ACS Access for templates only

Hi,

basic question.. Is it possible to give access to ACS for templates only?

We need to give access to a designer but since the person doesn't have any experience with ACS, I want to give access to the template/template design part of Campaign only.

I already searched a bit but cannot find if this (template only) is possible or not.

@fern1, In this case, Start deliveries/Prepare deliveries/Workflow role is the closest one you can assign to a custom security group you can setup. Link to roles and permissions cheatsheet.

Hi Fern.

 

The short answer is not really. In general, the only way to get this level of granularity would be to assign certain folders, campaigns, etc., to specific org units and then assign the user to a particular org with this limited access. That said, I don't believe it can be restricted, such as by limiting a user to the templates only.
