Adobe Journey Optimizer

 We are facing an issue with an email created using the AJO Drag-and-Drop Email Designer. Proof Testing: Email is received in Gmail and renders completely without clipping. Published Journey: The same email is received in Gmail with “Message clipped – View entire message.” AJO Content Check shows “No issues detected.” We are using the Drag-and-Drop implementation and do not see an Optimize HTML size option. Could you please help us understand why the email is being clipped only when triggered through the published Journey and how we can prevent Gmail from clipping the message?Please also confirm whether Journey execution/personalization/tracking can increase the final HTML size compared with the Proof Test version.We can provide the Journey, email template, recipient details, and screenshots if required. 

Hi Team,We have a AJO journey where we are fetching some data like Text and URL using a API call in a custom action and then using the variable fields like: {{{offerCard.offerCardImage.body}}} and {{{offerCard.offerCardImage.url}}} to populate the details in the HTML email.Its working fine but for the URL part we had to use <a href="{{{offerCard.offerCardImage.url}}}">Click Here</a> due to which AJo is not able to track the URL in reporting as well as its not able to encode the URL with the UTM parameters like it does for the hardcoded URLs.I have tried using <a href="https://{{{offerCard.offerCardImage.url}}}">Click Here</a> but it gives me an error saying: Personalisation not allowed in domain.Also if I do like this: <a href="https://{%= (replace(offerCard.offerCardImage.url, "https://", "")) }">Click Here</a> the double quotes get converted into the code " breaking the HTML while saving.same happens with: <a href='https://{%= (replace(offerCard

I noticed that capping is not counter properly in Offer Decisioning. Which schema is responsible for that:1. ajo_inbound_activity_event_dataset2. ODE DecisionEventsDoes the event that the offer is displyed and clicked in Mobile SDK is generated automatically or manually? In order for the capping to work I need to include of these two datasets include in Datastreams (that is what Adobe support advised). However these two schemas has different structure then that specific for Mobile SDK?

Hi Everyone,I was exploring the new module options available in the left-hand panel of the new editor and noticed a few issues where there doesn't seem to be an option to make the required adjustments.For example: Header module: After dragging the header module, there doesn’t appear to be an option to reduce the spacing between elements on mobile. Social icons: There doesn’t seem to be an option to keep the social icons in a single row on mobile. Social icon customization: I’m also unable to change/customize the social icons. Dark mode: The social icons are not displaying correctly in dark mode. Is anyone else experiencing similar issues with the new editor?Could we please check if these are known limitations or bugs and whether there is a way to address/fix them?I am adding a few screenshots of these issues.Thanks! 

Does anyone have any experience creating a MMS message using Code Based Experience? The configuration setup looks like it’s strictly for In-App use, and not code that I can push to the service carrier as a JSON. The issue is there are some campaigns where we would like the image to appear before the text. The current MMS template places the image below the text. Please advise.

I have the following scenario for AJO Journey Orchestration and would like to understand if there are any recommended approaches for handling this action.I am aware of the Update Profile option , but I want to explore whether there are other approaches for this use case. This is for a Push Notification scenario where we are not using the AJO native channel; instead, we are using a Custom Action integrated with an external API.Scenario:Deploy V1 to Audience 1(batch campaign). Stop V1 after it has completed. The business I am working in is currently migrating to Adobe Experience Cloud utilising AEP and AJO as core products. We have discovered the OOTB AJO email seed list capability is not fit-for-purpose. This because the seed list can only be associated with one test profile at each email surface configuration.Our business context:We already have a total of 16 email surface configurations across four brands including consumer, business, marketing, and transactional email communications. There are multiple lines of business within the business, multiple projects on the go at once, and multiple product and marketing campaigns regularly launching.  At any given moment we have thousands of email communications in-market. It is difficult to keep track of what is in-market, and all of the personalised email variations. Hi,I am having some difficulties understanding the documentation regarding event reactions.I have added an event reaction “clicked” with a following email to those who have clicked. If I add an event timeout of 7 days, will the email to those who clicked wait 7 days before being sent? Or will the email be sent immediately when someone clicks?

Hi! I’m working on a use case where an email was not sent because the profile had reached the daily frequency cap.The client would like to keep that communication on hold and retry it the following day. In other words, if the email is excluded today due to capping, it should automatically be sent tomorrow once the profile is eligible again.Is there a way to achieve this behavior in AJO?Thanks!

I am trying to build a journey using the wave feature to send over 10 days. The send will be flighted each day over the 10 days. I have tried to dry run / use simulation to test the journey, and I keep drawing an error to say last wave must be within 6 days and 18 hours from journey start. Can waves not go beyond this time? Do we have to keep it within 6 days and 18 hours from journey start or is there a way around this? Thanks!  

I see the new 13 month in lake and 90 days in profile store have been implemented across the AJO experience tracking dataset. How is unsubscribe being managed now? I’m seeing cases of where customers have opted out of a communication by clicking the unsubscribe link, being opted back in. the unsub is in the lake, but not in profile any more. What is Adobe doing to manage this? I’m seeing massive GDPR issues here, unless I’m hopefully mistaken regardsMaec
