  • Its would be a metric created custom by the Admin of your company and custom set within your implementation (I'm making the assumption it is not a calculated metric, but it could be that as well). I would reach out to the Admin of your Adobe Analytics instance on direction.Best,Brian

You are right in theory since you are restricting to the hit level with pageName starts with... it should only pull in those matching pa...

  • Hi,Error is not a standard Adobe Analytics included metric and that would be custom to your implementation. I would recommend reviewing your admin console settings and trying to isolate where within you implementation that is occurring to reproduce the conditions.Best,Brian

  • Hi Yude,There is a return visits report and if you need to find the count of unique visitors you can build a custom segment with criteria of all visits where visit count is great than or equal to 2.https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/reference/reports_return_visits.htmlBest,Brian

  • Yes the shown visit count number is always based on the context of the time frame of the report query. It is not recalculated depending on the period and the count increments for as long as the Visitor ID cookie is maintained by the visitor.Best,Brian

  • You are right that the visit counts increments per visit and is based on the visitor ID for the visitor. A full detailed explanation is below:https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/dsc/c_reports_visit_number.htmlThe reason your unique visitor counts don't line up with Visit Number 1 counts...

  • Hi Matt,Its difficult to say without knowing more of the details and reviewing the files further. I would recommend using the FTP import process if you need to apply uploads across uniform classification setups with multiple report suites. If you feel there is some type of product error causing your...

  • Hi Matt,It appears the classifications keys that are still blank did not have successful classifications upload updates. If you have given it a few days and classifications are not propagating 'in progress'; I would recommend a re-upload attempt of the blank classification keys.Best,Brian

  • You aren't doing anything wrong, but you will not be able to add content verticals across report suites unless your reporting is within a global report suite that intrinsically contains all the needed verticals. The problem is that even though it appears that you have created a calculated metric tha...
