Adobe Analytics

hi all, I want to dispatch a call to the Adobe Target with all the relevant parameters (at the moment I am only interested in pageName, but would like to expand to entity.id etc.) as soon as alloy library is ready (window.alloy is ready).  I have tried the following:to set up a separate tag with the "eventType": "decisioning.propositionDisplay" and add pageName as xdm.web.webPageDetails.name - doesn't work!to set up a separate tag with the "eventType": "decisioning.propositionDisplay" and add pageName to the data obj - doesn't work either!It seems like its not possible to separate AT and analytics calls at the moment. My main concern is that at some point (when we add more variables and some "extra" dependencies pop up) the analytics calls will become too heavy and will impact the AT performance. Please a advise. 

Hi, Can we add more than 5 dynamic items of a dimension in column?  Don't seem to be possible yet, but I want to double check in case I didn't do it right. Thanks!

I was chatting with a coworker who is not an Analytics user, and referred to it as AA, the following discussion resulted in me asking ChatGPT to re-write the serenity prayer based on Adobe and Adobe Analytics. I am looking for confirmation that Adobe's Mobile Device Dimension is no longer able to identify the actual Android phone device used when a visitor views our website due in part to Google Chrome's User Agent Reduction Initiative?  Note: Most of the Android devices are being aggregated under "Unknown Generic Android Mobile". Our query regarding this concern could not be answered by our Adobe Professional Consultant assigned to us.

We have plenty of PDF on our website that Google has indexed. Since they don't require a password to be viewed, the visitors can view them after clicking on the Google results. If that's the only thing they do, we can't see any data on Adobe Analytics. We are aware that having a landing page would make things much easier but, is there anyway to track these PDF views? Thanks a lot. 

Hi,I'm creating a segment to identify cases where there are no visits after a specific pageBut as I was testing it, something strange came up.Here are the conditions I tried: 1.Page AThenexclude(Page exists) 2.Page AThen within 1 page viewexclude(Page exists) 3.Page AThen within 2 page viewsexclude(Page exists)  The results for all three cases above are exactly the same.The data should all be different, so I don't understand why they're the same. Shouldn't the data for ' after 1 page view' and 'within 1 page view' be the same?Page AThen after 1 page viewexclude(Page exists) I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me.

Hi Community, We have decent amount of “unspecified” hits in our report suites and would like to find out the real reason behind these unspecified hits. Im trying to answer below questions about the current unspecified hits we have in our reports:1: Is it really because of the missing evars/ values ?2: are there any issues in implementation which we need to fix?Some of these unspecified hits may be reporting from missing values because i noticed we are sending “” strings for a-lot of different eVars within different events. However, im not 100% sure if thats the only cause. so, to get started, I'm thinking of tracking all empty digital data objects as  “not defined” instead of “”, but i’m wondering if there will be any issues with capturing it as “not defined” . Will it over inflate our reports with “not defined” value if i start tracking all evars as “not defined” if there is no value? Hi, Does anyone have clarifying info on the ingestion limit entitlement for CJA packages? Does ingestion include events that were added then deleted in both CJA Connections, but also in AEP data lake (e.g. file reinstatements)? I understand that the rolling window only affects usage, not actual ingestion. What else does ingestion include? Thanks

Hello! I have created a request in Datawarehouse where I extract page views, visits, etc along with different dimension: hostname, tracking code and month. I need monthly granularity, I have checked that in my request, but I also have added month dimension. Now, the report comes with 2 date columns instead of 1: month which comes from the granularity and date range month which comes from the month dimension. As an alternative, I have excluded month dimension and only keep the monthly granularity, but my report is scheduled on a weekly basis and I will only have the 1st of the month for my reports: 1/1/2025, 1/2/2025, 1/3/2025 and so on. The date range month will help me to have the beginning of each week in the report and that will help me further in my reporting. Does anyone know how I can only keep the date range month, meaning the month dimension, but also having the granularity monthly, but without this column that comes with it?

I think we all have plenty of these!  I want to hear from you all!  Maybe Adobe product will take notice and put in fixes for some of them.  Or worst case, at least we learn that others are in the same boat and can commiserate, or maybe we can offer each other suggestions!My biggest complaint is how awful Adobe analytics does on a mobile device.  Not talking about the mobile reports - those work great!  But if I try to open Adobe admin or workspace on a mobile device - terrible interface.  I would really love to be able to click on an anomaly alert in my inbox and be able to see the graph straight from that click.  It's impossible right now to tell how the data looks.

Hello, I wanted to experiment with the Logic Group container. I basically replicated segmentation grouping used in the documentation, but my container is only showing the standard Person, Session, Event container settings. Am I doing something wrong here?
