Thanks to everyone who joined today’s workshop, Inside the Workfront Admin Role: 10 Lessons from My First Two Years, featuring Jen Mancini @JenniferMa10 , Adobe Workfront Application Owner at Aramark and co-lead of the Philadelphia Workfront User Group (WUG) chapter! The passion and energy that Jen brought with the validation that mistakes are okay makes this a must-watch session for any Workfront Admin, new or experienced!

Workshop Summary:

  • Jen shared ten key lessons learned during her first two years as a Workfront administrator, focusing on the importance of understanding team workflows before configuring the system and establishing clear guiding principles for all Workfront decisions.
  • The session emphasized the value of listening to all stakeholders, including critics, leveraging continuous learning resources like Experience League, and building a network of Workfront ambassadors to support adoption and change management.
  • Workflows evolve constantly so document all system changes in a change log and regularly monitor usage to identify areas of improvement.
  • Always refresh your sandbox before major updates, test in your preview environment, and leverage Adobe support, Champions, and community expertise.
  • Build community and engage with your Workfront peers through user groups, Experience League events, and in-person networking opportunities. The Workfront Community is extremely giving and people are always willing to lend a hand!

If you weren’t able to join live, no worries - download a copy of the slide deck and watch the on-demand recording below:

YOUR TURN: What was your favorite (or most validating) lesson learned that Jen shared today? Or if you have another one to share with the Workfront Community, add it as a reply!
