Hi Team,

 

Is there a way to pass custom field value (part of event schema) to AJO OOTB (Message feedback and Email Tracking) datasets

 

For ex: Touchpoint ID is an attribute on event schema and can have multiple values for a profile, we want to somehow get this Touchpoint ID to AJO OOTB datasets(Message feedback and Email Tracking) so that we know which event is tagged to which touchpoint ID.

if it is possiible plz let us know how?

You can leverage tags and this would be available in the ajo entity system dataset

@mysteriousman, System generated datasets (i.e. AJO OOTB) must not be modified to include any custom fields. If they are used for reporting purposes, understanding that the schema is profile-enabled, they will be captured at the profile level. Therefore, you can export the dataset to CJA and then join it with the OOTB datasets.

    We are not trying to add custom field in OOTB, we need to just pass the value to any placeholder fields we have in OOTB schemas
