Hello I'm new to the resource management functionality.
Hoping to find a way to capture capacity of requests that are submitted as well as projects individuals are working on without the manual addition of entering timesheets, logged hours.
The ask is to understand what individuals are working on at a high level to view capacity over a time period.
TIA

Hi @CrystalH,
I invite you to review this How To Change Your Mind Without Losing It post, and ask any related questions there, which I'd be happy to help with.
Regards,
Doug

Hi Crystal, if you use planned hrs/durations and/or are logging time, I suggest you look into the workload balancer. You have a few default timeframes you can view or can create your own, and set up filters for what users you want to assess workloads for. It gives a clear picture of who's overloaded and when, and you can even reassign tasks to even the workload straight from the balancer.

My Team uses the resource planner over workload balancer. You can toggle on time for issues as well as projects.

Our team currently doesn't use resource management. I want to start slow by adding hours to issues people are working on as a starting point to view capacity.
Is there a way to set a default amount of hours for requests submitted?
