Hi @PaulaB02 , @AdrianBu6 , @sherry_king there is no strict file size limit in Workfront, but uploads must complete within about 5 minutes and your environment must have enough available storage.
This issue is often caused by network/browser interruptions or upload timeouts rather than the file size itself. Since another user is seeing it even with a 2.21 MB file, it may be environment or connectivity related.
I’d recommend trying:
- A different browser
- Another network/connection
- Clearing browser cache
If the issue still persists, please log a support ticket with the Workfront Support team for investigation.
