We are a branded house with may products and audiences. We are wanting to manage all campaigns in workfront. Is it possible to create an automated content calendar within workfront that can easily be shared across the organization for awareness and planning?

As a sys admin, I am able to "Send Report" under Report Actions, but when I login as my planners and workers, they do not have this option. I can't figure out where enabling this setting lives (e.g. layout template, license type, etc)
