Adobe Workfront

Is it possible to export log details (Custom Forms, Fields, Templates, Projects, etc.) from Workfront? If so, how can we export these log details? Please advise.

When subtasks have multiple assignees by role type, and the bulk edit tool is used to swap out a role for a name, it now removes an additional role types on those subtasks.Example attached - all subtasks with Digital Customer Experience are selected, edited to change for a name, but the subtasks that had multiple assignees (200, 202 & 203) have removed the other team despite ‘Remove all exisiting assignees’ not being checked on the edit screen.This has been the case since the new edit view was implemented. It has added considerable time to assigning projects, with lots of manual additions on individual lines being required where bulk assigning used to suffice. 

Hello,I’ve recently created an automation in Workfront Planning to create a project in Workfront which seems to be working as a project is created, but I’ve noticed that in the Workfront Project>Planning menu, the connection isn’t automatically populating. Is there a step I’m missing? I can show all connections in the Workfront Project>Planning page and manually select the Planning Workspace but I thought it would populate since the relationship is reflected in Planning. Any insights appreciated!Mary. 

Update the home page widget "My Projects." Please make it so you can look at "ALL" the assigned projects. Our team has more then 25 at all times. Otherwise this widget is worthless for a very large retail marketing department.

Has anyone implemented a Workfront process or workflow that enables external vendors (non-licensed users) to upload imagery or other creative assets directly into a Workfront request or project?If so, I’m especially interested in understanding:How you structured the intake mechanism (e.g., request forms, external user access, proofing workflows, document sharing links, etc.). How vendors submitted assets — were they uploading files directly into the request, using external proofing, or leveraging a third‑party integration? Whether you built any validation rules around the imagery being uploaded, such as required file type (JPG/PNG), minimum dimensions, resolution/quality checks, maximum file size, or naming conventions. How automated the process was — for example, did you use Workfront Fusion, custom API calls, or native Workfront validation options to enforce requirements? Hi,I’m working with Workfront Data Connect to share data from Workfront to Tableau so I can build a report. My questions are below: Workfront Data Connect syncs data to Tableau every four hours. For example, if I create a MySQL query for this year’s project entry dates, will tickets raised today be reflected in the Tableau report after the next sync? I have to change or update the MySQL only in the case if I need to see some other dates data/ or some other columns in Tableau report? I created a MySQL query, but I’m not sure how to save it or what the next step is to have the data appear in Tableau. Could you please advise? Regards,Diksha G.

I've created a Document Version report that is capturing the information I need to see (number of versions or proofs per task), but am hoping to streamline it a bit. Instead of Document:task:name showing up multiple times for each Version, I only want to see the total number of versions. For example, in the current report, I only need to see the third line (Signage - Public Finance CASH Annual Conference, 4, 2/11/26) rather than lines 1-3. Is there a way to modify the report to do this? I appreciate any insight!   My current filters: 

On the adobe workfront homepage, under the “My Tasks” widget - there used to be an option to “show all” tasks. Now ours is only giving the option to “show 25”. Are others experiencing this? Any way to adjust this to see all?

When you @mention a team in the Updates section of a project, does the comment appear in the @mention widget? I tested this, and the comment only shows up in my notifications.Also, do only individual @mentions (not team @mentions) appear in the @mention widget?

Hi WF,We signed up for the Workfront Planning Trial and have attended the initial webinar. Today we have a link notifying us that the Planning trial is live, but on clicking it we get the error below.How can we troubleshoot this and/or resolve it?Thanks,Laura

​@ThomasNe2 I found a pretty new (only 9 months old) post that was already archived/made inactive. I am creating an internal reference number using the CONCAT function and the date forms part of this. I need to convert a Custom Date field into an all numerical format of YYYY/MM/DD. Thank you to everyone who was able to join us today for our Chicago Chapter kickoff meeting. We enjoyed meeting all of you and hope that this conversation thread can keep the momentum going! 

Hi Workfront SME’s- late last week, hundreds of very old proofs appeared in the My Approvals widget for several users in our Workfront instance (our Deputy CMO has 184 proofs from 2022 & on- the normal amount is 10). Did anyone experience a similar issue? We have had several instances of the My Approvals widget being out of sync with the Proofing module. This issue has happened to us 8 times since May 2025. I sent off a ticket to Adobe on Friday morning asking tech support to re-sync WF & the proofing module immediately, and I AM STILL WAITING for the re-sync to happen. Meanwhile, with hundreds of outdated proofs in the widget, it is causing confusion about what does or does not need to be reviewed, is causing delays on feedback & approvals, and is forcing people to create workarounds such as sending assets via email for approval, which could cause problems for us with internal audits in the future. 

Hi, it seems that the latest updates of the Experience League has reset the lastest changes of the Community user profiles and also the conversations, questions and ideas of the last few weeks are missing:Profile name and communication preferences are reset: I change my community user name from a generic to specific, uploaded an image, … everything is gone. Questions, Conversations and Ideas are missing: A gap of 1 month. Subscriptions are missing: Don’t receive the email notification about new topics. Achievements are missing Level is back downCan it be that the data were not correctly migrated? Will Adobe add the delta back. In our organization, each business unit (BU) has its own portfolio. Within these portfolios, programs are organized and aligned to the respective BU. However, is there a solution for a program to span across multiple BUs—essentially, for a single program to be associated with more than one portfolio?
