Yes this UX seems rather silly to me as well. I understand the numbers on the bottom of the graph as the whole name would not fit but having the tooltip display the ID as well makes 0 sense. I have 67 active scenarios and don't know any of their IDs. There is also no way to change it from ID to Name...

Try setting the number of retries higher. My excel modules use this break logic and I have them set to 5 times at 1 minute intervals and they never fail anymore.

I would keep each of the external task's internal IDs or identifier in some sort of variable and check if each one has a parent or a child then use that for WF. I have not received this error yet. Maybe there is an invalid operator within the legacy search module. You could bring this up to support. I will come back to this thread if I ever see this error.

categoryID is the topmost custom form's ID, to get all custom forms on a project you need to access it's objectCategories:category.In a read module on a project 

You can see if someone deleted a scenario. On the left side bar, Org Overview -> Activity Logs. For rolling back a deletion you would probably have to consult with support so that would be a nice feature to have.
