Adobe Campaign

I have created a JSSP in adobe campaign classic v7. And I would like to restrict the access only to Adobe Campaign users (of the instance). It should be a similar behavior as the option in webapp -> Properties -> Access Control -> Enable access Control. I am sure that there has to be a code, similar to: <%@ page import="xtk:server/jsspcontext.js" %><%@ page import="/nl/core/shared/nl.js" %><%logonEscalation("webapp"); try {     var userInfo=xtk.session.getUserInfo();} catch (e) {     var returnURL="/<namespace>/<label>.jssp" ;     response.sendRedirect("/nl/jsp/logon.jsp?target=" + encodeURIComponent(returnURL))    return;}But is not workfing for me, as after request for the login, it redirect me to the same login, instead of the jssp. Can someone please guide me? 🙂 

Hi Team,I'm working on a web application where I need to display recipient details in a table.The table have columns for ID (Primary Key), First Name, and Last Name. and Above the table, there is an input field for the First Name. When a user enters a First Name and submit the button, the below table should dynamically populate with matching recipient records. for the column of (ID (Primary Key), First Name, and Last Name)I've created a QueryDef to fetch recipient details, and the data is stored in ctx.vars.recipientDetails.I want to filter this data based on the First Name input and display the records in the table.FYI: Table and first name search both in the same page and configured Query def(JS Activity) before this page activity.Can anyone help on the further enhancement.Please let me know incase of further details.

Hello community, We have limited the time frame for sending emails to between 21:00 and 8:00. To do this, in the deliveries section, under the scheduling option, in ‘Contact date calculation’, we have included the following formula that allows the sending to be postponed to the enabled hours Iif(Hour(GetDate())>=21,AddHours(ToDate(AddDays(GetDate(),1)),8),Iif(Hour(GetDate())<8,AddHours(ToDate(GetDate()),8),GetDate())) On the other hand, we use the waves feature to send emails in several batches, with the ‘send using multiple waves’ delivery option. The problem we have is that the time restriction is applied to the first wave but not to the following ones. How can we manage this so that all waves are sent within the enabled time range and if one of them falls within the range we do not want, that wave is postponed and the following ones are executed accordingly? Thanks

I have a webApp where it reads 3 data field values from an input form. On submit click it should compute a custom field value based on other inputs and save the record into a table. I'm able to read and capture the input using Page v5 compatibility node with html and js script. However I'm unable to save the captured record into table. I tried below function in the same Page v5 node and also tried in a script node after Page v5 node but no luck. I need to customize the RTE options provided in the email delivery for Adobe Campaign classic. Is it possible to add more features to the RTE, other than what is default provided? How can we achieve that.

Hello,We are currently facing an issue with recurring freezes in Campaign Workflows.During our investigation, we enabled the verbose mode and noticed that this setting seemed to significantly reduce the freeze occurrences.Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so, how was it resolved?

Hi   We have two Lists , and both of them have the Targeting dimensions as nms:address and a Red shift Schema.   Note: The data in the Schema is different when compared to the Lists data.   We need to exclude these Lists data from the Transactional Messages.   Please let me know if any solution works for this.

Hello, I have added the following javascript code to a copy of the notifySupervisor template in order to send workflow failure alerts to an ACC workflow for further processing: <%xtk.workflow.PostEvent("ccStageAlerts","signal","",<variables workflowLabel = {dataSource.workflowLabel} workflowName = {dataSource.workflowName} taskName = {dataSource.taskName} instanceName = {dataSource.instanceName}/>,false);%> This javascript is executed as expected and the data is sent to the 'ccStageAlerts', however, the HTML compiler fails because it does not recognize the "xtk" classification, so the delivery does not get sent. Is there another way to post an event to a workflow from within a delivery? Thanks,Skyler

I have noticed that when triggering a push notification containing a deeplink, My android device doesn't process the notification correctly. In ACC in the nms:recipient table there is auto-increment primary key (long type). However, our internal architecture requires a string(36) primary key to align with CDP and downstream integrations. Data has already been loaded before, and initial campaigns have populated related logs and references (all nms). Changing the nms primary key type in place (from long to string) would probably break references across other tables. The challenge is to resolve this issue without any data loss. Is it possible to update it in nms:recipient and all reference tables without destroying current database? If not - I was thinking about creating custom recipient data schema (with string PK) and defining new custom dedicated logs schemas and new target mapping and keeping existing data schemas for historical use. After that route new deliveries to new dimension. I've never used a custom solution, what things do I need to remember?

How do you see the heat map or hot clicks for trigger campaigns? I can only see it for adhoc campaigns that have been sent.

Field definition - Default value type Can someone provide a detailed explanation for the Default value type options at the Field definition screen for a resource element? For our example, the element type is 'Text'. Also, there is a list of authorised values.I couldn't locate anything within the documentation explaining the differences between the three options: 'No default value', 'Constant default value' and 'Dynamic default value'.I am interested in the best practice, potential implications to data loads, screen definition etc.   Thanks

Hi team, I'm implementing an webapp and experiencing an error as below.BAS-010014 Cannot open file '/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/SAS360/survey_data/655708__questionList.xml' with read access (errno=2, No such file or directory)The error happens every other time when I load. (whenever I enter the link, it loads, but after I reload from the web browser it shows the error page showing the error page. when I reload once more then it loads again and it repeats.) I tried checking the web server log and the log stacks only when the loading was successful. I'm assuming the file does not exist in one of the two application servers. the file is generated from a table by a workflow.could anyone give any suggestions on this?
