Hello,We’re in the process of setting up our AEM Guides instance and have that link to our Workfront projects. I’ve noticed that the Workfront tasks list of AEM Guides has a limited number of columns. It would be helpful to our users to see the task percent complete, start dates, and predecessors on this view. Is it possible to add more columns to this view either through the native connector between the two or through Fusion?

I’m exploring whether AEM data can be connected directly to Power BI for reporting and visualization.Our initial thought is to present the data in a Power BI dashboard, as that would be more digestible and useful than sharing raw data exports. I recall a similar question being asked several years ago (around 10 years back), and at the time the options were fairly limited.Has anyone implemented this more recently? Is there now a supported or practical way to connect AEM data to Power BI (e.g., via APIs, connectors, or intermediate data stores)? Any lessons learned or recommended approaches?

After upgrading to the latest LTS version of AEM, we have encountered an issue with the Rich Text field using the resource type cq/gui/components/authoring/dialog/richtext. When saving any sentence containing two consecutive curly braces {{, the data is not being stored correctly in CRX. Hi, Deprecated Library DetectedThe following library is deprecated, but used in your code and so must be removed:Library: ch.qos.logback Deprecated Since: 2022-01-27 Scheduled Removal Date: 2026-02-26Recommended Action:Replace deprecated packages with their recommended newer versions, in order to keep your application secure and performant.  logback library is not used in our codebase. But, I think it is linked and slf4j for logger in our codebase. Please help me in how to scan locally to check if the library is getting used and remove it. Thanks.

So, I have a scenario, We’ve more than 5000+ pdf and XDP to convert.we’re running on AEM on prem LTS.  Has anyone here done something similar? As this is going to be a lot of configurations, implementations and then migration. I need some guidance on how to achieve it. However, while creating the connection I keep getting a 400 error.To troubleshoot, I went to the Adobe Developer Console, created a project, and added the AEM Assets Author API. But when I try to configure authentication, there is no option available for Server-to-Server OAuth.Because of this limitation, I am unable to connect the module.Could you please advise how to solve this problem, or if there is any alternative solution to connect Fusion with AEM Assets for listing folders?!--endfragment>

I am trying to have the Dam Metadata Writeback workflow set some attributes in a custom namespace back to a .NEF file (Nikon RAW camera file), but it’s not recognizing it. It does work for png and jpg files, interestingly enough. What might be the config that manages this in AEM? This is for AEM as a Cloud Service (SDK, running locally for now.)Thanks!

We have an instance of AEM 6.5.12. with Guides 4.6 UUID running on a server and we want another instance of the exact same thing on another server that we will use as our “development server.” This is not an upgrade. We want the 2 instances to be identical.On our new server I have installed the exact same AEM 6.5 with the same service pack and same 4.6 release guides.  All we need is the repository from the first instance. I cannot use package manager to do this because we must preserve the version history of all of our DITA topics.  From the documentation I’ve read it seems the best way to do this is with ther CRX2OAK tool.I’m not experienced with migration and would appreciate any steps or advice you might have. First, is the CRX2OAK tool the  best way to accomplish this? How do I get one repository to connect with another? Should the crx-quickstart folder from the target server be on the same server as our first AEM installation?  If so, what is the best way to move the crx-quicksta

We are on AEM in the cloud and have a requirement to send a simple contact form that the user fills out to a backend email address. E.g. no emails being sent to users, no attachments, no data storage, just take the simple form POST request and send an email.AEM has two frameworks out of the box, the older “Foundation Forms” Components and the new “Core Adaptive Forms”.I understand the Foundations Forms are kind of deprecated and Adaptive ones are encouraged, and I understand the new framework has more features, etc.but we already have implemented our custom designs (corporate styleguide) - but for Foundation Form elements only! (buttons etc.)My main question is: can I still use Foundation Forms to send an email (e.g. by building a servlet or in another way), or is it not possible at all in the cloud?If still possible but highly discouraged - what’s the Adobe roadmap for supporting such an approach?Also: is there a way to send the email using an Edge service (e.g. not hitting AEM Publis

Hello, I have been working on a XFA Form I created using AEM Form Designer. The form is used to intake customers who come to our service center for computer repairs. It has 2 pages the first is for the customer and the second is for the technician and has the computer info, ticket number, and customer info that was inputted on first page. The customer can drop off up to 5 different computers per form. I originally built out a script using AcroForms which allowed me to print the customer page once and the technician page for the # of computers inputted on the form based on serial numbers with their respective fields being Serial1 through Serial5. The code below added the last page multiple times depending on if their were multiple serial numbers on the intake forms. This worked as intended without issues. I am working on AEM Assets(AEMaaCS) with AEM Sites(AMS), where I have connected AEM Assets to AEM Sites via the Dynamic Media Open API. I added the Image V3 component to a page, and in the Smart Cropping section, I see a list of ratios. The issue is that this list is coming from the Image V3 component and is hardcoded. However, I want this list to be generated dynamically from AEM Assets. How can I achieve this?

Hi Everyone, I have an odd problem with the OOTB Breadcrumb component in our Production Environment.To give an overview we have a page template that has Breadcrumb start level configured at 4.Our site structure is /content/siteA/us/en/home/child1/actualPage On author at the “actualPage” URL the breadcrumb is rendering correctly as “home”→ “child1” → “actualPage”However on Production Domain URL the breadcrumb is rendering as “us” → “home” → “child1” → “actualPage” The “us” url redirects to “en” and “en” further redirects to “home”, so the “us” breadcrumb links goes to the homepage. Also, the hide in navigation flag is set for all parent pages at “SiteA”, “us” and “en”.This issue occurs only on our Production environment and not in Stage or DEV even after a content sync. I am investigating linking our Creative Cloud libraries to AEM as a cloud. I found the video linked below. My question is this:If I copy an asset into a Creative Cloud library am I still able to track its use?
