Registration Token not being captured in ACS for Push Notifications

Hi Team

We have configured a Mobile App SDK for push notifications, but the registration token are flowing inconsistently. We have also raised a support ticket but still the issue persistent. Could anyone please help us resolve the issue. The issue is with both iOS and Android.
