Hi! In my company we have set up the marketing channels in the best way, but the results I see from workspace do not convince me and I think there are errors in the processing rules, but I do not know how to solve them. The main anomalies I see in the data are: The main anomalies I see in the data are:- 55% of the audience of the marketing channel "direct" is from Referrer Type "Search Engines", specifically the majority comes from Google.In the Processing Rules "direct" is my last rule, and above it are the rules for the "search" channels. I share the configuration of the rules: Here you can see the order of the rules:  Here the configuration of both "Search" channels:  "Direct" Marketing Channel: Why if we have specified in the "Search" rules to collect the data "Matches Natural Search Detection Rules" not all "Search" traffic is collected in the corresponding channels and falls into "Direct"?  Thank you!     

Hello,I’d like to isolate first-time purchasers in Adobe Analytics — users who made their very first transaction during a specific time period.Is there a recommended way to do this using segments or calculated metrics?Any guidance or examples would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Assuming I have an evar1 on my site which triggers on every product page to capture the color of  the product. And assuming I had 2 visits to my site. Let’s say that the evar1 is  a regular evar, expires on visit, allocation last touch, and assuming the following scenario:  Pages visited User A - Visit #1 product page 1- color = blue evar1 is set. value = blue proudct page 2 color = red evar1 is set. value  = red product page 3 color=green evar1 is set value = green home page evar1 is not set   Pages visited User B - Visit #1 home page evar1 is not set  product page 3 color=green evar1 is set value = green marketing page A evar1 is not set marketing page B evar1 is not set       Question:​​​​​s:based on the above, if i build a report like the one below, what should i see and why? evar1 visits evar1 instances page views unspecified       blue       green       red        

Why is that? What I need to do additionally? Or the components might be only shared in one Connection?

We are currently migrating from Adobe Analytics to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and would like to request support in enabling identity stitching for our setup. Our Setup: We operate a B2B lead-generation website. AEP Web SDK is implemented, and ECID is generated for all page views. Email is captured only at the time of lead form submission. We will soon be integrating Marketo and Salesforce data into Adobe Experience Platform using the RTCDP B2B schema, which will also feed into CJA.  Our Objective: Stitch anonymous ECID-based behavior with the email identity once it becomes available via lead form submission. Enable reporting in CJA that shows a complete view of the customer journey — from anonymous engagement to form submission. Avoid increasing profile counts in RTCDP based solely on ECID-based anonymous traffic (we do not want ECID-only visitors to create full profiles). Ensure that profile qualification only happens when a

Assume that I have two dasets and both have the field with same path:xyz.path.FirstNameI know that in AEP that field would be taken into profile depending on the merge policy. However how that field would be treated in CJA. That would be two columns?How would I know the source of the particular field (if it comes from dataset 1 or dataset 2)? 

Hello Everyone,I'm new to Adobe Analytics and have created a rule for page load using a specific custom event called 'page load', triggered via Adobe Client Data Layer - Data Pushed. This rule works perfectly in all lower environments. However, in the Prod env (including the author environment), the rule triggers only once—when the page is loaded for the first time. On subsequent page loads, the rule does not fire.Additionally, I noticed that the prod launch script includes headers likecache-control : max-age=3600etag :"1e97f6ab69caa332353cdff72029d3f5:1752060858.688733"server: AkamaiNetStorage What could be the reason ?? I am not able to reproduce in lower env.  

I ingested data to dataset (I am AEP architect so its really there :). At least 100k records. Then sent it to CJA - I mark the backfill. How can I futher debug? Its already 8h so it should be there

A timeout occurred because the action took longer than 5 seconds to complete. Error: A timeout occurred because the action took longer than 5 seconds to complete. Since the rule only has the event and the beacon action, I’m unsure why it’s timing out.Has anyone else faced this issue, or do you know what could cause the beacon to exceed the 5-second limit? It is pretty straightforward when using first known or last known allocation with session expiration in Adobe CJA. It is less clear when a custom lookback window is used, because of both the forward and backward nature of these allocation types. Example, if a user had the following sequence, what would be the first and last known values assuming the followingDay = the date in January Chart date range is Jan 1 - Jan 31 Custom lookback window is 7 days for both the last known and first known properties.Day Value on Event First Known Last Known 1   C C 5 C C B 9 B C B 14   B A 18 A B A  Does custom lookback essentially work as custom look-forward for ‘last known’? how do i create a cohort segment for users who first came to the site on a specific date? SAy users who first came on 2 specific days in february. I want to know how often they return each month since then. (the date of my cohort would be from Feb until July)

I want to analyze the visitor journey from time of entry up until, and including, the point of conversion.Right now I have Visitor container where pageview exists THEN e3 (form conversion) exists.The conversion happened in visit 6. The issue I’m facing is that setting the segment to “Before sequence” only shows visits 1-5After Sequence shows the converting visit but everything after it which I don’t care about. How can I add logic to cap it at the point of conversion or the converting visit?

We are trying to upload a new classification file (.tab) in Adobe Analytics - Admin > Classification Importer. When we upload the file the section with “Overwrite data on conflict” checkbox greyed out / not selectable. We need our data to fully update based on our new file. Is it going to update the data if that checkbox is not checked?  Appreciate your help. Thanks!

Hi Team, We have one Dataset in AEP ‘Webevent ” which doesn’t have any Primary Identifier and data is pushed using Identitymap.Another Dataset “Online Transaction” has the hashedEmail as the Primary IdentifierThere is another dataset “Customer Profile”, This dataset has hashedEmail as the Primary Identifier .This dataset is not merging with “Webevent” and Online Transaction”dataset in CJA dataview.We can see the fields of “Webevent” and Online Transaction”datasets are merging in CJA and showing up as one dimension however ““Customer Profile” fields are not merging with Webevent” and Online Transaction”datasetsWhen I see field I mean , lets say “userId” field is present in above all 3 datasets and have same schema field path in all 3 datasets.userId from “Webevent” and Online Transaction”datasets are merging in CJA dataview and we can see it in CJA also. I want to set up an alert for our Customers metric, which gets updated in AA table every day after 14 pm.The anomaly alerts that I set up are sent at 00.00 which is way earlier than the Customers table is updated. Is there a way to set up the alert to be sent after 14.00 instead of at 00.00? 

When looking at the flow Viz I know it shows number of path views for the previous/ next pages. But is there a way to switch it so that it displays the percentage? I know I can see the percentages if i hover over them but Id like to be able to export it so that the percentages are visible
