Hi @David-M-Allen , One possible cause is when a workflow template is reapplied or proof stages are edited after the proof has already started. In some cases, the stage deadline can get reset or removed, especially if the workflow template itself does not define a deadline for that stage.
Another thing worth checking is reviewer reassignment or moving reviewers between stages, as edits to the stage setup can sometimes impact the existing deadline configuration.
I’d recommend reviewing the proofing activity for affected proofs to see whether the deadline removal aligns with a user action, workflow update. If you continue seeing this and can identify a reproducible pattern, it would be helpful to capture proof IDs, timestamps, screenshots, and any related user actions and opening a support ticket with Adobe Workfront.
