Access request 'Request from' dropdown should identify the Project Owner

When a user clicks 'Request Access' on a project they can't view, they're presented with a dropdown of everyone who has Manage access - but there's no context to help them choose the right person.

The Project Owner is the most logical recipient for these requests, and they're already first in the list. A simple (Project Owner) label next to their name would give requesters the context they need without cluttering the list.
