Try setting the number of retries higher. My excel modules use this break logic and I have them set to 5 times at 1 minute intervals and they never fail anymore.

Not the best solution but try to find a process that your company already uses / has access to that can connect to the API and link it with Fusion.I had to link Fusion to MS Teams via Fusion -> Email -> Power Automate -> MS Teams

What do you mean by lost? What happened to the requests, were they deleted? If they were deleted there is a recently deleted section in the setup section.
