Hello, Can you please confirm whether it is possible to rename the default “Status” field label at the Project and Task levels?

. I’d like to report on how many revenue-generating hours we spend vs non-revenue hours. For most hour types, I can change them from “count as revenue” or not. However, one that gets used a fair bit, is “General Overhead” which is set to “counts as revenue” (unintuitively, if you ask me) and I can’t change that one. Our users are posting non-revenue time to it and I’d rather change the setting than change their behavior, since I agree with them, General Overhead doesn’t sound like billable work.

Is there a way or a field to Track the Status comments in a project report columns?

Hello Community!We have been asked a lot recently and in the past to give exports of forms so we can review and collect feedback on fields. We have a report to get the fields from a form or multiple forms BUT have not been able to figure out ways to get it to populate in the same order as the forms.  There is just an ongoing annoyance that we cannot get an export into excel that is in the same order as the form itself. We then need to either just give a stakeholder the data dump and say “figure it out” which they are not always thrilled about, or we spend A LOT of time doing it manually. Is there ANYWAY to do this better? Fusion, text mode, etc.? 

Hi all, I'm trying to run a report with the number of unique proofs approved that were authored by a creative team. So far I'm seeing multiple approvals of the same proof, and I'd like to eliminate multiple approvers and versions of the same proof document. The filters I'm currently using are for the team (proof owner ID), dates, and document version >> proof decision contains approved. Any suggestions would be immensely appreciated 🙂 Thank you! 

@jasonbarron, in the quarterly update meeting yesterday you mentioned the new approvals feature allows for any user added as a reviewer to see reviews waiting for them. Has this function been developed yet for proof? It would be extremely beneficial to be able to run a report on this to add to their dashboard.

I have "Time off" and company holiday calendars created where my team can add their PTO and I can add company holidays.  I would like the workfront project tasks to "skip" over/blackout a PTO date for that employee that indicates a PTO date.  And also for tasks to "skip" over and account for company holidays.  This fuction seems to work for some of my team but not others.  Is there specific steps that I need to take to have this function reflected for everyone?  I was trying to locate some type of guide or tutorial on this subject, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.  Any guidance would be appreciated!  

I have a user who when receiving a request is able to convert the request to a template but not a blank project. What setting do I need to update for her to have access?

Dear All, I’m currently working on a solution to digitize our product specifications, which are presently managed offline using custom forms. So far, I’m confident that most of the requirements can be met, with one exception: handling assets (images) associated with each specification.I’m wondering if there’s a way to include images directly into the form so that they are displayed when the form is exported to PDF. How can I get the Project Manager name to populate on a task-level report? Hi,Hoping someone can tell me if I'm totally mis-remembering. We, like many customers, use request queues and convert those requests (Issues) to Projects, often using Status Keys to tie requests to their respective Projects. I am 90% sure that I used to be able to clear out the Default Duration in the Queue Details area so that Issues submitted to that queue do not automatically get a Planned Completion Date (thereby eliminating unwanted late reminders for those Issues that are open pending their Project's completion). It seems that with recent UI updates, it's now not possible to hit backspace in that field to clear it out, as saving it just puts the default of 1 Day back into the field. Now users are getting email reminders about late Issues that ideally wouldn't have a Planned Completion Date. Can anyone confirm whether I'm remembering this correctly? I did open a Support ticket but they weren't sure that it used to operate this way, and said I'd have to submit an Ide

Hello! When I convert a request to a project, is there any way to ensure the request's due date is determined by the resolving object's due date? Right now I am managing this manually. There has got to be a better way... Thanks in advance! 

Short of it -- was able to edit the Planned Hours field, in a submitted Request's Details Overview section, for a Request not in New - pending status. As of this morning, I cannot. Unsure if this is affecting others. I have input a ticket. Long of it - I (sys admin, supposedly full rights) have been doing this successfully for years as the auto-duration puts in the full workday hours for that duration which is inaccurate for ALL of our Requests. We have multiple queues - some that are worked as requests and some that get converted to Projects once approved. To ensure we're not over allocating time to staff (users, roles or teams) it is critical that we are able to change this. In fact, I believe it has even been recommended to be by both prior consultant and within one or more of the many webinars I very gratefully attend. For the requests that will become Projects, I change the status to awaiting feedback - edit assignment, planned hours, and clean up custom fields as needed

We have repeatedly experienced a sync issue between the Proof module and the My Approvals widget. Proofs that have already been approved still show up in the widget as if they are awaiting a decision. Sometimes proofs that are awaiting a decision never appear. This is not a one‑off bug. Over the last 5 months, we've seen this happen at least 4‑5 times. It’s unpredictable and random, which makes it worse- we cannot reliably know whether the widget is telling the truth. To manage this, I have to manually review each proof listed in the widget, check against the actual proof status, and then open support cases when discrepancies are found. This wastes time that could be spent on productive work. More worryingly, this kind of inconsistency damages trust in Workfront. Senior management is a reluctant user already; each time the widget shows an incorrect state, it erodes his confidence in the system, making adoption and reliance less likely. I have a User who would like to share a calendar to their team that has several groupings. They would like to have the calendar open by default withonly one grouping selected and visible. The other groupings are for "further reference" if the users are curious but the idea is that they would be "unselectected". If the calendar creator unselects 4 groupings and leaves 1 grouping selected and shares that calendar out, is that how it will open for the other users (until they starting clicking!). I believe we have seen mixed resuylts on this.

I'm trying to have a column at my Program level and Project level to show me what task we are on, who it's assigned to and the due date. I started with the text mode below but it's not working for me. Hello, I would like to download the binary of a document via the API to get a blob object. Is this somehow possible? I cannot find the corresponding information using the API-explorer.I know, that I can retrieve the field downloadURL, but using this requires to be logged in to Workfront. Thanks in advance. RegardsLars

Can a Planning record type be connected directly to specific tasks within a Project object?

What are the impacts of turning in the Workfront AI Assistant, and signing the AI agreement, on other Adobe tools? For example, if we sign the agreement and turn on Workfront AI, does the AI functionality in other tools also turn on? What other AI functionalities exist across Adobe products, and do they connect to Workfront's AI Assistant?

I have a Proof Approval report set up, and it has columns that show key information like Approver Decision, and the Decision Date, but I'm wondering if there's a way to pull in something like proof has notes/comments, comments exist = true/false, etc. Reason being is that we often have reviewer/approvers who will leave comments but forget to make a decision, thus the proof will sit there until the project owner manually reviews.  Is such a column possible? I've played around with several text mode options and for the life of me cannot figure out to achieve this. Any input is greatly appreciated!
