they have a very thorough QA spreadsheet they must go through, and then they send that to someone else to do the same checks. The issue is, lots still gets missed. My thoughts are that a long spreadsheet is not engaging enough. I'm super keen to hear what else people do. Also whether there is a way I could add some "checkpoints" into a workflow with some notes attached so people have to check them before it will continue? Many thanks
