Adobe Workfront

Hello! We have been modeling complex email strategy in Planning with deep connected-record hierarchies (Channel Brief → Versions → Modules → Flex Creative). The architecture works, but end users can't see a parent record alongside all of its connected records on a single page — every connection opens in a new window, which breaks down fast when a tactical brief spans 10+ related record which is not a great user experience.We've gotten the Planning AI Assistant to summarize a record + its connections ~95% of the way there, but there's no PDF export and no way to surface that consolidated view in WF Workflow for the creative, production, and dev teams who need the full tactical brief.Does anyone have any solves or know if consolidated record visualization is on the Planning roadmap? 

When I go into a task and try to view all available custom forms in the drop-down box, I can only see three random ones even though we have many more than that available to select from. I tried logging out/in and have manage access to the project. 

Of course, after everyone reviews, it is realized someone was forgotten and we can’t edit the workflows!!  Would love the ability to be able to.

I have been trouble shooting and researching with no luck. Hopefully one of you can help.  I’m trying to create advanced mode logic for a form with many involved fields. An easy example is:Custom form question “How many segments do you need?” with dropdown answers of 1,2,3,4,…I’m trying to add logic, so that if someone selects 4 segments, the form will show sections 1,2,3 and 4.I’ve tried many variations of the below. Now from what I’ve found it seems like maybe I can’t use OR statements in the advanced logic.IF({DE:How many segments do you need?}="1" OR {DE:How many segments do you need?}="2" OR {DE:How many segments do you need?}="3" OR {DE:How many segments do you need?}="4"Anyone?

When there are more than one users on a task and they have completed ‘done with my part’ it still shows up in the workload balancer that they have that task. Is there a way that that task shows complete on their workload balancer?

Hi, does anybody have the same issue, when adding new users to Workfront, they are supposed to receive an email to activate their account, but they don’t - I have verified with multiple new users. Is there something extra I need to set-up ?Only after adding the users and going to the Send Update to User - the user will receive a message.thanks,Bianca

Hello!  We do gate approvals in Workfront.  Our approval flow is set up to send to Manager A and B, and if one of them approves the task, it’s approved.I have been asked if I can make a report that shows who approved each gate and when.  I have the date figured out, and I found a way to show both Manager A’s and Manager B’s names as “Approvers”, but I can’t figure out a way to pull which manager actually hit the approve button.Does anyone have any ideas?  Thank you!

Hi,Does anybody knows how the Overdue email notification for task/issue can be turned off ? I went in Set-up - Email - Notifications - and turned off everything related to task/issue + also in the User Profile - but still receiving them.thanks,Bianca

Web Team’s ViewI have created a Processed Web Request report and am hitting a roadblock when sharing with two members of the Web Team. Their report is blank, they can see the Title of the Report Name, that is all.I have checked their access to reports and they are both set to Edit. I’m not certain why they cannot see the full data collected.  They are not system admins, they have a Standard License.  Thank you,Jenny

Hi everyone,How are you handling interactive proofing for Adobe Experience Manager Sites pages?I’m working on a use case where the client wants to use interactive proofs in Workfront Proof to review and approve pages that are still in preview. The challenge is that the preview environment is behind authentication, and interactive proofing doesn’t support authenticated access.Have you found any viable workarounds or alternative approaches in this scenario?I’m aware of fallback options like manually capturing screenshots or screen recordings, but ideally we’d like to retain the benefits of interactive proofing.Also curious if tools like Frame.io offer a better solution for this kind of workflow, or if there are other patterns you’d recommend. Thanks!

Hello,Is it possible to create dynamic templates that can be used when creating a project from either a template or a request?For example:When creating a new project and selecting a template, can related sub-templates be displayed under the main template for selection?If that is not possible, is there an alternative approach where, after selecting a template, certain fields on the project creation page can be used to dynamically adjust values—such as applying a different template configuration or modifying custom fields based on those inputs?

I have a ticket open with Support about this, but I’m curious to know if anyone else is facing this. We have a large number of dashboards pinned via Layout Template to the Portfolio or Program object - things like a portfolio snapshot, program snapshot, air traffic control, that sort of thing. Previously, you could build the reports on those dashboards and not require a filter for a specific program or portfolio - they would automatically filter results down to the respective object you were viewing the pinned dashboard from. So if you were viewing the dashboard from within Portfolio A, it would NOT show you results from Portfolio B or Portfolio C. However, if you opened a specific report in another tab outside of the current Portfolio, it would show you results from the entire system (assuming you didn’t have something in your filter to prevent that from happening).Today, our Portfolio pinned dashboards work as expected, but our Program ones do not. I’m currently working on cleaning up and standardizing our project templates and I’d love to hear how others are managing this.When updates are needed to a template, do you typically:Update the active template directly, or Create a new version (copy), make updates, and deactivate/archive the old one?I’m leaning toward a versioning approach for better governance, but I’m curious how others are handling:Template version control Naming conventions Preventing users from selecting outdated templatesWould love to hear what’s working well for your teams or any lessons learned.
