Use-case / ProblemMany of us rely on the breadcrumb navigation to quickly move between Program → Campaign → Project → Task. Until recently, the Project link was always visible, making it easy to return “home” to the project page in one click. Now, the Project link is hidden under the "More" menu, requiring multiple clicks and making navigation slower — especially for those of us who pivot back to the project page dozens of times a day. Proposed SolutionPlease restore the option to see the full breadcrumb hierarchy at a glance, with the Project link always visible. Or at least allow users to choose between a condensed or expanded breadcrumb view so everyone can work the way they prefer. Benefits / ImpactSaves time by reducing extra clicks. Improves daily workflow for project managers and frequent users. Restores a familiar, efficient navigation style many teams depend on.This small change would have a big positive impact on productivity and user satisfaction.

Hello! I’m trying to use logic on custom form but can’t get it to work correctly. I have two fields, both multi select. What I’m trying to do is if an option on the first field is selected, then the second field automatically selects an option. Is that possible?

Allow announcement banners Adobe creates to be limited to administrators only or the ability to adjust who sees these types of banner announcements.  Recently all users had an announcement introducing a trial for the planning module and it is confusing for end users who have limited decision making on additional modules. 

“Subject” is automatically a required field for all requests: But it is not possible to change the label for this field. As admins, we should be able to adjust the verbiage. Reason is because my users are very acclimated to the terminology around Projects. The reality is this line is not a subject, its “Project Name”. So my users don’t know what this subject will populate or what they need to put here without being explicitly told what it means.

Hi all, I have a custom field in my form that used a name as the name but an ID as the value underneath. For instance;Starter: Soup - ID1234Main Course: Pizza - ID2345Dessert: Ice Cream - ID3456 Now I want to concat my three course meal in a different field called (three course meal) such that the outcome is;Three Course Meal: Soup, Pizza, Ice Cream However, if I concat based on the field itself it now gives the output:ID1234, ID2345, ID3456 I know for all other ID fields in Workfront you can get rid of the ID and add .{name} but this does not seem to work for custom fields. Is there any other way that I can do this?

One of our groups wants to use the idea or planning project status without those projects being considered in the project condition. I can’t find documentation saying if these two statuses are included in this; does anyone have documentation or know the answer?Thanks!

I am having an issue where I have users assigned to tasks however their hours are showing zero. This changed when I updated the task assignments to be their job role names instead of their actual user name because I am working with 300+ projects and want to resource level. Any insight into why their hours might be showing zero if they're assigned to a task with hours? Also note that each of the project tasks are set to start and end during work hours. 

Hi gang! Trying to figure out how many users we have associated with each job role (not just number, but names too). When I pull a user report with a filter of job role name is not blank, user is active and group it by job role name, evidently this only brings back primary job roles, it doesn't take into account any secondary job role. How can I also have visibility into secondary job role? So for example if I'm associated with A and B roles, I should show in the report under the A and B groupings.

I have just had my first experience of the new experience for the first time.  To say it is a retrograde step is an understatement.  There now appears to be no option to remove all assignees from a task without manually removing everybody by deleting them and it doesn't have the option to assign a different number of hours to individuals on the same task, thus creating extra work in having to duplicate for each assignee if you want to give them different number of hours.This really breaks a huge part of our work and processes.

I’ve created an External Look up Field that pulls the names of individuals on a team “Information Managers” I would like from that field to get the User ID related to the individual selected so I can create a $$USER.ID report.I know I could create a calculated field that has each member with their corresponding ID but looking to do something so I don’t have to update everything each time a team member is added or removed.Is this something that can be done at the Workfront level? I do have access to Fusion if I need to go that route.All suggestions welcome.Thank you in advance,Dawnmarie

How it should work:I would like see field set or container of multiple fields which the user can add multiple times when filling the form. The field logic inside the field set should be self sufficient, which means that when I select a select a value in drop down in instance 1 of the field sets, the fields of instances 2-n are not impacted. The field set should be like a repeatable subform in form. I don’t know if you can make a section repeatable as it it already a container of fields. What it should solve:We had multiple time the situation that we have to add the same combination of fields to the same custom form.  Here is two examples from our project history:1. Service and Complaints Management (Request), where you have to add add multiple times for same information. E.g:SKU (External Lookup Fields) Count (Textfield with Number) Failure Type (Drop Down) Failure Description (Textarea, but only showed when specific Failure Type was displayed)We ended up adding the same fields multipl

The Ask: Create a task a report that shows me the approval task in the workflow with all the task data. Then show me an indicator if there are documents pending approval. (customer uses document approvals) Is this possible on a task level report? Hello,I have listed for my understanding from the “Mark as done” behavior. Please advice, it’s correct?“Work on It” and “Mark as Done” options are visible only to users with a Standard access-level license. These options cannot be configured at the access-level or individual user level; they can be configured only at the team level. Example:Arunachalam has a Standard access license, so she can see both options. However, when he clicks “Work on It” or “Mark as Done,” the task status does not change because the option values are not set or configurable at the individual user level.When the same user is added to a team where these options are configured, and that team is assigned to a task, the options will be visible and clicking them will update the task status based on the team-level configuration.

We have been using Workfront for about 4-5 years but we are just now starting to utilize the resource management tool. We will be adding planned hours and task assignees will track actual hours. We are questioning whether weekly status update meetings and other meetings need to be tracked for planned and actual hours? If so, how are they tracked? It may be a 30 minute meeting with 20 attendees. Does this mean we we plan for 10 hours on the task with each attendee assigned to the meeting task so each team member’s hours accurately reflect 30 minutes?  Thanks for any guidance

I have a proof report that shows me everything I need except the planned routing due date. I have the field attached to all of our issues and projects, but I can’t find a way to get it to show on the report. Anyone have an idea how to do it?

We would like to get feedback from our users in Workfront and are trying to figure out how to solicit and take in that feedback. We are looking specifically to get the feedback from team members who have submitted requests and we want the feedback on how we served the request. Their requests are always converted to projects. I have one person on my team who has suggested assigning a task to give feedback in the resolving projet to the requestor. The task would have a form to fill out. This seems like it will be confusing to the requestor - tracking the task, finding the form, etc. Has anyone solved for this and if so how did you do it?
