Hi, I have a Direct Mail Delivery where the routing has a Post-processing workflow, I would like to send custom event variables to that post-processing workflow. A client is looking run batch campaign majorly and looking for high performance. Client is interested in Campaign V8. This is NOT migration project,  client is looking for a fresh implementation of batch campaigns and would like to go with Campaign V8.Question :Can Campaign V8 suitable for fresh implementations ? As per my understanding only migration is supported from ACC V7 to V8 at this point of time .Would be great to see experts thoughts on this.

Hello All,   I need to enforce a constraint on a custom table for a Product Name field. The field should have the First Character as Caps. I added the dataPolicy="smartCase" to the element attribute while creating the same.   But when I update data for the field, it still shows in lowercase ( as the upload data ). Is there a way to automatically change the case of the data, when its saved/updated in ACC ? Is Datapolicy the right solution for this ? Any particular use case for dataPolicy ?   Regards, DG      

Dear All, we are currently using the Adobe Campaign Standard platform for sending push notifications to both iOS devices via direct integration with the Apple Push Notification Server and Android devices via direct integration with Firebase Cloud Messaging.To realize this kind of integration currently, we are using the functionality offered by Adobe Launch. We have been exploring the capabilities of Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which offers the convenience of sending push notifications to both types of devices. Considering this, we are evaluating the possibility of integrating Adobe Campaign Standard with Firebase Cloud Messaging for sending push notifications to Apple devices as well. I've imported a delivery from my production instance to staging, now I am trying to add a new email delivery to me workflow and hoping to select the delivery I've just imported, however, the wizard only allows to create a new delivery rather than selecting the delivery I've imported, what are the correct steps? 

For example: When creating a new Campaign, the input form used is newOperation. Where is it mentioned? How can I know what input form is used starting off the new campaign tab?

We use an on-premise instance to access adobe campaign classic V7 build 9349. Lately, we have seen almost all the workflows going to the finished state without processing. The workflow on schedule or an external signal just starts upon a trigger or on schedule and goes to the finished state. This happened when we were using build 8860, and upon suggestion from Adobe, we upgraded the build in July 2022 to use 9349, but still the issue persisted. Can you suggest if a retry mechanism can be added to the workflows if it goes to a finished state to have it restarted automatically without manually restarting it?We need help resolving the issue as many of the campaigns are on schedule, and the marketing communications should go as scheduled. Note: This happens with all our workflows (Techincal workflows/Business campaigns/ Out of box workflows (Ex: Campaign Jobs, Offer Notification, etc.) Thanks,Maliha

Hello All,Hope you're doing good.I am using Offer Management to serve Offers for both Recipients (Identified) and Visitors (Anonymous) contacts in Inbound Mode. As a part of it, I have enabled fallback to Visitor Offer Space within Recipient Offer Space.With that, Ideally I should be getting either of following combinations in response:1. Proposition from Recipient Environment, if contact is present as Recipient and Eligible for any Offer(s)2. Empty Proposition from Recipient Environment, if contact is present as Recipient and Not Eligible for any Offer(s)3. Proposition from Visitor Environment, if contact is not present as Recipient and Eligible for any Offers(s)4. Empty Proposition from Visitor Environment, if contact is not present as Recipient and Not Eligible for any Offer(s)While first 2 scenarios are working as expected, the last 2 are not giving me expected result as I am getting completely blank response and response code says 200.Not sure, what I am doing wrong here. I have two different workflows and I want to add extracted data of both these flows into one single file in SFTP folder. I have ran both the workflow in same time and put the same file output name, but still it is generating two different files in SFTP with same name.

We have a text field variable in the delivery node that when we add '&' character to it such as "8B430286-56F9-4817-ACBA-F8527A7FCD31?mc=1815950-b&". Adobe strips the & character from the field.

Hello,I am trying to build a recurring workflow (running daily) to send an email 3 days after a contact fills a form on a specific landing page. But I can't find a way to target only those contacts using a Query. The form only gives me the submitted fields information. How can I target those profiles everyday?Is there a way to do this using Additional Data, adding a Campaign flag? Or a GetDate() when someone submits the form?

Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable. Do you know what are the reasons why a mailbox would be unavailable? Is there any way to fix this?Cheers, C
