ACC has a long-standing bug where images inside MSO conditionals are not detected during content upload. The parser appears to treat the conditional comment wrapper as a standard HTML comment, causing any <img> tags within to be skipped entirely during asset discovery.Affected pattern:html<!--[if mso | ie]> <img src="https://images.emlcdn.net/cdn/..." width="640" ...><![endif]-->This becomes particularly painful when a template uses MSO image fallbacks for animated media (GIFs/video posters)  potentially dozens of images that all require manual intervention each deployment cycle.Current workaround (unacceptable at scale): Strip the conditional comment wrappers → upload → re-wrap. Completely counterproductive for templates with multiple fallback images.

Hi everyone,We`re trying to import several files into Campaign File Resources so can be used in email marketing. In our Production instance, the webapp we use in DEV to do so is not working properly, so we’d like to replicate it’s function in any other way. What we want and what the webapp allows us, is to select a zip folder and load its many files into the file Resources. We don’t strictly need to load a zip folder from local storage, it can be a common folder stored in the server, as long as we have the folder files uploaded into File Resources.Thanks!

Hi, We currently have problem to install large package through SOAP call which contains our custom schema definitions - currently XML package definition is a little bit bigger than 1.2 MB. In logs we can find messages likeSRV-810019 The server process 'web@default' (pid=xxxxx) has unexpectedly crashed. It will be restarted. (iRc=-53) when package was a little bit larger than 1MB then we had no such problems  Any advice ? Thanks in advance

Hi,I been trying to setup Multilingual setup in Adobe campaign Web UI as that is a default OOTB function but, when I try to setup the delivery after adding the language and when I try to enter the content it is showing “400 - Error 16384: SDK-000009 Unknown method 'GetVariantContent' of schema 'nms:delivery'. Method 'GetVariantContent' of schema 'nms:delivery' not found”. When I check in the schema I can able to see the GetVariantContent is defined inside Method in delivery schema.Could anyone please guide in resolving this error. Thanks!

Hi there,I've been encountering a bug since yesterday (14/04/26) when editing emails with the email builder.The changes I made for the mobile version aren't being saved (there's no error message during saving), and I'm losing my formatting work.I compared the code before and after, and it seems that not all the media queries are present after saving the template.This is very problematic, any ideas?Thanks.

Hi All , i have field named as ‘good data’ in schema with boolean type as 0 and 1 . I have few records in schema with key as “@abc”.there are cases where 2 records are present on same key with good data field values as 0{No}and 1{Yes} rest all field values are same. Now when i get new data file if record doesnot exist it should insert record with all field values(n number of fields)  passing in file and update good data field values as YES. and if record exist it should only update record in schema with good value as YES. It should not make any update changes to record with NO value.  As we are prioritizing record with YES value only in workflow targeting.  How i can implement this in single update activity

This is the second day in a row that Adobe express is not working for me. Yesterday when I tried opening files I got a 404 error over and over again. Last night the error message told me I was offline, I was not. Today I still cannot open my files and the error message says "something went wrong please wait” - I’ve been waiting for hours. Refreshing not worked.DownDector reports that Express is down… but Adobe says it’s up.What’s going on?

Hello ,My most of the emails who have gmail id’s sent to users show as failed due to the Gmail: 550 5.7.1 email likely unsolicited.How to resolve this? Should I use RESTART ?

Hi,we are using currently on premise pretty old version 7.3.1 - Build 9352.It’s possible to upgrade it to newest 7.4.3 - Build 9394  directly or we should divide it int set of minor  upgrades?regardsBartosz 

By mistake if someone deleted a Delivery in workflow which was launched yesterday, and because of that the tracking data is also got deleted from report. how can we recover deleted delivery?

Hello,We are getting this issue: The CSS that we add to the Template via the + Custom CSS button (and also in fact ALL CSS and meta tags) are not getting injected into the head tag area. This is only happening when we add in a hand-coded HTML Visual Fragment.  The CSS IS getting added into the head when just the native drag and drop Adobe modules are used.  Please can anyone identify why this is the case and how to solve please?
