Hi, I want to check if a certain word is in the article name of an order, so I use the contain function. That works, only how do I check every position of the array? Because now it only checks position 0 as you see at the at(0). I want to check every position of the array, how can I do that in combination with this expression:containIgnoreCase(@{ord_paid._company.igOrder.igEntries.at(0).igArticleName.igArticleNameNL}, "geldterug")or containIgnoreCase(@{ord_paid._company.igOrder.igEntries.at(0).igArticleName.igArticleNameNL}, "aanbetaling")Thanks!

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/journey-optimizer/using/email/email-opt-out.html?lang=en  As mentioned in the above URL, executed the below steps1. Tried using the API URL's with request parameters 'params' and 'pid' (which is retrieved through the first email received by the user. Also, every time new email is received the params & pid changes) 2. Did add the Header data and request body. This looks fine.{   "marketing": [       {            "type": "email",            "choice": "yes",            "scope": "channel"        }    ]}3. Getting Not Acceptable error as response like below {    "timestamp": "2024-01-24T04:04:57.373+00:00",    "status": 406,    "error": "Not Acceptable",    "path": "/preferences"} Anything wrong with params and pid? Does it auto-expire

I am using the "Each" function to create an email with the list of products that are left in the abandoned cart. The code already works this way but I need to limit it to bringing me a maximum of 5 products from the cart. This is the code im using <table><tbody>{{#each context.journey.events.eventId.productListItems as |product|}}<tr><td style="padding-right:20px;"><img src="{{product.productImageUrl}}" height="150" width="150"></td><td style="padding-right:10%;"><b>{{product.name}}</b></td><td style="text-align:right;padding-right:20px;"><b>${{product.priceTotal}}</b><br><p><a href="{{product.product}}">See product</a>.</p></td></tr>{{/each}}</tbody></table>

Hi @mohan_dugganab @satheeskannak We have a use case We aim for the individual to receive the initial email, concluding their journey at that point. Subsequently, we intend to implement a condition in AJO that excludes this specific profile, preventing them from receiving any emails for a period of six monthsThanks

Is it possible to write group by OR nested group by in PQL queries for an audience evaluation? If yes, What is the syntax? Profile IDRankingDateofBirth1101/01/19802102/02/19813203/04/1982 ConditionIf Ranking score is same, Pick one profile by Max Date of birthIf Date of birth is same, then pick one random profile End result Profile IDRankingDateofBirth1101/01/19803203/04/1982

Currently, tags can be added in the journey but how to retrieve them in the expression editor or email templates?

While creating Email template API, I am facing a challenge where I am getting a 403 error saying "You do not have permission" attaching screenshot for reference.I can see that I have Manage library items permission included in the Content Library Manager product profile (Screenshot attached).I also have API enabled for my profile. What could be the other reason, I am getting errr saying "You do not have permission to manage content or access this template. Please contact your administrator to update your permissions"

Hi all,  i need some kind help to understand how marketing actions work.  Specifically, we are implementing a journey that eventually triggers a custom action (in which we call an external service to send marketing emails). my concern is the handling of consents. If in the custom action i define as marketing action email targeting what should i expect? that before that custom action is triggered adobe checks the user's consents? how do i indicate the field where the user expresses consent to email targeting? any help in clarifying this doubt will be greatly appreciated

Hi, I am trying to create an email template for sending out campaigns in AJO. I wrote some html code and tried to comment it using <!-- hello --> and it is working fine. However when in the same html code i added a helper function <!-- {%= age(date) %} --> the comments are not working properly. Does anyone have an idea on how we can add a comment around helper functions .Attaching screenshot for reference  Thanks

Hello! I was wondering if the suppression list also works for phone numbers. We have received several complaints from customers that don't want to receive sms and we would like to exclude their phone numbers from our communications. Is it possible? If not, what do you recommend we could do?

Hi, I need to create an Abandon Cart campaign, where we'll try to follow-up profiles who left the cart and contact them after 24 hours of abandoning cart. What's the best practice for that in AJO? Thanks.

Hi All,I have below question on the email personalization limitation:  Does this mean we will not be able to use 100+ personalization parameters in AJO Email template? We have requirement of more than 120 coming. Please confirm? Personalization Fields.  Journey Optimizer Peak Volume has been scoped to support up to 5 Personalization Fields. https://helpx.adobe.com/legal/product-descriptions/adobe-journey-optimizer.htmlThanks in advance!

Hi there,    I need help to get the data from a JSON object using SQL in AJO.  { "consent": { "idSpecific": { "Phone": { "75708": { "marketing": { "sms": { "val": "y", "time": "2023-12-06T17:22:46.118Z" } } } } } } } I tried the following code but it's not returning the value (I'm able to parse identityMap tho) select a.identityMap['clientID'][0].ID AS cardUnmasked, TIMESTAMP, b.consents.marketing.sms.val, explode(b.consents.idSpecific), to_json(b.consents.idSpecific) from ajo_message_feedback_event_dataset a inner join profile_snapshot_export_987e0af1_adb6_45b0_9a58_4565707ef05d b on a.identityMap['clientID'][0].ID = b._client.identities.cardUnmasked where a._experience.customerJourneyManagement.messageExecution.journeyVersionID IN ('1ffd0d80-d2e7-4d75-a097-e5e5e54f19a6') and b._riteaid.identities.cardUnmasked = '95087080686'     Thanks, D

The client is migrating from Marketo to AJO, brand has various sub-brands, and the sender email address is unique for each sub-brand. However, the client is resisting the idea of following subdomain delegation for each sub-brand. The sub-brands do not have a technical team that can support this process, and they don't mind if the corporate or marketing mail delivery domain is the same. Has anyone encountered a similar scenario? is it possible to set up Email channel surface without subdomain delegation?

Hi everyone, I read the documentation about Capping and Throttling, because we want to create customActions in AJO with conecctions to APIs with limits in the events sent per seconds, but we don't understand If the limits apply to the customAction and all of the journeys that they use it or we have to applied the limits to each journey manually. Thanks for your attention!Regards,Diego P.
